3rd times a charm

I love this mini series! First read on Wattpad at least 2-3 times and there and was excited to see it here on KU! Still enjoy it every time I reread it. I love their love story of course the drama and the happy ending helps as well

On a cold January night, Abigail Bennett steps into a club that alters her life forever—and meets a master who awakens her deepest desires. Years later, the power dynamic shifts when Preston Trice appears at her door, revealing a past she never imagined and asking her to help fulfill a fantasy of his own.

This story leans hard into heavy BDSM, emotional vulnerability, and the healing of old traumas. What surprised me most was the ending: two people who never wanted the traditional path find fulfillment, stability, and even family—on their own terms. Dark, intimate, and ultimately satisfying.

Shame on me for thinking there were scenes cut from the first book, when they were obviously in the second.

No matter how many times I read this, the whole clinic/bill/disaster still gives me so much anxiety. Wanted to smack them both, but figered they like that a bit too much...

I'm still hoping, begging for a book for Lauren and Elliott. I feel like there's a lot potential there.

It wasn’t bad, but wasn’t riveting. I absolutely loved the first book, still do! This one seemed like it could have just been incorporated into Collared as extra chapters under a part II or even a long epilogue. There were several parts that I felt could have done without as they did not really add to the plot but it’s decent. I was content with the ending.

No real purpose of this book other than to give some crazy asf lines but I’m sorry I will never get over how public they are with randoms like why he is walking her with a leash in a random small island in Greece like if I saw that shit I’d be traumatized. Their parents also know way too much about their sex lives

I'm usually not a fan of misunderstanding trope but I ate up this book. It was steamy and had good character development.

The conclusion was anticlimactic. It was like the author just wanted to end the b9ok pit of nowhere and threw in a ending

A good show of the developing relationship between the main characters but the back stories that played a part in their developing relationship were skimmed over. As with the first book in this duo, I felt the details were rushed. I did enjoy it though and I liked seeing how the main characters' story concluded. I always appreciate an epilogue and wrapping up the story.
