This is a group of survivors left alive in North America after Christ has come and saved everyone else. They explore the world and live. As a group they try looking for God again, but keep living. The narrator expresses his own feelings by indicating (cocerning Christ), if he comes back for me, he comes. I have plenty to do looking around in the mean time. Unfortunately, the other survivors use technology still and even use nuclear weapons. People are more than capable of ruining the world. They manipulate each other. They lie and cheat and lead each other astray. Life is the same as it was before the end.
