As an immigrant to the USA, I keep trying to learn more about how my new home works. I figured I'd start off simply and try this easy-reader about the Electoral College. While this book tries valiantly to make sense of the EC, I can say without hesitation that this is a completely impossible goal. Not the fault of the book, the Electoral College is just insane.
