This author does a great job of beating a dead horse. She points out numerous absurdities and contradictions in the Bible, as others have done. But here is a more concise analysis:

1. Every society studied by anthropologists has a religion. They all believe in a god or gods, and worship them.
2. Those gods are not real. They just made them up.
3. Since everyone does it, we have to conclude that it is human nature to invent gods that do not exist.
4. My culture was created by people with the same human nature.
5. Therefore, we have to ask whether the god of my culture is any better than all those others. We need evidence. There is none.
6. Q.E.D.

This is a thorough, well-written book. It seems that the author read every page of the bible.

This poor lady grew up in a Pentacostal environment and then switched to the Hebrew Roots Movement. You can find this on her Twitter page. These are two work-based "Christian" denominations. Pentacostals teach that you can gain salvation through faith (true), but then teach you have to maintain works to earn it and speak in tongues to prove it. Hebrew Roots is straight works, with no grace. But the Bible teaches that there is nothing you can do to earn it or lose it, and you only have to believe on Jesus Christ, his death for your sins, and his resurrection (Eph. 2:8-9, 4:30; ROM. 8:38-39; 10:9; 1Cor. 15:1-4). Sadly, these two denominations do not speak the truth about being reborn spiritually in the biblical sense but are both extreme forms that pose as biblical Christianity. Typical emotionalism.

Sadly, the verses she provides for her shallow arguments are taken out of context and/or obscure. After speaking with her for sometime, it is obvious that she picks out verses that sound good to her claim and then uses them to support her argument. The non-believer and the Christians who aren't well-versed in the Bible may fall for it, but a well-studied Christian will see the ridiculous and laughable arguments she attempts to use to fool people into buying her book.

This lady claims that she is a victim, and sadly I would say that is so due to the un-biblical, overly emotional and extreme sects she came out of, but instead of blaming man and studying herself up on the many different denominations of Christianity, especially cults and false denominations, she has lumped all of Christianity into one box, and determined that it is God's fault even though she also claims to not believe in God. Contradictory.

She claims those who deliver truth will not hide any truths, yet blocks and deletes people who disagree with her arguments and counter her claims. Contradictory.

She also despises proselytizing from the religious groups, but she herself has no problems proselytizing to anyone about her beliefs. Contradictory.

Proselytizing
to recruit or convert especially to a new faith, institution, or cause

It's not just faith, but any institution or cause. I have no problem debating her, but the moment you tell her that those who do not trust in Jesus Christ are on their way to hell, she blocks so she doesn't have to hear the sad truth.

Rev 21:8 KJV But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death.

Instead of accepting this fact, she decides to attack the Bible because she's never had assurance of her faith, which equates to unbelief, and sadly unbelief is the only thing that sends a person to hell. God doesn't send anyone to hell, you all send yourself to hell by rejecting God's only Son and because God is holy, and a sinner who hasn't accepted Jesus Christ as their Savior is still in their sins and cannot stand before a holy and just God. But he is loving in the fact that he gives everyone a chance for repentance.

If you decide to trust him today, you can have full assurance of where you are going when you die! And if you are doubting, you can have assurance!

1Jn 5:13 KJV These things have I written unto you that believe on the name of the Son of God; that ye may KNOW that ye have eternal life, and that ye may believe on the name of the Son of God.

You can know it! And all you have to do is humble yourself enough to realize you can't get to heaven on your own merit, your own works, playing the part of a Christian for 41 years, reading your Bible, praying, being a good person,or just denying what God said in the scriptures, BUT by believing on the Lord Jesus Christ, receiving the free gift of salvation that he provided through his work and his death, and trusting him as your Savior today. It's that simple. And you can know that you can never lose it and be assured because you're in his hand (John 10:28-31).

Sadly, she is confused, confused about doctrine that she only sees through natural unbelieving eyes, confused about how to understand context, and confused about Christianity in general. And you will be even more confused about what Bible Believing Christianity is by reading her book.

A jumble but lots of light

She constantly mixes unrelated topics, making me wonder what is the topic of the current chapter, but her overall message is clear: the Bible is not truth, and we should be glad. To say that the parts of the New Testament not supported by the Old are invalid is a new perspective, after I was taught that Jesus came to establish a new thing, but understandable from a Jewish viewpoint. By contrast, the argument that the Old Testament God is a bloodthirsty tyrant is well known. She obviously did lots of research, and shows a lot of courage by making her conclusions known.
