This is a Christmas special in the “Secret Princesses,” series and contains two stories. In the first novel in this series, we met best friends, Charlotte Williams and Mia Thompson. Charlotte’s family move to America and the two girls find they are separated. However, their old babysitter, Alice, gives them two pendants to wear and these take the two girls to the Wishing Star Palace where Secret Princesses come to meet in an enchanted land. The girls find that they are potential Friendship Princesses and they have to work together to grant wishes and bring happiness. Happily deciding to become Trainee Princesses leads the girls into adventure with, of course, in true Fairy Tale fashion, a baddie – the wicked Princess Poison and, hopefully, a Happy Ever After. Further books in this series look at the girls training, as they are asked to help grant children wishes and bring happiness.

Simply named Story One and Story Two, the first story has seven chapters and the second story has five chapters. In the first story, Princess Poison is out to spoil Christmas wishes for everyone. Can Charlotte and Mia stop her from spoiling Holly and Ivy’s Christmas wish? In the second story, the evil Princess Poison even tries to ruin Mia and Charlotte’s Christmas wishes! These stories are good fun and the series is really enjoyable for children aged approx 8+.

This book was amazing Mia and Charlotte had to grand two girls wishes and this meant that it was more trickier for them to save wishing star palace from princess poison but they were able to do it.They were also lucky enough to spend Christmas together at the end of the book which was really good.👍🏾

Very entertaining. I enjoyed the drawings and the writing was interesting. I liked the fact that Mia was nice to her sister instead of pushing her out the door.
