I'm surprised by how I liked this neat little book, it is just a nice book of affirmation and visualization exercises to encourage gratitude, presence, calm, nature appreciation and loving-kindness in daily life despite its storms and disaffections. It's very convenient maybe for a little pick-me-up boost in the morning.
