That is the question that Ky “Irish” Daniels keeps asking himself when he meets the gorgeous, blue-eyed, southern belle with a busted tire one rainy night, and becomes instantly enchanted.
Known for being a wild playboy, Irish finds that easing into a relationship, especially with his reputation, isn’t simple. But once he gets her in his grasp, he finds out there is more to the blonde beauty’s story than meets the eye.
The last thing Bailey Anderson wants in her life right now is a man. Being on the run from her overbearing parents and a predatory fake fiancé, she is looking to lay low in her new hometown of Virginia Beach. All she wants is independence and to continue her love for teaching. She is not expecting to have the strong and handsome Navy SEAL who came to her aid her first night in town to walk into her classroom.
It isn’t an easy road for Irish and Bailey to be together with their pasts threatening to snuff out their blossoming relationship. With Irish’s help, can Bailey finally escape the clutches of her family’s greed before it is too late?

I loved this book, very much in the ilk of Susan stoker and Riley Edwards it’s a well written series with a group of lead characters you can’t wait to read about. This is the first I’ve read. It I didn’t feel like I really missed much not having read the first 3 books (though I will be going back to read them now I’ve read this one) Irish is a loveable member of the team, and keen to find his own happy ever after after seeing his teammates settle and having played the field previously. Bailey is running from family trouble and ready to make a new start, including meeting someone. The story is really well written and the events flow nicely with a lovely HEA after the obligatory angst for the characters.

Gutted as I have been reading the books in this series back to back, the storylines weren't believable but I was able to overlook that as I liked the characters and writing style. This book however for me went too far over the unbelievable line but also I disliked the whole importance placed on the guy having sexual experience and the woman being virginal. Also the women who were meant to be strong intelligent characters showed their displeasure to Irish's behaviour by giving him the silent treatment. There was also discrepancies in The story Eg. Big deal about having no supportive family and then suddenly half way through a close cousin appears and emancipation as an adult didn't seem right either. The whole book felt YA with sex scenes. I got to 90% finished and there was yet again an over the top attempt by her family to harm her and I gave up.
This is book four in The Trident Series and it is Irish and Bailey's story and omg what an emotional story it is. Bailey had been on the road for eleven hours and she was exhausted but excited to start her new life as a teacher in Virginia Beach but just when she thought that she was on the home stretch her car but her car but not something in the road and her tyre popped and now she was stuck with no one to call and it was pouring down with rain so she decided that she would have to try and change the tyre herself. Irish was coming out I the bar when he heard someone cussing only to have the shock of his life when the women looked up at him and she was a real beauty and he felt something for her straight away which was an unusual feeling for him even though she was sat in a puddle as he had spooked her when he spoke after helping her he knew that he would find her again. Bailey didn't trust people very well as her parents were wealthy snobs who abused her if she didn't do what they wanted and be a trophy wife to a man that they had chosen and they didn't care that he slept around and was abusive so that is why she had walked away but she knew that they would eventually find her but she wasn't going back. Irish and Bailey met again and there connection and chemistry between them was still as strong but will she be able to let down her walls enough to trust someone again. Omg I absolutely loved this book and I couldn't put it down as I had to see what would happen next and I definitely wasn't disappointed. This book takes you on a rollercoaster of emotions and a journey that no person should ever have to go through in there lives and I can't wait to read the next book in this amazing series as each book just gets better and better. I love how protective this group of friends are over anyone that joins there family blood or not and they would do anything for any one of them. Jaime Lewis is an amazing author and writer and I definitely recommend you read this book and series and you will definitely not be disappointed.

This is book four in the Trident Series. This can be read as a standalone but I think reading the series in order is better since the series is about a Navy SEAL's team. You will see previous characters from books 1-3. I was pulled into the story right away and enjoyed it from beginning to end. I loved Irish and Bailey's story. Irish may be a player but he's starting to rethink his thoughts on relationships after seeing several of his teammates find love. This book is fast paced, hot and steamy, with a good amount of action. I can't wait for the next book in the series to be released.
Irish hasn't dated anyone in years, random hookups with women who know not to get attached. Everything when he meet Bailey she's so much different than the women he's hooked up with in the past. He helped Bailey when she first got to town but didn't ask for her number. He finds himself thinking about their future together but first he has to find her. He shows up at his niece’s school and low and behold there is the woman he can't get out of his mind, turns out she’s his niece’s teacher. Bailey's running from her parents and the man they want her to marry. Irish wants to protect her from her family. Can he keep her safe and convince her he's changed?

Once again we are ready for an adventure filled ride with the guys in this wonderful series and this time it is Irish who will find the woman that completes him
Irish is the guy that never date seriously he just has hook ups where the women know the score but that all changes when he meets Bailey She has moved across the country to escape her parents who are wealthy snobs who have decided who she is going to marry To bad that he is a cheating scum bag who treats her like dirt So she has packed her car and found a job as a teacher and is beginning her life as a free woman The only problem is she has a puncture and with no one to call she is having to try to change it all by herself When Irish steps out of the bar he sees her and offers to help her scaring her in the process so she plants herself in a puddle in the rain. He helps her and she heads on her way but Irish can't forget her and wishes he had got her number imagine his surprise and delight when he goes to get his niece form school and discovers Bailey teaching there. He wants to date her but she isn't sure after all she has learnt about his reputation but with her parents closing in he will help her and in the process he may convince her to give him a chance
This is a thrilling suspenseful action packed book with intense chemistry, family greed, love and acceptance. The characters are well developed and the plot and story line are filled with twists and turns and revelations. Bailey is a heiress on the run from her parents and Randy the man they want to force her to marry. Ky (Irish) is a navy seal and a natural protector and when he stops to help Bailey, his whole world changes and he can't stop thinking about her but he forgot to get her number.
As he searches for her, he finds Bailey in the most unlikely place, as Sienna's teacher. Bailey is a very private person due to her parent's treatment of her and she does not tell Irish of all the inexcusable treatment she was subjected to sat the hands of her parents and Randy. I loved Bailey's generosity and sweetness and she was perfect for Irish our hero, hot alpha SEAL.
The book had some great chemistry between Irish and Bailey with some great supporting characters, and I loved the interactions and funny moments with the rest of the team and their families. A very entertaining MUST read.

Irish was being a good guy, helping a lady with a flat tire in the pouring rain at Bayside. Then, he got that little buzz when he helped her into her car. She left without giving him a name. Then he goes home and ends up taking guardianship of his niece, Sienna, further complicating his life. But, it's family. Bailey Anderson was hiding from her family and their plans for her. But they don't give up easily. And they've hidden an important part of her inheritance from her, banking on her following their plans. But she didn't and won't. The first time, Randy simply walked up to her and expected her to follow his orders to get in his car and go 'home'. She got a little help from Bravo team who were there. Then things amped up. Between that and some issues Irish developed after a mission, things get a little bit rocky. Then fall down a cliff when Randy gets sneaky, then really rough.
This was my first book by Jaime and I am really glad that I discovered her as an author. I enjoyed getting to know the characters of the Trident series and look forward to catching up what I’ve missed as well as finding out what comes next for this group for Navy SEALs.
This book focuses on Irish, one of the SEALs and Bailey, an heiress who works as a teacher. Bailey doesn’t like the way her money hungry family treats her so she leaves her hometown and makes her way to Virginia Beach. She meets Irish when she has car trouble and he helps her. He is instantly taken with the woman he refers to as “Blue” but his womanizing past and her horrible family are barriers they will have to overcome if they are going to be together. This story has some elements of suspense, romance, and steam. I enjoyed the characters and reading their story.

"Irish" is the fourth book in the Trident series, and it is the story of Irish and Bailey. It has to be fate that brings these two together, because after Irish helps her out with a little car problem, they go their separate ways not knowing anything about each other, only to wind up meeting again. Bailey is trying her best to go on with life and leave her greedy parents out of it. She has the rudest, greediest parents a person could have. She has to learn to trust Irish, he simply wants to help her and get to know her. His SEAL teammates have met their soul mates and he thinks maybe it is his time, but they have to get through a few bumps in the road first. This one is loaded with suspense, action, danger, friends and romance. What a fantastic series! Five "sweetness" stars for this one!!
It doesn't matter what the reason is, no one should be putting their hands on you in a violent matter. When she was first was attacked by the man at the bar she should have notified the authorities. She shouldn't be relying on someone she just met to protect her. That's crazy. She also should not have gotten back together with him after he hurt her. Someone's choice to join the military does not permit them get drunk and to hurt you (War vet myself). I feel like the author put her hitting him in her sleep to even things out but of course that's not the same. Anyways I gave it 3 stars because I did enjoyed reading it. Just remember to never let anyone hit you and always alert the authorities if they do.
So far I have loved all of the Trident series books, but Irish and Bailey are by far my favorite! This book is full of love, laughter, desire, and most importantly family! Irish and Bailey have a very rocky road to their HEA! Along the way we meet parents who never should have had a child, a cousin who loves Bailey, we meet irish's parents who are wonderful, and a beautiful little girl called Sierra, who captures everyone's hearts... 5 stars plus for Jaime Lewis, and she is definitely a one click author for me, and I cannot wait to read the next book in this series.
This book was fantastic and the only reason I put it down was because I had to get up for work the next morning. LOL. Irish and Bailey have such explosive chemistry and so much compassion between them that I really fell in love with their characters. With Baileys parents being controlling jerks who can’t take a hint and are only after her to have her wealth, Irish and his crew really work to keep her safe. I am really looking forward to reading the other books in this series. It will be nice to get some more background on some of the other characters.

This is book four of either in the The Trident series by Jaime Lewis. This can be read as a stand-alone. However, I am a little disappointed that I did not start this series at the beginning. This is Irish and Bailey's story.
Irish only dates women who know the score and know not to get attached with ideas of a lasting relationship. He meets Bailey on a rainy day when he helps with her tire. She is so different from the women he normally sees. However, he is interested anyways. Once he finds out her secrets, will he be able to keep her safe? Can he prove to her that he has changed?

I absolutely loved Ky aka Irish and Blue aka Bailey they are the perfect match for each other and then there is sweet wee Sienna, the way Irish decides to take Sienna with him straight away after seeing his parents just makes a girl swoon. This is the perfect mix of finding yourself, finding love, fighting back and learning what real family and friends are. I think this is my new favorite book in the series now! (Sorry Alex and Ace! lol)

Irish is the fourth story in The Trident Series. This story will take you on an emotional rollercoaster, I got all the feels in this story. Bailey is the leading lady and she endures so much, but she keeps her head high and keeps on moving forward. Lewis gives us some hilarious scenes one involves a massage and the other a cat. Absolutely loved Bailey, Irish is the sexy male lead but a few times I wanted to throttle him. I enjoyed this story and I can't wait to see what happens next. Happy Reading!!
I’ve enjoyed most of these for the most part but that a**hole bully moment every single one of these men have in every book I’ve read is just getting worst, this time I think went too far and I really wanted her to ditch the idiot and find a decent guy who wouldn’t treat her like that. I’m not a fan of that kind of drama.
Loved the story! The relationship between Irish and Bailey was filled with intrigue and suspense. From beginning to end you never know what will occur. You just keep hoping that they will work together to overcome their pasts. Great writing and lots of laughs. Looking forward to the next book in this series.
Great storyline and character development made this book a hot and enjoyable read! Extremely entertaining, captivating and interesting sexy read. I could not put it down. Wonderfully written with strong, intriguing characters. I want to read more from this author.
Omg I loved this book so much, I don't know think ever laughed so hard. I love Irish but Bailey went through he'll and to have parents like that man ticked me off how they treated her. I recommend read this complete series, now waiting for Stitches story.
Bravo Jamie, you did it again.knock the soaks off me.What an amazing story Even funny with that tea party.Everyone a fantastic read for whomever loves Alpha men and there wives..I just love these books, can't wait for Stitches book to come out.
This is an incredible story and a continuation in the series. Filled with suspense, danger to loving family and hilarious situations with a cat this book is a page turner and a can’t put down. Read in under 6 hours
This is the fourth book in the series, which I recommend reading in order because they are just that good. Irish and Bailey have a sweetness to their story that makes it hard to put the book down. I loved little Sienna too.
This series is really good and the couples are awesome . Irish is one of my favorite seals from the first book Ace and his story did not disappoint and had me laughing out loud or smiling and the being heartbroken to elated.
Jamie has done it again with Bailey and Irish’s story. This book has everything that any romance reader wants. Sex, romance, and angst. Can’t wait until I read Stitch’s story.
I enjoyed this story very much but it was a little short for my taste. Also sine Ky was supposed to be a player he didn't seem to have that many moves in the bedroom. This story was very tame in suspense as well.
Loved the characters and their chemistry in this story , laughed out loud at some parts with the team . Looking forward to the next book in the series .
