The reason why I regard "writing" as a career is because I became interested in the career of an advertising copywriter. But I was not able to write very luently from the beginning.When I irst started out, I also spent a whole day writing short essays of 300 words. Now, I have become a freelance writer.The main content of my job is to write business books, interview famous people from all walks of life, and then introduce theirs skills and ideas to business people who have relevant reading needs.Business books are generally about 100,000 words per book.It only takes 4 to 5 days on average to inish writing these 100,000 words.This speed may surprise you.I basically write 1 book every month, 12 books a year. Most of the time, I write 14 books a year.Fortunately, the books I write are basically very popular. Of course my job is not just to write books.I also have columns in some magazines and news websites, where I publish personal interviews and some corporate reports. Sometimes I publish more than 10 articles a month.One of these reports is 3000~7000 words, totaling about 50,000 words a month, plus the number of words in the book, I have to write 150,000 words every month.In fact, I can write a 3,000-word report in one hour.In addition, I will also give a speech at the seminar as a lecturer. I have run a training course for book authors "Uesaka Toru's Writer's Private School". For this, I also need to prepare lecture materials.When I meet attractive people and companies, I sometimes write plans for them myself. Now, I write articles every day and make a living from it.In the 23 years I have been a freelance writer, I have never overdue a manuscript once.
