Another fab book in this great series, i an really loving this group of friends and enjoying there stories.

In this book i could relate so much with Vivian about relationships and the past getting in the way but i did love how she got her self all in knots for this one guy. She reminded me a bit of Samantha from Sex and the City.

I loved Kobi and how they kept bumping into each other especially at her house and from there i loved how he wasn’t going to be giving up on her and i really liked his relationship with his brother and his niece she was so cute, i do love a kid in a book.

This is was such a good book and i love the storyline and am really looking forward to the next book in this series we have had a little bit of a lead up to this one and super excited to read April and Spencer’s story.

Dnf

I had to DNF this at 25%. Vivian is just a huge scrooge. She is super jaded by her job, she drinks to blackouts frequently enough her friends try and call her on it, she is mad her one night stand never called her after she bailed on him, she physically assaults someone who bumps into her in a bar AND her one night stand (who is a cop btw) while drunk. It just because too unsympathizing to continue.
Note this book does not say it's a clean read, but the reviews of the others say they are.

Another good book in this Jilted series, a quick, sweet read that will have you believing again in the power of love! Kobi and Vivian both only want FWB, neither are looking for a relationship.... but fate keeps bringing these two together, it seems like it was only a matter of time before they were forced to re-think their outlook on dating, love and relationships. I highly recommend this series and this author, I look forward to reading what's next.

I loved the back and forth between Vivian and Kobi. They both have the same train of thought when it comes to love, yet they fall for one another hard. Watching them develop their true love story was incredible!

Something Blue is another great romance by this fabulous author who knows how to build terrific character descriptions where you feel you truly know each one. As well, she literally pull emotions right out of you with her storytelling.

Right off the bat I have to say Kobi is a total sweetheart, he might have been a commitment phobic sweetheart, but still gorgeous and… mine! 🤣 He is protective by nature but also fun-loving and caring towards others.

Vivacious Vivian, as I have always thought of her, is a tad different in this story but I won’t be giving any more away about that nugget. She is her usual dedicated hard-working lawyer self who loves nothing more than spending time with her girlfriends, Dylan and Scarlett. These ladies provide some funny moments but none funnier than when Vivian discovers an unexpected visitor at the side of her house, early one morning. 😆

Meeting April, Vivian’s sister, is a delightful treat too and I am really looking forward to her book, Something Beautiful. Another amazingly adorable character, as cute as a button, is Mae and I am sure you will enjoy the fun times with that little poppet.

The stories in this series, and Something Blue is no different, take you away into the world of romance where obstacles are overcome and real-life fairy tales do exist. Throughout the story, and once finished, they literally make you feel absolutely wonderful and one of the main reasons for the extra half a star.

Letting love in isn't a bad thing.

Vivian is a divorce attorney and is known to be ruthless when it comes to representing her clients. She has a jaded view on love and relationships due to her job and life experiences. When one of her associates asks for help with a case involving a child she agrees to sit in the meeting. What she didn't expect to see was a man who looked like the man she had a one night stand with sitting on the opposite side of the table with the opposing attorney. Yet he is going by the name Lucas not Kobi which confuses her. When he doesn't even acknowledge her she has to contain her fury.
Kobi is a policeman who also work security on the side. While working in bar as security breaks up to woman in a confrontation only to discover one of them is Vivian his one night stand who he can't stop thinking about. When she calls him Lucas then slaps him before storming off. Only to meet each other again the following day when she needed the police and he was the one who responded. I absolutely died laughing at that scene and what they discover. Their story wasn't easy they had to work for it, gain each others trust but it was so worth it in the end. They both had walls that needed to be knocked down.
I loved how her friends were there for her to vent and to push her out of her comfort zone to keep her from running!!!

I received a free ARC from the author an I'm voluntarily leaving my review.

This book was such fun to read. I loved the humorous situations and the interactions between the characters, particularly between Vivian and Kobi.

Vivian is a hard working focused Divorce attorney, and the nature of her job makes her cynical about love and marriage. Kobi is a police officer with a protective nature, which makes him perfect except for his past inability to commit. These two have such a topsy-turvy relationship, and they have a lot of trust issues to overcome.

I love being reunited with all the other characters from the earlier books in the series. It feels like I’m spending time with old friends. Plus, there are a few new characters that are introduced, and I am hoping to learn more about them in future stories.

A feel good, entertaining read that kept me invested throughout…I received an advanced dopy of this book from the author
