As a respiratory physiotherapist I have a huge bias towards this one. Tania Clifton Smith is an incredible and iconic figure amongst the physiotherapy profession and world of respiratory health; and with the knowledge and research she brings, she will continue to become more of a known name with her growing impact. Her work with breathing and its relationship to the whole body has positively influenced and healed thousands across the globe. Her work has helped reignite the historical concepts of breathing well to optimise all of our body systems - now further proven and backed by science. This book will highlight the incredible systemic impact our lungs have in optimising our wider body systems and what happens on a larger scale when our breathing is sub optimal. This one is worth a read whether you live with or without a lung condition.
