Fresh from Dawn of War (the Black Library's novelisation of the best-selling THQ computer game) the Blood Ravens race to defend their homeworld against marauding aliens. I'm getting too old for this kind of stuff! Couldn't be bothered finishing it

Pays lip service to Dawn of War Winter Assault and follows closely on the first DoW book. Introduces characters that have nothing to do with the story and much of the cast is 1 dimensional. The characters also all act really, really dumb.

Book two starts with lots of questions and ends with lots of mayhem and horror, which seems to follow Captain Angelos and the Blood Ravens with regularity. I look forward to book three. Check it out.

Another entertaining Warhammer 40k story where the space marines and the eldas have to unite their forces against a common enemy more dangerous than either of them.

Interesting second chapter of the trilogy.

The narration improves in this one, but the relationship between the humans and the Eldars is insufferably bipolar and the plot drags on for to long.
