I am voluntarily reviewing an advanced reader copy of this book.

Laney has lived a sheltered life living with her mother and grandmother in a two bedroom apartment on the wrong side of town. Reaching the age of eighteen she has now been allowed to finally get a job working at the towns local hardware shop. The day that she meets Tate Dixon she can feel he air around her change when he is close she feels differently and the more attention he shows her the more she starts to escape the shell that she has been in. her feeling for him are growing by the day but what could a successful man like him want with a shy girl like him. Just when it looks like she is about to live her dream with the man that she loves, things change. Her mother kicks her out and Tate disappears, was she so wrong, did he not love her at all, is all she going to be left with is memories of what they had?

Tate knew that the day he walked into Handlers Hardware and saw Laney that his life had changed there and then, he was the last Dixon brother to fall and he fell instantly for the shy innocent girl that stole his heart with a glance. But her shyness and wariness mean he has to go slowly with her but there is no way he is giving her up and when they spend a magical night together he knows that he has found his forever. Only, it’s to week later after he dropped Laney at work and was involved in an accident and now she is nowhere to be found. Will he find Laney and when he does will she believe that he never wanted to leave her or has he missed his chance at love once and for all?

I am sorry to be saying goodbye to this series each book has been a fun interlude with steam and sweetness. Recommended for a quick read filled with escapism. 4.2*

This is book number 5 in the Bourbon Falls series and focuses on Tate and Laney. Tate meets Laney at the hardware store that she works at and immediately falls for her. He gets to work on getting to know her and making her his forever. They have a great night together before everything comes to a halt thanks to some unfortunate circumstances. Thankfully our couple gets a great HEA. This was a great addition to the series.

Tate is taken off track when he comes to the cash register and sees a beautiful girl working it. He can't get over how drawn to her he is. Laney is nervous of Tate and how he appears to be captivated but she has her own feelings she is trying to handle as well. As these two get to know each other, her mother doesn't like the idea of the attention she is drawing and when Tate goes missing. This age gap romance will draw you in and keep you glued to the pages from start to finish! I am volunteering to leave a review for an ARC of this book.

Tate is doing home improvements and when he goes into his favorite hardware store, he notices the new cashier Laney. He knows he has to have her. He comes back daily to get to know her and when the owner Bob and his wife Midge are out of town, Tate makes his move on Laney at the hardware store. And thus their relationship begins. Again I promised no spoilers so you will have to read it. I will say the ending was even better than two of the others.

I liked this short, sexy instalove story. Laney has been sheltered and homeschooled by her mom and grandmother. She's now working as a cashier at the local hardware store. Tate walks in to get some more items as he's working on his man cave. He instantly falls for her and knows she's the one for him. Personally, I would've liked more interactions, dates, dinners, taking her shopping. He's rich, but we don't see him spending it. Liked the end.

I read an ARC via the author and I'm voluntarily choosing to review it.
This is Tate and Laney’s story.. I thought it was better than the last one. She works at a hardware store and he notices her. Her mom is not a nice person so she ends up staying with a friend. She doesn’t think that Tate wants her because she’s been trying to reach him but then when she finally sees him things work out for them.

Finally

Can ❤️ hit you out of the blue while blinding you with how right it is? Tate has given his brothers a hard time until……Laney! Growing up in a small town, Tate thought that he knew everyone but he didn’t. Laney was so sheltered, naive and taken advantage of that she had no clue that life could be so good. When reality kicked everyone’s butt the true test came and Tate won the grand prize. The Bourbon Falls series again has a winner!

Tate and Laney
On a trip to the local hardware store Tate meets the new employee Laney. She’s a local but she was homeschooled and not let into town very much. Tate will do anything to spend more time with her, including finding reasons to need hardware every day. After a very steamy night together, Tate seems to ghost Laney. Read their story to find out what happened to Tate and if they will get their HEA.

I read the five-book series over two days and by the time I got to the end of this one, I was glad it was done. The series was a fine quick read and flowed fairly well. There was a gap of time in this one, that I felt was just there to create angst. Five brothers, all age gap, all insta-love. It felt like rinse and repeat to me by this book. If I read anything else by this author, I will try to read something else in between, so the stories don't feel all the same.

Short, instalove story with a man that knows what he wants and a girl that is just figuring it out. Tate sets his sights on Laney and wants to give her everything she doesn't have.

Love it... Love these short, steamy and sweet series. Tate and Laney's love story is the same. He saw.. He liked.. He staked his claim😉😁. And she is helplessly loving that🥰🥰🥰.

Make sure you have something cold to drink, because this book was steamy hot. Love all of B.L’s books everyone is filled with lots of heat.
