I originally read this as the Mirror Trilogy and loved, loved, loved it. When the author was looking for beta readers, I jumped at the chance. So this review is technically in exchange for a free advanced copy, but I read the original and have also purchased Catching Shadows now that it's released.
Onto the review... This is a page turner. It has romance and a few steamy scenes (without being "erotica") but the basis of the story is Mia's journey to discovering her true self. Anything more than that would be major spoilers!
Donovan is dark and mysterious and super sweet to both Selena and Mia. He's a nice balance of alpha male and supporting partner.
All I can really say is...read it! You will not be disappointed.
