As the murder of a wealthy heiress comes to a close, Johanna Cole finds that her life and the lives of the people she cares about are in jeopardy. She’ll have to think fast and move faster in order to save them – and herself.
In the penultimate saga involving Johanna Cole, the police have rounded up one member of the conspiracy trying to make a fast million from an old woman’s estate. As the stakes become higher, Johanna has to put her own life at risk and solve the case before the killers remove her from the scene and make a small fortune. Along the way, Johanna will learn things that she never knew about the people around her, but she can’t let that distract her from the final solution.
Johanna is getting closer to the truth now. She finds out who Thomas really is and is surprised to find another person she already knows is in the mix and then there’s a turn in the case. Johanna’s in trouble. I can’t wait for the next installment to tie this all together.
I feel I can repeat my review for "Eyewitness 3": The series continues with Joanna investigating, despite an apparently competent police force. Again, it's an easy to follow, entertaining read that, due to its short length, quick to read. As with the other volumes, it's a part of a series that requires you to buy more books to find out the resolution of the mystery.
Eyewitness 4 was a satisfying read. The reader was finally given some answers as to the myriad of questions that arose from the previous Eyewitness works in the series. Furthermore, the author continued to use vivid details which created more suspense. I can't wait for Eyewitness 5!
Good series that gets more complicated as the reader reads on. Who is the murderer and where are the bodies? Why isn't anyone reported missing? A great collection. I got one book at a time, but now you can pick them up all in one neat bundle!!
Synopsis Eyewitness 4 continues the story of a murderous group of money-hungry individuals trying to get at a relative’s estate which involved millions of dollars. Johanna continues her unofficial investigation trying to figure out how everything happening connects and who murdered who.
Arthur is in jail. The man known as Thomas is missing. People aren’t who they say they are. Who in the heck is trying to kill Johanna? She’s still interested in Thomas, even though she knows he isn’t really Thomas. Could he be dangerous?
My Thoughts I didn’t feel like there was as much action as there was in the other books in this series. Some answers came about, but it wasn’t as engaging. Although one question is answered, there are still murders to solve. I would assume that will come to us in Eyewitness 5. Read more reviews at latishaslowkeylife.com.
I received this book from the author and the fine folks at bookfunnel.com in return for an honest review. Sometimes it helps to be part of the ARC team.
This book is the fourth part (chapter?) of a story detailing a complex and complicated murder mystery. This book seems to have a lot of "moving parts" in it - a lot of action, a lot of questions (answering a few but raising a few more), and a lot of twists and turns.
This book is worthy of four stars out of five as it continues the tale of Jessica and her attempt to figure out who is trying to kill her and how it relates to the money-hungry individuals trying to get at the estate.
As with all reviews, this is only my five cents worth.
I received this book as an ARC from the author. I have been hooked on this series since book 1 and this book doesn't disappoint. It continues Johanna's search for who is trying to kill the heirs of the will. As she is searching for them, they try to get her making for a heart racing story. This 4th book adds some more twists and turns. Can't wait for the 5th book.

This has been a very entertaining, complicated murder mystery. Lots of characters. Lots of questions. Lots of action. Multiple murders. Twists. Turns. A lot of fun to read! I read it in four parts and had a hard time remembering all that was going on. You can now get the whole series and really enjoy! I plan to reread soon. I voluntarily reviewed a complimentary copy of this book.

Episode 4 solves a few questions. But we still have murders to solve and other questions to answer. On to Book 5. I voluntarily reviewed a complimentary copy of this book.
A lot of problems surface between relatives and other heirs when a will is involved. Johanna keeps getting into the line of fire, literally, when she continues to follow clues to several murders that she has been witness to. That and her interactions with one potential heir who is not who she thought he was. The pace and detail is enough to hold your interest to the end. I received a free ARC copy of the book for an honest review.
The suspense ramps up as more information is revealed. I am so excited and looking forward to the next book in the series. I would highly recommend it. I received an advance copy of this book and this is my honest review.
