When there’s nothing left to lose in life, it can’t hurt to trust a traitor.
It’s impossible not to get dragged into Valerie's chaos. Just when I’m certain where she stands as a ruthless traitor, she dangles the one thing I’d die for in front of me. That's pretty convenient for someone with no memories, don’t you think?

The team is in shambles, especially Jaemin. How could I have allowed Valerie to drive a wedge between us all again? Still, can she really deliver on her promise, or is she manipulating me for her own dark purposes? Only time will tell.

This is the third book in this series, and I’m coming to find this very interesting. In this installment, we learn a few secrets, an interesting twist, and we are closer to finding out what is happening. I really can’t say too much because I don’t want to spoil the first two books. I like that there are multiple POV in each book with Valerie more the center of them all. I am eager to find out how all this is going to end. Recommend. I was provided a complimentary copy which I voluntarily reviewed.

Thorn is the third installment in Brittni Chenelle’s Eleven Wings series, and things are only getting more intense.
Thanks to the fact the other Valkyries doubt and no longer believe in Valerie she has left them and crossed over into the Nether. Now they feel justified in locking her up in the first place. Thorn and Cielle are strongest in this camp. Now, they are in the process of figuring out what to do with Jaemin. Will he stand with them? Or will he go against them in support of Valerie?
I have to admit that when I started reading this book I was very anti-Thorn and anti-Cielle. At the end of this book I’m a little less anti-Thorn, but I’m still anti-Cielle. LOL! I didn’t like how Thorn is clinging to his dead wife’s body and how Cielle is all “holy than thou” now. Their attitudes toward Valerie changed so quickly it was like they never really cared. But, as I said before, things get more interesting in this book. Valerie is in the Nether and she’s learning some interesting things. I couldn’t help but be surprised by some of the things that the author reveals.
This book goes back and forth between Valerie and Thorn. I continue to appreciate this as it gives me both sides of where they are. Literally. The twists really drive this story, and the cliffhanger ending has me wanting to know what happens next. I’m rating this installment 5 out of 5 stars. I can’t really complain too much about this book, other than Cielle of course. LOL! I have a feeling that something big is coming and I’m here for it.

Thorn has loved his Lily for ages, and a year ago he lost her - she has been lying in a secret room in a coma - her soul lost to him as he watches over her body. Now that Valerie has returned he has a chance to recover the love of his afterlife if he dares take the chance and ask Valerie to open a portal into the dangerous other realm so he can try to recover her soul. But with how he's treated Valerie, mistrusting her and locking her away, will she help him?

This episode follows the viewpoints of Thorn and Valerie.. and is deeply moving as you watch changes happen in this group.. as Valerie begins to remember more - as lines split in the group, and some trust Valerie more, and some trust her less.. I could not put this episode down.. and I recommend you leave yourself room in your schedule when picking this book up in case the same happens to you as well. I was given an advance reader copy of this book to read - however I am leaving this review because I actually enjoyed it.. and I want you to enjoy it as well

Thorn has lost his wife, but her fate is different to others - she did not vanish, her body is hidden in the castle, but her soul resides in the Nether. When the suspected traitor Valerie offers him the possibility to retrieve her soul from the Nether to bring her back to life, desperate Thorn stops caring about her traitor status and follows her to the dark realm to reunite with his wife again.
The third installment in the series answers more questions than the first two yet raises other, equally relevant. With saving Lily, Valerie more or less proves where her loyalties lay, although some Valkyries like her former bff Cielle are in doubts regardless. Lily's return also helps Valerie reunite fully with Jaemin, starting to reform their former relationship again. But the trip to the Nether isn't without consequences, and with saving Lily, Thorn might have forfeited his own life instead..

Answers some of the more pressing questions

Thorn, a valkyrie, has mourned the loss of his love, does not trust Valerie, a valkyrie who lost her wings and her memory, only to be proven right when t appears she has chosen the Nether over Lux. As the story progresses a choice is given, a battle fought, and learning the truth may come too late to save them. Thorn by Brittni Chenelle continues the series and answers some of the more pressing questions posed still leaving a lot open though.

I read this book with my Kindle Unlimited subscription and I received a free copy of the book from the author. I had the opportunity to review or not.

The third "chapter" in a serialized work entitled Eleven Wings. He knows the traitor in their midst, he just has yet to realize who the real traitor has become.

A heart-wrenching, soul-crushing, breathtaking, uplifting series of tales! Driven by fear, joy, hate, lust, revulsion and love, 6 Valkyries battle to save Purgatory from Dusk and his army of Riven. What seems cut and dried is anything but, and gathering the strength to find the truth beyond and summoning the faith to trust it becomes the greatest battle. Brittni Chenelle has created a powerful story, with depth and impact. Well done!

To say I love how this overall story was written is an understatement! And a big one to boot! I get excited for unique ways of telling stories that I am not familiar with, or that doesn't get utilized in storytelling as much as it should.
The eleven Wings books really make you think. It'll have you questioning not only the players in the series, but your though process behind what "really happened".
I am so excited for the next installments in this series to get what really happened. I am effectively shutting off my brain while reading these so I don't accidently piece things together before their reveals.
Great continuation. Great Series. Glad I took a chance!

*I received a free copy of this book which I voluntarily chose to write an honest review for.

We pick right back up where book two ended and now we get POV's from Valerie and Thorn. These two have an interesting dynamic. He lost the love of his life but has the chance to get her back with Valerie's help. This of course causes some drama within the group. Add in the revealed secrets along with a surprise twist and you won't be able to put this down as it all plays out. I am hooked to this series by this point and cannot wait to see what happens next. I really liked it so I give it 4/5 stars.

CLASIFICATION: 3.0 ESTRELLAS

♥️🌬👹 Always more mysteries !

As Valerie opened a portal to Hell/Nether and rushed into it, Jaemin remained desperate that Valerie could be a traitor...

For his part, Thorn still hopes to see his companion Lily come back to life...

------------

I didn’t get hooked on Thorn’s character and his story.

On the other hand, I enjoyed reading the rest of Valerie’s mysterious adventures.

- is she actually a traitor ?
- what really happened during the year she was away ?

Many mysteries to be solved for this captivating reading !

At the end of book 2 Valerie has been deemed a traitor by her fellow Valkyries. She accepts Dusks offer and Jaemin is shocked to see her disappear into a portal.
But Valerie doesn't trust Dusk. She know the only way to get answers is to follow him into the nether.
But he asks her to do something that she knows Thorn isn't going to like but if she plays this out right it may save a life but at what cost.
This 3rd book is brilliant as ever.I can't wait to read book 4. I received a free copy of this book from the author but the opinions expressed here are my own

Thorn's perspective and added elements are exactly what I needed from this third "episode" in the series!

It picks up right where the second book did and gives a better glance into the Nether, as well as the relationships between some of Valkyrie (specifically Jaemin & Valerie, Thorn & Lily).

I absolutely love that I could pick this up after work and finish it sitting in bed relaxing before I go to sleep.

In this 3rd instalment, we get Thorn's and Valerie's POV. We are far from understanding what happened to Valerie. However we get a bit more insight on Thorn's character and the lengths he is ready to go to in order to save the one he loves the most.

I love how this author is able to build her characters in these short episodes.

I received an advanced reader copy in exchange for an honest review.

Thorns installment in this series answered even more questions, and gave us even more insight to this amazing team. We also saw how treating others certain ways can/will push them away, or push them to do the things we’re worried they are going to do. But also shows us distorting facts with fears can be dangerous, and could ruin great friendships. I can’t wait to read from the next Valkyries perspective!

Twisty and turny in a good way!

Book 3 of this series gives us more insight into Thorn and his motivations, and also takes us for our first look at The Nether - the other realm discussed since book one that's essentially a mirror image of Lux, where our characters lie. The further we get into the series, the less black and white everything seems, there's a lot more shades of grey that leave you wondering just who's right and who's wrong.

Third Episode in the Elven Wings Series and quite possibly my favourite one of the series yet! Thorn picks up straight from where the Cielle left off into a book which really draws you in further with mystery, secrets, some answers and a twist. I absolutely loved the addition of Thorns POV to get some more insight into what’s going on. This has been a cleverly constructed series where each pov gets you a peak into what really happened and if Valarie truly is a traitor or was just missing.

I am loving this series

With each passing book you get a greater look into the characters with new POVs and you take closer looks into their pasts.

With this book we get an idea of Thorn's love for Lily. We learn about the different sides of each person and exactly what that means for the future of the world.

I am loving how the characters change and grow amd the world they live in. Can't wait for the next book.

Brilliant read. Loving this series!
Valerie's is still having to prove herself to the other Valkyries. But this is even harder when she is seen travelling to the dark side. Thorn is stuck between a rock and a hard place, believe what is right in front of him or trust that his old friend has his back.
Brilliant read. Can't wait to read the next

Another excellent installment in the series. Each one of these novellas gets better than the last. The world building continues to be excellent and the character development is progressing nicely. The focus of this one is the relationship between Valerie and Thorn. Is she a traitor? Is she really on their side? Can Lily be saved? Loving every minute of this. Definitely recommend.

This is another engaging chapter in this series, and man, it pulled out all my emotions once again. There are more memories revealed but the mysteries really continue and trust for Valerie goes both ways, depending on the person. I can't wait for the next installment to see how things continue to unfold.

Also ngl it went straight into smut 😭😭😭 I was not expecting that…like one second they were fighting and the next they were…yk.

The action continues in episode (book) 3 of the Eleven Wings series. Will love find a way? Is the question of good vs bad so black and white and straightforward? Or are there shades of grey?
So many things and yes the blurb is correct you are going to want to binge this.

Powerful again

This story just keeps building and building. Not only that it gets deeper too. Thorn doesn’t trust easily following the eclipse and losing lily but can Valerie change his mind. It truly is the true outcome of can good really defeat evil.
I hope so
