About the author

Sujatha was the allonym of the Tamil author S. Rangarajan, Author of over 100 novels, 250 short stories, ten books on science, ten stage plays, and a slim volume of poems. He was one of the most popular authors in Tamil literature, and a regular contributor to topical columns in Tamil periodicals such as Ananda Vikatan, Kumudam and Kalki. He had a wide readership, and served for a brief period as the editor of Kumudam, and has also written screenplays and dialogues for several Tamil movies.

As an engineer, he supervised the design and production of the electronic voting machine (EVM) during his tenure at Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL), a machine which is currently used in elections throughout India. As an author he inspired many authors, including Balakumaran, Madhan.

Fast paced thriller ... Amazed by the information given by Sujatha, starting from Scotland yard till the details about Aircraft engine... I felt some bits and pieces of information resembling with Vettaiyadu Vilayadu film like piercing the index finger of the girl, cop named Anderson, trying to find the culprit only by means of Instinct. Vigorously searching for this movie... Hope K Tv will bless me soon...

Usual crime investigation story. As the author stated in the introduction, he wanted to make readers explore London with him, but it revolved around nightclubs, and adult screening like these are the only exciting pages of London. Something missing from the author's usual magic.

சுஜாதா "ப்ரியா" மூலம் மீண்டும் நம்மை ஈர்க்கிறார். எப்பொழுது படிக்க ஆரம்பித்தேன் என்று தெரியும், ஆனால் எப்பொழுது முடித்தேன் என்று தெரியவில்லை. அவ்வளவு வேகம் சுஜாதாவின் எழுத்தில். அவ்வளவு வேகமாக நம்மை கூட்டிசென்றவர் கணேஷ். (வசந்தும் உண்டு ஆனால் லண்டனுக்கு விசா கிடைக்கவில்லை போல, அதனால் முதலிலும், இறுதியிலும் மட்டுமே நாம் பார்க்கமுடிகிறது)கணேஷ் தனியாக இருந்தும் ஒன்றும் செய்யவில்லை,இறுதிக்கட்டத்தில் தவற மற்ற நேரம் சும்மாவே இருக்கிறார் , இல்லையென்றால் யாரிடமாவது திட்டு அல்லது அடி வாங்குகிறார்(என் இப்படி செஞ்சிங்க சுஜாதா). கடைசியில் மட்டுமே கணேஷ், கணேஷ் ஆகவே தெரிகிறார். அதைபோல மற்ற கதாபாத்திரங்கள் பப்பு(பரத்குமார்),ஜனார்தன், ஷா, ரோவான், ஹெண்டர்ஸன் அனைவரும் சுஜாதாவின் Touch. முக்கியமான கதாபாத்திரமான "ப்ரியா" A typical sujatha heroine. ஆனால் ரசிக்கமுடிகிறது. சுஜாதா இலவசமாக லண்டனை சுற்றி காட்டுகிறார். அவ்வளவு அற்புதமான Detailing. பொதுவாக புத்தகம் அல்லது படம் எதை முதலில் பார்த்தாலும் ஒரு comparison தோன்றும். ஆனால் ப்ரியா புத்தகம் சரி, படம் சரி, இரண்டும் வெவ்வேறு விதம்.
