I loved reading this beautiful fairytale! The plot of the story was creatively done and I didn’t find it boring at all. The illustrations were simple but the story and the words of the author brought the story to life! This book would be great for a bedtime story or just on a regular day to brighten up a kids day! I highly recommend it! Can’t wait for the author to come up with more books like these for kids!
This is a great fairy story written in a traditional way with added wit. The relationship between a king and his son is fraught because the son refuses to get married to any young ladies his father suggests and then goes off on a quest to find a golden princess that he saw when he was under a spell, after coming across some gold. There are many twists and turns but eventually the prince gets his princess even though an imposter tried to thwart his happiness. May not be suitable for vegetarian or vegan families due to many meat options in the story, as befits a medieval setting.
