Advik Kapoor, a budding politician in People's Socialist Party (PSP) and a well-known womaniser, is married to Kriti Roy, an advocate working with Advik's step father, Justice Manohar Kapoor. While Advik loves Kriti and verbalises his feelings for her, Kriti has married Advik only at the behest of Manohar Kapoor, her mentor and a good friend of her late father, Advocate Shashi Roy, who died under mysterious circumstances a few years back.

Without giving too much away for the readers who just bought the book, this is another tale which was narrated by N in a splendid way. The little nuances N associates to her characters makes all the difference to the story and characters. It is the story of a lawyer who wants to do everything right and a budding politician who had seen more than his share of badness and how they overcome their struggles and how they eventually found love. I must say another feather in N' ever growing cap.

Awesome story from Fe-en-dios about two people who are very different from each other, but come together in roller coaster ride of trust, betrayal, agony, hate and love.
Well portrayed characters with a story line which keeps you hooked and ask for more by end of it.
Perfect read for anyone who is ready to hop on to the ride of different dynamics of relations and emotions.

A wonderful story with well etched characters that juxtaposes two diametrically opposite protagonists, not just personally but also, professionally.

Add to that is a heady mix of undeniable attraction and desire that they feel for each other. And the plot thickens with mystery and intrigue taking the reading experience to an altogether different level.

Withered is a MUST read. It is one of the finest story of the author whose other books have been hugely loved and appreciated.

A very, very well crafted tale of hate, love, greed and justice.

This is an amazing read. One of the best works of N yet. It's a story that will surprise you and keep you hooked with the amazing twists and turns. Its story of a Lawyer and Political leader who have their own notions of morality and justice and how their paths converge.
