Per se, a quite good book, giving quite a few good ideas and food for thought. Well.structured, without to many repetitions and full of easy to be applied ideas. One star less for the permanent commercial scan-codes to Seminars of the author which one can book and attended, each of them for around 79€. I really stopped counting them, but we’re at least 10 of them.

This book is a really good summary of many other leadership-related books that I've read before with many useful hints and ideas. For me totally worth the money and probably a good source for further improvements.
