Mia is a florist and owns a flower shop. She lives an average, simple, boring life with her boyfriend of seven years. Mia has resided herself to being with Ben regardless of feeling unloved, forgotten, ignored until he stops coming home at night.
When Cole encounters Mia at her flower shop, he is immediately fascinated with her, but as a famous rock star Cole doesn't date average women like Mia [Oh No, No No No!!!] , especially those living with their boyfriend.
Now let me just say that there is no cheating in this book, and Cole and Mia did not hook up until Mia left Ben's downright waste of time, no good ass.
The Twist In This Book!!! The Angst! The Suspense!! The Build-Up of Tension!!! Oh Gosh, Cole and Mia are perfect together. The book is easy to read, fast pace and had fantastic flow and development. I really enjoyed it when Cole shared his struggle with drug addiction and its impact on his family and career.
The secondary characters are fantastic. Finn and Rachel have something going on, so I can't wait to read that book, and Grayson is such a mystery.
If you enjoy reading rockstar romance, sweet cute sexy reads, feel-good stories, or friends to lovers, I highly recommend you read this book.

THIS IS SWOON WORTHY ROMANCE!
I loved this book. The chemistry between Cole and Mia was amazing. I loved the push and pull between them. And Cole... where do I even start with Cole?! He was swoon worthy, dreamy, sweet, sexy, and seductive. Both characters were well written, their backstories helped drive the story and kept you turning pages.
If you love a rock star romance with a delicious slow burn, you will love this book!
I cannot wait for the rest of Tribute to get their own stories!

I am a new reader to J. Akridge and was asked to ARC read her latest book, Enthralled, in exchange for an honest review of this book. I love all things rockstar, so I was excited to dive right in!
On a chance encounter, Cole, a popular rockstar happens into Lily's Flower Shop, which is owned by the adorable Mia. Cole is immediately captivated by Mia and finds reasons to keep going back to Lily's to see Mia. Mia meanwhile is in a longtime relationship that has been going bad for quite some time. Mia finds herself drawn to Cole and questions her relationship with Ben. With the encouragement of her friend Rachel, she leaves Ben for good. She finds herself sexting with Cole, leading to a hot and heavy affair! The pair navigate their growing friendship/affair, as things heat up between Rachel and Cole's band mate Finn. Cole must face his past secrets and demons, while touring and missing Mia. Mia is on her way to the flower shop that she inherited from her grandmother. As she is walking she reflects back on her morning with her boyfriend Ben. They have been dating for seven years and even though she knows he has no interest in getting married she stays because she loves him, but something is different lately. He is distant and working at the law firm into the night lately.
Her best friend Mia has never liked him and keeps telling her that she deserves better. But, she decides to put that all behind her as she opens her shop for the day. She loves being surrounded by the flowers and memories of her grandmother.
The first thing she notices when the man enters her shop is his piercing teal blue eyes that were hard to look away from. A piercing in his eyebrow, tattoos lining both arms and a muscular body not hiding behind his tight t-shirt.
Cole is the lead singer of the group Tribute with his best friends Grayson and Finn and needs to get flowers for his mother's birthday. The first thing he notices when he walks into the flower shop is the contrast between the woman's deep blue eyes and black hair, but when she smiled at him he is mesmerized.
Trying to find ways to see her again, he returns the next day to get flowers for the band's assistant and he jumps on the opportunity when he finds out his sister is looking for a florist for her upcoming wedding.
I love this book! It is very well written and characters are fully developed and relatable. Until Mia met Cole she had been willing to settle, but Cole made her feel things she didn't know were possible.

Swoony Hot and Captivating ride ahead 😍😍
OK.. I'm still sighing and swooning and yet still smiling being so immersed in Mia and Cole's sweet world.
Right from when this book starts I was hooked, although initially I was a bit frustrated with Mia for not seeing her worth and putting up with a guy who doesn't care about her or even check on her.
She's sad and is just used to the comfort that is her life as its been for years, but I also understood where she's coming from.
But from the minute Cole walks in her flower shop, there's an attraction, a pull that they both feel and it was so fun watching a famous Rockstar searching for excuses to meet the flower girl.
Cole didn't understand what was it about Mia that he couldn't get her out of his head. He doesn't know what to do to further his connection with Mia. When he does finally get the chance he grabs it with both hands.
Mia and Cole relationship was such a sweet slow build and I loved the fact that they don't just jump and give into their attraction which is fine but in this case I felt I was falling for Cole just like Mia was. All those sweet moments and everything that was happening let me feel all the feelings that they were feeling.
I also have to say how much I loved Mia's best friend, Rachel who is always there for her no matter what. Also, sweet little Sally was adorable and AHH... This one still has me swooning and smiling over this entire journey. Also what was that cooking between Grayson, Cole' friend and fellow bandmate and Cole's sister even though she's married now. Gasp! Yep can't wait to dive into their book. Loved loved this one. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Mia has been in a relationship with her boyfriend Ben for seven years and he doesn’t seem to have any plans on proposing anytime soon. As a matter of fact, he’s been hanging out with “friends” and staying out all night. She knows there’s something going on and there are changes about his clothes but she can’t seem to put her finger on it. Cole is a rockstar, rich, gorgeous and tattoos. He keeps going back to Mia’s flower shop since he bought flowers for his mom, he can’t not see her. He’s becoming obsessed with her. Cole knows about Ben, but he also knows Mia is not happy with Ben. Cole and his band mates act kind of young, kind of sweet. I love the chemistry of Mia and Cole. When these two got together I thought my kindle would explode. This story was pretty good, I’m giving it four stars and I recommend it.

Mia is the owner of a flower shop. In a bad relationship with a lawyer who is spiraling out of control. He is out with friends all hours of the day and night and not coming home. When she has had enough and leaves him it gives her the opportunity to move on with Cole.
Until his manager tries to keep them apart...
I really enjoyed this book. It was very well written. I can't wait to see what comes next in the series.

So this was a first by this author for me and I loved it. I loved all of these characters, except two, and can’t wait for Enamoured and Enraptured. My heart broke for both of these characters but I found myself laughing and falling hard for them. October 21, 2021 can’t come fast enough now!! 🖤🔥🧡🔥🖤

My first read by J Akridge. Cole & Mia’s story was a sweet, swoony read with just enough suspense, drama and steam. I enjoyed watching this couple come together. Sally stole my heart for sure!

This is the 1st in a new rockstar romance story and what an incredible beginning Cole and Mia’s story is. Cole is a rockstar who is haunted by demons and past transgressions, and he is not looking for a relationship. Mia is a florist who reopens her grandma’s flower shop, and she has been in a relationship with Ben for a long time, but they are not going anywhere. When Cole and Mia meet, there is an instant attraction between them, and Mia breaks up with Ben and moves in with her best friend. This is a slow burn with intense chemistry which is undeniable. This is a well written story which has great secondary characters, and is a sweet and engaging story, with emotions, angst, friendships, a tad suspense, turmoil, and love, which all leads to an all-consuming page turner. I look forward to reading more from this talented author whose work I highly recommend.

Wow, I am officially obsessed with Tribute and their swoon worthy band members. This book definitely had that bad boy rockstar meets “small town” girl romance but there was also a depth that made me feel like I was being lead deeper and deeper into the world of Cole and Mia and I didn’t want to turn back.
Cole was this mysterious hot guy that I felt the need to peel back the layers of to learn more about right away. He had an endearing personality that just made my heart melt but you could also tell that he had hidden demons that created walls around his heart.
Mia, man she was was just darling. I loved that she wore her heart on her sleeve and was always so open about life and friendship and love. I wanted so much for her to have her happily ever after.
Cole and Mia together were a slow burning bundle of chemistry that I couldn’t wait to combust. Although it seemed like the world was constantly conspiring against them that angst made for a an amazing journey of ups, downs and some fan your face steam. I can’t wait for the next book in this series because there were so many characters that I was introduced to that I want to get to know better.

This was a first time read by this author and definitely won’t be the last
I loved everything about this book!
Cole and Mia were such strong characters and had chemistry for days.
I hung on every word, sentence & chapter.
There were twists I didn’t see coming and more than one villain that got their just deserts.

My first book by this author, and I wasn't disappointed.
This book has it all rockstar, romance and a bit of angst, the characters were great along with the side characters of the book.
Cole is a rockstar, with some things he'd rather forget, and isn't interested in a relationship until he walks into Lily's flower shop, which Mia owns. But Mia is already in a relationship with Ben, thing's aren't right between them and Mia can't figure out what's wrong, eventually sick of being a doormat she leaves Ben and moves in with her best friend. That's when things start to heat up between her and Cole.
Loved Cole and Mia.
Cannot wait to read more of this series.
