I tried very hard not to skim through this last book. Unfortunately, I gave up around chp 775. The fights got bland, my sense of time was thrown off, and the relationships didn't really matter. Everyone just dies besides a select few. It felt like every time MC finishes a fight he'll stay in a cave for 200 years, come out to fight and go back into hiding.
The worst thing about this book is that MC looses his cultivation again. Yup, again... I can handle him loosing his powers in prior volumes because he was tricked BUT he literally looses powers like twice in this book. Please leave him alone T-T. Just let him be an overpowered god.
Ending was alright. But a lot of the writing and details can be condensed or taken out. I wished there was more scenes with the MC's "wife." I should of stopped with the prior book instead of spending another few weeks reading 1406 chapters of this stuff. It is not as good or exciting as the previous books.
