I guess I just wanted more info on fixing the issue but this book had some great insights on where it starts and how to recognize it.

Okay

Interesting but was expecting more helpful tips and skills for managing the IS feelings.

The most interesting part was the different types of imposter syndrome. I don’t feel like the rest of the book applied to me or really had anything useful that I didn’t already know.
