How Stay on Alert & Aware - Protect Yourself

3 Books in 1. These books are deep, but very necessary. Dark Psychology is out there- people are tricking, deceiving, manipulating, lying and brainwashing others by taking control of their minds blatantly and covertly. The people you trust most can take advantage of you. Learn to be aware watch and listen yo people. Look for verbal and non verbal cues. Don't fall pray to psychological warfare. Are you doing or saying things you don't agree with? Learn the tricks and tactics to free yourself and prevent brainwashing, manipulation and blackmail. We all have a dark side. Those that have chosen to use it for evil are out there just waiting for their next victim. Very informative book.

Reads like someone's notes from a psychology 101 course. Narration is poor but in fairness they didn't have much to go off of. A listicle turned into a 4 hours long audiobook. Interesting concept but massively reductionist of personality disorders and the pain most people who are diagnosed with them experience. No history of any tests or how they came to be standard practice. So many excellent possible case studies- none of which are mentioned here. Don't waste your time.
