I love this author, this character, and everything about this series. I just finished Backwood. Normally, battle scenes bore me. if I'm watching a movie battle scene my mind wanders to what I have to do tomorrow. If it is a battle scene in a book I just turn a few extra pages until the last paragraph of the battle.
This series never bores me! I love the battle scenes. Well written, interesting and unpredictable. I actually wanted it to go on just a bit more. I have read every book in this series and I still want more.

Another great read from this author...

One would think that after so many books, the author would be re-hashing book plots but nope... Mr. Crane is still keeping his stories fresh and expanding on with unforeseen possibilities.

Mr Robert J Crane has given the perfect synopsis of this chapter in Sienna’s life: A slightly bigger than usual corruption-slash-land grab conspiracy with some murder and a family reunion thrown in.
Sienna is asked to assist in searching for 3 missing construction workers on a county project in the wilds Tennessee. As she flies over the area, Sienna is way laid by metahumans she hadn’t met before. A foul-mouth teenager and her mother living by themselves enjoying life without modern comforts. Being the Sienna we love, we the readers know that nothing will be smooth sailing for our heroine with pain and bloodshed in the forecast.
We are introduced to another new helper willing to back her in her job work for the state of Tennessee along with new characters Sienna must change the mind of who she is and prepared help if Sienna is allowed along with the required protagonist .

Another 5 star epic worth of your time

Darn. I'm finished!

If you haven't read the other 46 books, go start with the first one. This an awesome series. It would make an awesome movie(movies) but the author has already said no, never. Why? Cuz Hollywood would make Sienna pretty and perfect and I agree, that's just not her. Doesn't mean I wouldn't love to have him get an artist to draw the Sienna in his mind... I never like to reveal the plot but I have to say that I love love love that she's living in/near Nashville. I live in/near Nashville too! So I get a better mind movie when I'm reading. Unfortunately the next book it almost a year away... :( Hey Robert, do you live in Nashville now too? Seeing how 100 people a day are moving here and jacking up the cost of living but still a great place to live....

Family Reunions, who knew?

Im not that good at reviews: 1. Because I just love these books and 2. Because each book I really enjoy, so to that end.... I loved the new family members, Allanah was brilliant. A lot snarky (much like Sienna) which made me really LOL and of course....new villains who think their invincible. Storyline always great, if your thinking of reading this series, DO IT, if you like a very, very kick arse, snarky heroine with fantastic storylines you'll absolutely love Sienna Nealon.

Can't wait for the next book Mr. C x

Great Book!!

That epilogue put all the ducks in a row for the next book too.

The crime rate in Nashville is virtually nonexistent now that Sienna is in town. So it’s time for her to head out into other areas of Tennessee to stomp on crime in the ‘burbs and beyond.

Some rich bigwig is gentrifying a place in rural Tennessee but some construction workers have gone missing without a trace. Sienna is on the case. Something is rotten in the state of Tennessee and things are not as they appear on the surface.

My favorite series!!

I love Sienna kicking ass and taking names! I also know my weapons and she has so many great ones! Do not be surprised if we here in America are fighting the dems to keep our country unless Trump comes back very soon! Come on PATRIOTS, kick ass and take names when time comes!

Pieces Fall into Place

I continue to be in awe of how creatively Mr. Crane weaves the tapestry of the characters lives into place. Just when I think I’ve got it all figured out … I know how he is going to end it, another unexpected event falls seamlessly into place leaving me anxiously awaiting the next installment …

This is spot on. Just right.

Sienna. Family. Bad guys. Good guys. New friends.

Is Sienna perhaps ... finding where she belongs? Maybe she is. But I'm sure it won't last. It never does! But where would the fun be in that?

I voluntarily reviewed an advanced reader copy of this book.

One of the better recent entries

This one was quite enjoyable, although most GitB books are. I am more and more intrigued by Odin. I hope he plans to leave seclusion and rejoin the world.

I'm glad to see the books coming again.

I'm excited, and nervous, I have read them all, and seeing Sienna with family, was really cool, but I keep wondering what has her Oracle ex-boyfriend all messed up about....

Love

I love this entire series. This book may be one of my favorites. Plenty of good moments, funny pieces, drama, action, etc. It is good to read about Sienna sober and trying to get her life together.

Once again a truly unputdownable book. Great story, great series (read every single one, from girl in the box to where we are now). At 53 years of age, I feel like a teenager when reading this series.

Another great book!

I love this series, the warped sense of humor, the references to obscure, non mainstream movies and music. I love the honesty and truth these books are created with, the reality I can easily identify with.
Keep them coming!

Another good read in a truly awesome series. Can't wait for the next one. Even though the main character has numerous superhuman powers she still screws up which makes me root for her all the more.

keep em coming

I’ve loved all the books so far even some of the middling one which seemed a bit lack lustre but still kept me reading.

Looking forwards to Home in December .

A slow burner, this one...

Seemed like an interlude, giving Sienna a nice rest, but livened up about half way through. Still a good read.

Love the new characters

New characters are fun if just a bit rough around the edges. I can’t wait to see where they are going to take us.

But wait, there's more

I can see where this is going. Please don't set Sienna up to lose more family. Not again. She's lost enough.
