Duty to the family has always been Sahara’s role in the Phillips family. Although her taste for freedom was always calling out to her, when her mother lets her know that she has arranged a marriage for her with another upstanding family, the taste for freedom becomes a lot more enticing. So, she convinces her parents to allow her one weekend without responsibility.
Kade Michaels never thought settling down in one place would be the path for him until he runs into the beautiful Sahara for a weekend of passion. When the time comes for them to part ways, he decides right then and there that the best way to get over her is to shut off his emotions. Ready to head out for his next adventure, his brother calls him to come back home for a surprise.
Surprised isn’t the word when Kade comes back to his hometown of Kenzington Falls to run into the woman who has been plaguing his every thought. Knowing this must be fate, he plans to do everything to get her to realize she is better off with him. But will family step in and cause a problem when this case of Kiss and Tell is on display? Or will Sahara snatch the freedom she knows only Kade can provide?
If you haven't read a novel by Iesha Bree, you can expect to read about bold independent women and Smooth, Charming Men ready to mend broken hearts. Each novel penned to heal and show each woman they're worthy of love.
I am an Indie Author! So be on the lookout for that!! Cover Designer, and reader. I have been reading all types of books by many different authors for years and I just love the idea of love so I decided I should share what I dream and hope to have someday! I'm also a military brat, so I always have this itch to travel to a new place that's another one of my passions. I have a book club if you're interested in getting sneak peeks to my new books, as well as participate in deep book discussions, and my character introductions to new series! lookup
Kade Miclaels & Sahara Philips meet when Sahara takes an impromptu trip to Miami to get away from her controlling mother for a weekend....Kade & Sahara spend the weekend together and they both think that it will be the first and last time they will see each other....little to they know The Philips Family & The Michaels Family have arranged for Sahara & Kyron to marry...Kyron is Kade's younger brother....thus, this is where the dram begins....Both Sahara & Kade have controlling mothers and laid back fathers....that was kind of weird to me....there's some issues resolved and a Michaels family secret reveal...and a few other twist and turn...but ultimately Kade & Sahara find their way to one another.
Wow. Their Mothers we’re a mess. Made me want to strangle them. Kade and Sahara was stronger than they knew. Love insta love. Loved it! My first read of Iesha Bree. Good job. 👍🏾
Oooo wee Iesha Bree took me through it with this one! I have never felt so many emotions while reading as I did with this book. The characters wore me out; however, it was the audacity of some that sent me over the edge. Kade and Sahara were a whole vibe! Their connection was so strong and pure. Their upbringings made them perfect for one another. Kade was definitely bae material, and even Kyron (though I would need a little more strength in that backbone). Sahara irritated me a bit with her movements, but in the end, she came through and represented like I knew she could! This was a novella that was written so well that it read like a full-length story. I’m on to read Show and Tell now so I can see what Kyron has going on because if it’s anything like this read, I know Iesha Bree is about to have me in another chokehold!
Sahara didn't have a very strong backbone but that quickly changed. Kade was everything she need and came right on time. Now the Mother's in this book was just a mess both of them and the father's were also a mess since they didn't have backbone either. But I'm glad Kade didn't give up on Sahara or himself and kept pushing to get what Sahara and him both wanted.
This was short and sweet. I’m not normally a fan of novellas but this one actually felt like a full story. I loved Sahara and Kade. They met and fell in love despite their crazy and controlling moms. Perfect ending!!
I really wanted to give this book a higher rating because the story was very interesting. I loved the characters and the development of the story. There were some parts that were very surprising, which is always good in a story.
But with the amount of errors, there were times I couldn’t figure out what was being said. I have read books by this authors before and this has consistently been an issue. I will think twice before buying again in the future because I spent too much time trying to correct errors instead of enjoying the story.
This was my first read my Queen Iesha and I found a new authors work to enjoy. Kade & Sahara despite trying to leave the weekend fling in Miami, it followed them to their hometown. To find out that he was the brother of her supposed fiancé was just crazy asf. Kade & Sahara are what the other needed, they were perfect for each other. They challenged each other to step outside their box and in the process fell in love. Both they mommas was a hot ass mess and needed to focus more on themselves than trying to ruin the lives of their grown children. They were just full of drama and the secrets that came out🤦🏽 That brother Paul and Kade played no games with her offer barring mother. I'm glad in the end there were able to mend their relationship and she decided to change how she dealt with her other children.
I enjoyed the journey of Kade, Sahara, and Kyron as they all evolved throughout the book. Making the decision to step out of your norm can be very frightening but it could also be very rewarding. I recognized parts of myself in Sahara and it’s made me take a good look in the mirror. I really enjoyed reading this book.
This was a quick, cute read. I liked how everything works out. I knew something was up between Kade and his mom because of how mean she was to him and he never lived up to her standards. That was an evil woman to threaten Kade’s real mother, forcing her to abandon Kade at a few days old. I appreciate the author giving Kade a backbone, having him leave the toxic behind as soon as possible.

This book had so much potential the story line was really good and s I understand that it’s a novella and more fast paced than a full novel but it’s the way everything was written just so conveniently. Nothing actually developed it just conveniently turned into perfect situations way too many times.
This Book was good and it definitely held my attention from the very first page. I love the bond between Sahara and Kade it was like they was made for each other. Kade mother was crazy. Hopefully we get a story on Kyron he definitely deserved a happy ending.
There is nothing more better then reading a good old fashion love story. That’s exactly what I felt like I have just did. I want want to thank the author for that amazing read.
I usually don't do romance. But this was a pleasant surprise. I fell in love with your characters. And liked the that this was a novella. I'm looking forward to reading more from this author. ❤❤❤
This was a fun book to enjoy! Kade & Sahara both had to go on a journey to break free! I didn’t know what to expect from Kade mother but woah 🤯 I wonder does Kyron already have a gf???
All they need were a little sense talked into them for them to see that they ran their own lives. I was happy Kyron was on board with everything. But that plot twist, jaw dropping!!! Not something I seen coming.
Good read, I liked the characters and storyline. Kade and Sahara are a good match. Their attraction was instant. This is their journey to love, as they navigate complicated family dynamics.
So much more I wanted to investigate about this read. I. Bree can tell a story and this definitely told a story I’m just greedy for her writing and wanted it to be almost a full novel. However this was a really good read
