It isn’t when you go but why and on whose terms...
I promised myself I wouldn’t trust Valerie again. Not after I watched her betray us. Not after she disappeared. I had no indication that I’d ever see her again, so when she waltzed back into this realm, without remorse or an explanation, I swore I would treat her the way she deserved—like the traitor she is.

But dammit, I can’t resist her. Never really could. The only thing left is to follow her to the very end of the world.

With Ajax being back, Jaemin is living through his own personal hell of doubts and jealousy again. He does not want to lose Valerie to the darkness, yet it does not come easy to trust... yet trust he will. With the brightly shining love, he is determined to avoid repeating the same mistakes he once did, even if it may cost him everything. Heart-touching finale to this angelic series with great characters, very realistic feel due to precise reflection of the story of life, and in a way containing a mental support to not be able to fall or step into the unknown. Battling with the feeling of loss, fear, or anger is something everyone can relate to, and due to the touching way these stories were written, the reader could literally live the lives of the characters. I really enjoyed this whole series.

This has been a fantastic series and I am so glad that the author has ended it the way she did. It’s a well written and unique look into the way of the Valkeries and each episode had drawn me in deeper and deeper with all of its emotions and drama. We have seen the characters grow and develop and gotten each of their perspective of the situation and the story has been entertaining and gripping and more then a little hot! Questions have been answered and a few tears shed but all in all I have really enjoyed visiting this incredible world that the author created.

I can't say enough good things about this series and this author. This series is a quick read/listen but it is so worth it. The ending blew my mind and I love how it all came together. I also love how diverse the characters are. If you're thinking about reading it, you won't regret it.

Everything has been leading up to the final novella in the Eleven Wings series! Starting right where the other ended, Jaemin was definitely the most action packed of the series, not only as a physical battle ensues, but also an internal one on Jaemin's part as he struggles to trust Valerie again. This conclusion was also the most heartbreaking. This was a great episodic series with wonderful characters and an intriguing storyline!

Jaemin is the sixth and final book in Brittni Chenelle’s Eleven Wings series, and with this final book, almost all of the questions are answered. I say almost all because the way that this book ends leaves me with a couple of questions, but they are ones I can live with.
Jaemin being the final Valkyrie for this series is truly fitting. Everything comes full circle and a lot of questions are answered that were created with the first book. Valerie has an idea and she’s determined to find the truth. It helps that this book, like the ones previously, pick up where the last left off. There is still the doubt and resentment felt by the characters toward Valerie, but it doesn’t last forever. Things get really dark in this installment, but it’s always darkest before the dawn.
The twist in this book is the revelation of the truth about the Veil. It’s interesting. There are still some questions left that are left unanswered. How did things come to be this way? Who is Dusk? Where did he come from? While the ending of this book and series leaves me with some lingering questions, I think that’s the point of it all.
I’m choosing to rate this book 4.5 out of 5 stars. I feel that leaving certain questions unanswered is a letdown for some readers. It leaves me personally feeling a bit dissatisfied as to how everything came to be in the first place. When the truth that Valerie is seeking is revealed it’s truly eye-opening and engaging. I just wish that there had been more answers to fully round out the story and give it a more satisfying ending. If you’ve enjoyed the series to this point, you’re going to want to finish it to at least have some of your questions answered.

Jaemin, the last book in the short story series, Eleven Wings follows the events if book five, though this "episode" is from the perspective of Jaemin. With everything that happened, it is understandable that the others still have doubts about Valerie, but Jaemin now believes she was always on their side and they just didn't realize it. When Valerie heads to Nether, and finally gets her chance to see behind the veil, what she discovers will change all of the Valkyrie's lives.
I loved the idea that there is something between life and death, and that the main characters got to have all their own endings within the book. I look forward to reading more by this author, and the new worlds she will create next.

CLASIFICATION: 3.5 ESTRELLAS

It is fitting to be ending this series with Jaemin. The ending was totally not expected but I loved this take on the 'afterlife'. Metaphorically speaking, I think the author beautifully brought us to our own fears. I cried a bit. But then, I'm the emotional kind.

I'd like to thank the author for creating such a beautiful, intricate tale with characters of diverse cultural backgrounds. Coming from a multicultural country, I loved reading such a story and will be happy to promote it.

I received an advanced reader copy in exchange for an honest review.

Well, that’s it. The series is over, and I am not sure how to deal with it. First off, this is a very unique and interesting series. It is well-written and engaging, and it kept my interest through all six books including this one. I do admit that there were a few threads I didn’t quite think were tied up, but everything was explained pretty well. I have to admit I cried a little when it was revealed what was going on. All in all, this was a great series well worth a read. Recommend. I was provided a complimentary copy which I voluntarily reviewed.

An interesting take on the battle of good versus evil

Jaemin, a valyrie, has spent too much time without Valerie, another valkyrie, since she disappeared only to return without her memory. As the story progresses a theory is offered, a journey begun, and not all battles will be fought with the enemy. This last book in the Eleven Wings series is an interesting take on the battle of good versus evil.

I read this book with my Kindle Unlimited subscription and I received a free copy of the book from the author. I had the opportunity to review or not.

Holy heck this series has been an incredible journey that I’ve absolutely loved. From Valarie where we first learn of her being a Valkyrie with a lost memory to the finale of Jaemin where the truths are finally revealed this has been one intriguing take on good vs evil. Unsure if Valarie is a traitor or not this series twists and turns unwinding secrets through different POV’s in each episode. There’s been so much action, drama and mystery on top of fantastic world and character building that definitely shouldn’t be missed.

This book completed the Elven Wings series, and it was an amazing roller coaster. Jaemins story is probably my favorite as we go with him through his internal battles of not wanting to trust Valerie again but also still remembering who she was to him, and everything they’ve been through. His biggest decision in the book is trusting her, and his gut, and the finale is an absolute bomb that drops on every single one of the characters. I didn’t see the ending coming, and loved the thrill of the series, and the books.

We have reached the end of the series and get all of our questions answered. At the same time reading this last book you get to see the final concept of this series and it brings you down the path of what happened in the previous books. The plot really changed and I could not get enough of it. There was a lot of emotional moments in this final book but I feel like the whole series was wrapped up wonderfully. I cannot wait to read more from this author!

*I received a free copy of this book which I voluntarily chose to write an honest review for.

This is the finale we have waiting for and I was not disappointed in the slightest. All of our questions are finally answered wrapping things up quite well. Makes for an interesting take on the Valkyries while making us attached to them at the same time. A fabulous read. I totally loved it so I give it 5/5 stars.

This series is an exceptional storytelling adventure full of action and twists. The writing style is lovely, the characters are layered, and the world-building is at its very best. I loved the originality and the idea that there is something in-between life as we know it and an end that is not an end at all.

Brilliant series and this is the last instalment. Brittni has created a wonderful world full of quirks.
Jaemin is determined to not have a repeat of his past, even if it means walking into the fear and going against the grain. He is determined to trust in Valerie even though at times it does not look good.
This has been an amazing read well worth it.

This was a great read that I really enjoyed from beginning to end. This is the last book in this mini series and it is an excellent read. It moves along at a nice speed making for an easy read. The characters are amazing and you want to be there for them no matter what happens. This book and series is a must read, there is no doubt about it.

Great finale to the series. What a way to wrap things up. Tons of action and drama. Jaemin has been my favorite character since the beginning of the series and it’s great to get a book from his perspective. His relationship with Valerie is hot and romantic and he’s a very deep and intriguing character. I thoroughly enjoyed the entire series and definitely recommend.

A fitting conclusion

We're at the end of our saga, and what an unexpected end it is! We finally get the answers to the questions, but they might not be the ones we expected! It's been interesting reading this mini series, it's a very different approach to the books I'm used to, but I enjoyed it.

This was such a great finale! This series was complex, had wonderful characters that were so authentic and just a fab plot that took me on a wild journey. My emotions were out for this one and I loved the beauty of the ending...not that it was what I expected. That's a lovely surprise but that's the way the whole series went for me :D

2023 read #58

4.5 stars! WHAT A WAY TO END A SERIES!!! This was def my favorite out of all of them. Making me tear up a little. I'm so glad the Valkaryies went back to the lives they wanted. When Ajax went back I felt the tears forming. I wish we had a novella with all the characters' lives after the vale.

What a final. I am going to miss this series Brittni Chenelle did an excellent job drawing you in with each book and each character. Jaemin lost his wife all he had left was his duty. He never thought he would see Val again after betrayal especially without her memory.

Last book in the Eleven Wings series - a series that has been very interesting and unique. In this part Jaemin gets to share his POV as the story continues and comes to a conclusion. Lots of emotions, drama, and action. Intriguing end.
