Edge of Eon

Framed for a crime she didn’t commit, a wrongly-imprisoned space captain’s only chance at freedom is to abduct a fearsome alien war commander.

Sub-Captain Eve Traynor knows a suicide mission when she sees one. With deadly insectoid aliens threatening to invade Earth, the planet’s only chance of survival is to get the attention of the fierce Eon Warriors. But the Eon want nothing to do with Earth, and Eve wants nothing to do with abducting War Commander Davion Thann-Eon off his warship. But when Earth’s Space Corps threaten her sisters, Eve will do anything to keep them safe, even if it means she might not make it back.

Touch of Eon

She’ll do anything to free her sister and save the Earth from invasion, even if she’s blackmailed into stealing sacred alien artifacts…and becomes the prey of the dark, deadly warrior sent to hunt her down.

Special Forces Space Marine Lara Traynor wants to save her sister and her planet from annihilation by the deadly insectoid Kantos. Earth’s Space Corps give her one option: steal three gems sacred to the Eon Warriors. Lara has never failed a mission and she doesn’t plan to start now. What she doesn’t expect is the big, hard-bodied warrior the Eon sent to stop her.

Heart of Eon

Okay, maybe hijacking an alien commander’s warship wasn’t her best idea…

Genius computer geek Wren Traynor prefers her high-tech comp lab to socializing with people, and she definitely prefers it over crawling through the bowels of the huge Eon warship she’s hijacked. When Earth’s Space Corps blackmails her into this deadly mission, Wren will do anything to help her beloved sisters and save the Earth from invasion by the insectoid Kantos aliens. That includes entering into a dangerous game of cat and mouse with the tall, hunky, and seriously enraged Eon war commander who captains the Rengard.

Eon Warriors Box Set is the first three books in the Eon Warriors series and what a ride this Sci Fi romance is. I love that Anna can write any genre and still make a great story for readers to get lost in. I have read a lot of her books and can say I have enjoyed each and every one.
The Kantos is sabotaging their ships and creating monsters to stop the alliance between Eon and Earth what they find is more than they bargained for. What ensues is an action-packed dangerous and fun tale.

It was good to re-read this series and I enjoyed it just as much as the first time.

We have a great new series starter in : Eon Warriors, Edge of Eon. It's similar and yet very different than her other books. We still get sexy warriors, strong heroines, and alien enemies- but we also now get killer planets, woman's best friend, new planetary adventures, and symbiont life forms. The only constant is that planet Earth is always in danger. Poor poor Earth. This book really sucks you in. It has great modern Earth movie references...Me Tarzan/You Jane......the Jaws theme....all which make you smile and feel connected to Eve, the heroine (other than the imprisonment, blackmailing, kidnapping , and suicide mission parts:) Another great read from one of my favorite authors!!!! I recieved an ARC copy for my honest review.
In Touch of Eon, Eon Warriors #2, we are introduced to Lara Traynor, one of three sisters being blackmailed by Earth's Space Corps. Her task is to steal three sacred gems from the Eon Empire in order to force them to assist Earth ward off an imminent invasion by the evil Kantos. What she didn't count on was being tracked and hunted by an elite Eon warrior named Caze. Talk about a love hate relationship :-) She eventually joins forces with Caze and a wild adventure ensues in order to recover and return the three sacred gems and reunite with her sisters. While Lara's story is filled with fun adventure and unexpected twists, it wasn't my favorite. The tables were turned a little too much for me. As much as I like a strong heroine, I wasn't thrilled that Lara could constantly "beat" Caze in fighting (both against him and the bad guys). It just made him look weak to me. The sex scenes in this book were also a little bit too graphic for this genre. They could have been toned down a little bit and had the same impact. Overall, this book is a fun continuation of the Eon Warrior's series. Anna Hackett also has a talent for giving great teasers of the next book. I am so looking forward to reading about the nerdy 3rd sister, Wren, who takes over an Eon warship through the power of her laptop. That should be a blast! I received an ARC copy of this book to for my honest review.
In Bk 3, Heart of Eon we meet Wren, the computer geek 3rd sister of the Traynor trio of women. She's been tasked with hijacking an Eon warship in order to get help from the Eon Empire Earth against the mutual Kantos enemy. In comes War Commander Malax, captain of the hijacked ship. The story starts with humor and continues to be a fun adventurous romp between two strong and seemingly incompatible characters. I loved this book in the series. Everything just worked. The characters were hysterical, the adventure interesting and the heat level intense. A great satisfying read! I read an ARC copy for my honest review.

This Eon Warriors box set is packed with lot of action, suspense, danger, romance and passion. Read each story individually some time ago and enjoyed the strong characters in their fight against the Kantos and the ways they found their mates.
Edge of Eon
Unjustly imprisoned and then blackmailed! Eve Trynor was going to have the ride of her life with a challenging and dangerous mission where everything could go wrong. Exciting first book in what looks like an interesting and very promising series that caught my attention immediately. A strong, impulsive, witty, skilled and fearless heroine, adventure, a ton of action-packed scenes, suspense, strange creatures, a strong and to die for Eon war warrior, romance, passion and even a pet! Amazing how Eve and Davion fit together and even better that Eve had two more sisters in her same path.
Touch of Eon
As the elder of the Traynor sister’s Lara was used to be in charge and take care of everything. Strong, decided, fearless and resourceful she was up to any challenge, and she would not fail her mission to save her sister. As an Eon warrior Caze Vann-Jad had been taught the Terrans were weak and undisciplined, but the woman was challenging him, and he was kind of confused? The action and the suspense were Super! Followed each narration and description with exciting emotion. What a pair! Intense with strong emotions, violence, horrible Kantos monsters, never ending danger, romance and passion. If Eve and Lara were the strong, super trained and skillful warriors what surprise is expecting us with the crazy -goods skills of the baby sister?
Heart of Eon
Muscles, height and strength? That was not her thing. But brain, wit and decision? Wren had lots of that! After her bad experience with a cheating boyfriend, she didn’t trust easily and with her mission better to keep her eyes open wide. The Terran woman was a challenge for War Commander Malax Dann-Jad. More than he had expected and with the Kantos deadly threat upon them he had to be careful, protect and try not to lose his focus and his heart. Action, action and more action in this intense story of the youngest of the Traynor girls. Liked her character, the scary scenes, the suspense and of course, Sassy! Thrilling, amusing and passionate book that I enjoyed.

2 stars- Edge of Eon
the good- world and idea of plot, characters are pretty good.
the bad- battles to the edge of life, battles over and over, captures, tortures to the edge, it is over the top, pushed too far and frustrating.
The two end up crashing on a planet, I've now read 3 of these and all three have this trope. They then have skirmishes and battles that are overwhelming and somehow get free and on the run or if they get captured, it happens more than once, which for me is just frustrating and one of these people should be dead by now. Most of the book is set there and pretty much, this part of the plot is boring and irritating. If you read the plot and character interaction through the trees, you would get a short story that is good enough and would have at least been 3.
3 1/2 stars- Heart of Eon
The smart quirky heroine makes up for the overused crash landing on a life sustaining planet again. And then the over the top attacks and survives. It wasn't bad as the first in how many and there was much more plot and character interaction, so much better than the first. I have read the 5 now also and it has a crash, again. Do they all? So this was pretty fun and much better than the first. Still a bit frustrating with the OTT elements and saves.
book 2- haven't read yet.

Really well written, and very entertaining

Eon Warriors Box Set by Anna Hackett:
*****Edge of Eon #1: this story is good!
An intriguing start that convinced me to “buy now”! And it got better. An alpha warrior Earth woman, and an alpha warrior Eon man, with off the charts chemistry. A plan successfully implemented until the unexpected happens, and adversaries band together to survive. Non stop action, lots of feels, and a great pace. An engaging series I will be continuing…

****Touch of Eon #2: entertaining
Case and Lara’s story is a theme of enemies to lovers/mates, with a dangerous mutual enemy out to destroy both of them and their worlds. Kicka$$ action with a good pace, and characters with chemistry.

*****Heart of Eon #3:
Really good! Mischievous, humorous, dangerous, and steamy. Loved Wren and Malax. A great pace and lots of action. Definitely entertaining.

Awesome hunky warriors from the planet EON in their war ships fighting a very nasty killer race from another planet. They go after earth and the Eon's too. Meanwhile the Terrans as they call earth people and the Eon's start mating. There is a lot involved with these so it is better just to read them cause you don't want to miss anything. There is so much excitement, emotion, surprises, twists and turns and so much more. Very well written series and very highly recommended. Love this author.

Ok so

Ok, so I've read almost all books/series by Anna and I've enjoyed them all. I'm just finishing book 3 of the Eon series and I find it to be very good, each book has a strong female lead, which is normally rare but Anna is very good at having in her stories, there is plenty if action, drama, and humor (ok sex & love too) yep all 3 books have been great! I can't wait to get info the rest of the series.

feisty heroines and brave warriors

I really enjoyed this trilogy and would have given it 5 stars but I was annoyed that despite all their training, simple protocols kept getting forgotten like regular checking in with your higher in command or having sex despite being hunted by insect like creatures.
I ended up skipping a lot of the sex scenes because I ended up thinking ‘really?? Now???’

World class Syfy

I read all three in this series as fast as I could. The three sisters each have their own story and they are action packed ! It’s a thrill ride that you want to keep going.
The fighting, the steam , the romance , it’s all good. Now I’m starting another book by the same author with another Eon warrior.

Thoroughly enjoyed the rollercoaster ride!

Finally an author has written female characters who rock! They're not helpless idiots, too stupid to live, and the strong males who they go head to head with are amazing also. High five Anna!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Saw the first box set of the Eon Warriors and thought it would make a perfect reread after finishing the last book in the series this past week. I loved it just as much as I did the first time around. Wren will always be my favorite of the bunch.

Good start to a new series world

It’s interesting Anna starts of with 3 Amerasian women of Japanese decent. She has had mixed race heroines before but in sci fi I have not seen any majority or full race women of color. Also, ignore Blonde on cover she is from book 4.
