An intense flood stole the life of one of the nine survivors. And now all that remain from their cryocolumn are eight seventeen-year-olds and a troubled man named Darin, who Matt doesn’t trust. They still don’t know where the cryovault is and are no closer to finding it, due to a monstrous snowstorm forcing them to stay put. But they know they’re running out of time. Dr. Westbrook is dead, and there is no one tending to the over five thousand pods of cryogenically frozen people—the last of the human race.

Continued erratic weather halts them at every turn, and the body count is adding up. In their race to find their families and save the population, they uncover more things that are out of place, and the mystery deepens. Matt begins to question if he can even save himself—let alone the rest of the world.

Welcome to Camp New Beginnings—where the weather is just as dysfunctional as its residents.

Apocalypse Fall

A great futuristic story of several 17 year old who were cryogenically frozen so they would be saved in an apocalypse. Their whole goal is to find their parents who are also cryogenically frozen. They have a few clues to go on left by the Dr. who froze them and their families. They have several tapes to watch and try to figure out where their families are located in the mountains. One of the kids was awake with the Dr. and thinks he was crazy and that they will never know where to look. They will have to endure many deaths along the way from all the natural disasters they must get through. They learn a lot about themselves and who they feel they can trust. Part of the journey leads them to an underground bunker of sorts built into the side of the hill, in there they find food that is generically labeled, water and beer. They also find blueprints that may tell them where to look for their families. Several of them are burned pretty badly by the time they get to the bunker from a volcano that started erupting and they will need to go back to their original cabin to get medical supplies, none of them are happy about going back out into the very strange weather they have been encountering. They find an old boom box with a mixed tape in there t and turn it on and the music takes them back to happier time with their families
