Honestly, I probably got 15 good prompts out of this. A lot of them I could answer in one word, nd that wasn't worth writing about, and a lot of them just weren't applicable to my life. A lot of them were "respond to this quote by so and so" and I felt like that was academic writing, not journaling, and so I didn't do them, and basically I skipped almost this entire book.

An overview of journaling

The book is intentionally written in a random fashion. It starts with a brief suggestion on a way to do your journal. It was a little too random for me.

Another book of prompts that really spoke to me. I originally borrowed it from Kindle Unlimited, but there was so much inspiration that I'm going to purchase it.
