Tort law cases are both interesting and really disheartening, but I thought this casebook made most of the concepts clear. As with most of my case books, I did not read the whole thing, but it took up enough of my reading life that I'm counting it!

Unexpected banger. If I had a dollar for every time this book said “reasonable” or “foreseeable” I’d have enough money to pay for law school
