The book is a good start point on understanding how energy dominates your life and thoughts. It doesn’t give you too many things, but it gives you very good brief and concept on how you should view your energy and your thoughts. precise it’s also give you some practical steps how to increase your energy. As a result, I will recommend people who want to know your energy should read this book and view it as a very good start point to dive deeper on corresponding topics.

I really enjoyed Peter Hollins writing. He's straight to the point but adds his own unique personality to it.

As someone who has periodically researched on how to have more energy from YouTube videos and a few other books for over a decade now, to fix my chronic fatigue, I didn't receive very much new information. It however, reframed age old advice in new terms, concepts, and scientific research. Though not much new is here for me, it did remind me of good things to do.

The book dispels misconceptions about focus and productivity. It backs arguments with science and provides plenty of actionable recommendations. Short and to the point. I enjoyed reading it and felt I benefited from it!

Better balance of science and behavior lessons

A little too much on the mitochondria and ATP chapters but overall a solid read. Much better than first book to me.
