Stella is at her new job and suddenly she has to face her "enemy", Carrie, in the same FBI branch. There is a crime to be solved and Stella is requested to be part of the team by Maxwell. She works relentlessly in order to find the culprit. They pursue many leads and all of them end up blank, until she works out who is the murderer and the motive. The story has a good plot, is well-written, and keeps the reader on their toes till the end! Very entertaining!

FBI Agent Stella is being sent to an ultra rich town, where clubs are actually cults, the secrets are rampant and so is murder. Then to have to confront her mother, her nightmare of past is threatening all she has gained.
Nothing prepares Stella for what she finds and you feel for her.

Stella Fall is tackling cults disguised as clubs in this third book in the Stella Falls series. This novel is reminiscent of The Perfect Veil by Blake Pierce, but not as tightly woven. If I hadn’t read them so close together, I may not have compared. I also am not as big a fan of this series as her Remi Laurent series.
