This short provided insight on how Creed & Tristan met and became a couple…the story also provided background information about her and Corey’s mother. We also learned the couple have a set of twins no one knows about except Duchess & Stan….I can’t wait to see what next for the Crown Family

just when i thought i couldn’t cry anymore, i pick up this book and the waterworks haven’t stopped since.
tristan was one of my fav characters, and after everything that has happened, i’m glad we got her story with creed.
bittersweet, but beautiful all at the same time 😭❤️ can’t wait to get straight into the next book in this series! xx

Talk about a simple yet beautiful story with tragedy being so well written. Sherelle was trying to get me to cry. Creed and Tristan’s love story is one of the best. The way she wanted that man to peel all her layers back to have someone on this earth to know her fully had me speechless. That’s a love you give someone without a doubt you can trust. I finished this book feeling full and emotional.

I want to thank the author for understanding and being sensitive to the readers when we mourned the death of Tristan Crowne. It was an emotional time for us, and even though we knew this was a fictional character, the emotions evoked from reading her death felt real. She continued to leave a void.
This book, the letter, her last thoughts were the most endearing thing I've read in some time. It not only brought some closure, but it also cleared up some unanswered questions that have been plaguing us up to this point in the series.
I've resolved to the fact that with Sherelle Green, to expect the unexpected. This raw and unleashed writing style has been refreshing as she introduces us to the edgy and sometimes dark side of her creativity.
Don't miss the metaphors and other surprise reveals that help moves this series along.
I've enjoyed every release and can't wait for the next one.

Hold my hand. Let’s sit with this one for a minute because this was grief revisited. Love Always, Tristan isn’t an interlude. It’s a wound reopened with intention. There is no pause here, no soft detour from the Crowne Legacy. This is the ache that lives underneath the chaos, the love that never got to finish becoming. From the first page, Tristan feels like light that already knows it’s fading. Fully aware that her time is limited.
Her love for Creed was never meant to survive the rules of their world but it was real in the way that changes a person forever. When she made him give her a forever promise it wasn’t a romantic fantasy. It was instinct. She felt the ending coming and Creed felt it too. That promise was a tether one he’s been battling with ever since. Grief is a bihhhh. You can feel how her death reshaped him, hardened him, hollowed him out. The man he is now is a direct response to the woman he lost.
What makes this interlude devastating is that it deepens the grief we already carry. Tristan wasn’t just a memory or a tragic footnote. She was intentional. She had secrets yes but they weren’t rooted in deceit. They were rooted in protection, in legacy, in love that stretched beyond her own life. Ohhh and the revelation of the twins that wasn’t shock value. That was heartbreak multiplied. Proof that even in death, she left pieces of herself behind that will forever haunt and anchor Creed. How can he explain their mother is gone? How can he tell his siblings that they had twins?
This story didn’t give closure. It gave context. Sometimes context hurts more. Love Always, Tristan is the “Interlude” about Tristan and Creed’s story. This is a book I was not expecting, but at the same time I realized I needed it. Ms. Green writes about a couple that appears to not have much in common on the surface, but can relate to each other’s difficult upbringings. They vowed to always pull back each other’s layers. Creed referred to Tristan as his “rose among thorns”.
Tristan and Creed saw each other from a far a few times and by the time they met, it was a wrap. Creed could barely get his words together and it was love at first sight. It takes a special type of woman to have that impact on a Crowne. Tristan and Creed saw beauty in each other and shared a touching love story.
There is a lot of substance packed in this short story. I am still sad about what happened to Tristan and also happy that Tristan and Creed shared this type of love. This book provides a nice amount of background on Tristan and Creed's relationship. It would have worked for me if it had been part of the last book instead of a separate novella.
I thought this piece of their history was sweet.
If this had been like a prologue or prelude to the last book BEFORE what happened with Tristan and Creed, his reaction would have been even more understandable. As it stands now, I didn't feel like I had enough background on their relationship to get the full impact.
There was also info I was unaware of that Creed and Tristan held as a secret from the Crowne's. Then there was the secret that Tristan held from both Creed and Kori. Lastly, I don't know if Tris told Lori a lie about their relationship or if it was a mistake from.one book to the next.

Great read
While this story is small in size it carries an impactful weight concerning the Crowne Legacy series as a whole. You get to meet the girl we lost too soon and see how her love and influence on the Crowne family will have lasting effects. We as readers needed this story more than we knew. I can say Green’s pen game will and can get better with each installment. I sitting on the edge of my seat anticipating the future of the Crowne and I can’t wait to see Creed find love again. I Cried
This was the second time I read this Novella. I needed to reread it after reading book 6 of this amazing series.
It was so sweet to hear from Tristan. I shed tears for her and for Creed. I thought about the forever promise Creed made to her in the event she passed away before he did 💔. And then I thought of his reaction to his family near the end of book 6 and I cried again.
Be sure you read the books in This series in order that you have a full understanding of the Crowne Legacy.

Love Always, Tristan has answered a few questions for me but has my interest piqued regarding a number of things. But hearing from Tristan and getting the back story of her and Creed is very much a gift.
Tristan’s death threw me into a heartbroken tailspin that had me side-eyeing the author. And so early in the series! But I trust Author Sherelle Green and will continue to ride along as the Crowne Legacy unfolds.

Broke my heart
This broke my heart and the most purest form. I hardly ever read a book in which a male is truly faithful, put his WIFE - SOULD MATE before the game. But Creed is the most devoted husband I have read about in a long time, and the fact Tristan made him promise to hold it together when she dies, say a lot about their character. Tristan knew in her heart she wasn't meant to be with Creed forever, but dang, this book didn't have to do me like this.

All the books do a good job of mentioning how important Tristan was to the family and how much Creed loved her so this short story doesn’t really move the needle in that regard.
It does provide a lot of necessary details for future plot points though. We didn’t get a chance to know Tristan so this is not emotional like I think it’s supposed to be. I already feel terrible for Creed and his unbearable loss, hearing her side of their love story doesn’t change that.

Never knew I needed this!
Wow…I was in shock when Tristan moved on, I know it happened but was hoping that there was some kind of illusion that took place. Love Always, Tristan: Interlude answered questions and overall made things so much clearer, I’m reading one after the other in this series!

Thanks for introducing us to Creed and his love, Tristan. It was true love between these two from the beginning. It was surprisingly to learn of their secret. I didn’t see that coming. But yet again a great love story. And I’m glad the killers were exposed but sad she had to be killed so young because of greed and power and by people who should love you.

A surprising journey
I wasn’t expecting this story and it was unique and beautiful ❤️. Creed and Tristan always held a sense of mystery and this interlude provided a unique and inspiring bridge to their love and how we just never know what’s next. As always a Madden citing is a treat no matter how brief 🥰😜😋. Great look Ms. Green!

I loved the quick insight into Tristan’s life. I also likeed how the author went backwards chronologically. It was done well. The written was good as always with this author. I enjoyed this different style of writing and it was appreciated. Finding so much out about Tristan and Creed was a joy to read

This book wasn't really necessary other than to tear me up inside! I love Tristan and Creed together even more now, and I don't know how I'll feel about book 10 in this series. While I did enjoy the journey through the years with these two, I don't like how the story went backwards. Other than that, I loved their love so much and I'm left with a bittersweet feeling.

To know that your true love is waiting for you and you finally meet ; there is no better feeling than that. Tristan was stronger than she gave herself credit for and to risk it all trying to stop her parents and the other sex traffickers. The connection between Tristan and Creed was magical and it gives us hope that your truest love is out there.

such a sweet interlude!
I loved this background story on Tristan and it makes me even sadder that we can’t experience her and Creed’s love unfold throughout the series, like I’m really sad about that. I hope that Carla Jean gets absolutely every miserable thing she deserves and her raggedy husband too!
