The best kind of love is that unexpected instant love. I just knew Cam's love story would be with Erica. Well, imagine my surprise when his love interest was someone completely different. I wanna be disappoint but, I can't because I loved me some Demi. She and Cam were perfect for each other. They hooked up for one night with no expectations and no exceptions and found their soulmates. Demi and Cam's quick love journey was sweet, sexy, and hilarious. These two proved there is no timeframe for when you fall in love. I loved how everything worked out for them in the end. I'ma need a Short and Sweet Book 3. My girl Erica needs her HEA too.

Ready for love
This was a good story! Cam was a self professed bachelor and his main focus was his business. He met Demi and they agreed to a one night stand. However, they were both changed by their interaction. They part ways trying to stick to their agreement, but fate brings them back together again. Cam was just so sweet, protective, and caring with how he handled Demi. BDE was loud and clear. I appreciated their growth in such a short story. They both went from not really thinking about love to being ready for it.
The editing really needed some work. Correcting the misspelled words would have put this in the 5⭐ realm.

I really liked this story. I thought the chemistry was pretty clear. I loved that the author shined the spotlight on women in the workplace, it was subtle but made a huge impact on me.

Demi Ɛ Cam
If this story wasn't so darn cute, I'd rate it lower because of the grammar and spelling errors. It was a bit frustrating. But this was a good short story. Demi met Cam for a ONS but little did they know, destiny had other plans for them. Though super short, their journey was beautiful and so enjoyable. Loved both of the stories in this series. Hope K.C. comes out with more. I do enjoy K.C. Mills stories, but A+ for the story line, D- for the spelling.

The saying when you know you know fits this book perfectly and it’s no turning back! Demi and Cam had a “One Night Stand” until it turned into your my exception lol. I loved every second! Some big miscommunications for the couple that test the bounds of their relationship but I’m glad that they saw what they had was worth fighting for. Loved this sweet novella by KC Mills and would recommend!

Insta-connection.....
This is my second book by Ms. Mills and I enjoyed it as much as the first. The Insta-love that Cam and Demi had presented itself at the first encounter. I was glad that Demi slowed down Cam. He needed ☝🏾 woman in his life, not many ☝🏾 night stands. I do understand his logic as to why he was like he were. The way his father treated his mother really affected him. I loved how the job situation played out because Cam made sure to pitch his lady, but claim her at the same time. It was hilarious how he did it. Demi also needed Cam in her life, she finally got the family she always wanted.
This is a magnificent read, short but to the point. It had a beginning, middle, and end all pack in less than one hundred pages. I am hoping that more comes from this series, especially since neither couple got engaged. I am enjoying this author writing ✍🏾 so I will be indulging in other work of art. I highly suggest that you do as well.

I so enjoy when love just comes out of nowhere, and takes hold. Especially when the person or persons least expect it, or even want it to happen! Cam and Demi meet and agree to one night, no expectations and no exceptions! They both quickly realized that this was more, but just couldn't explain what it was, or why they felt so strongly about it! Cam was that dude! He knew what he wanted, and went for it with all he had. Demi wanted him too, but her fear was holding her back initially. They were so good together, and I was sad to see this end. Would love to see more of them in the future! 👍👍👍

Adults, cutting out the bull, being real, and talking instead of playing games. Easily recommended and easily becoming one of my favorite authors.💋💋

Great Story!
This was such a fun read! I love instalove stories, they're always so hot and passionate. Cam and Demi aren't the exception.😁 They're first night together was off the charts, but I loved that there was something else pulling them together. Their second meeting was cute and just sealed it for me that they were perfect for each other. I fully understood why Demi was so upset at the fallout from Cam's conversation that blew her life up, but I love how everything worked out in the end. This was a great, quick read!

Cam found his exception!
I really liked how Camron and Demi’s story flowed. This was a fun and crazy love at first uck kinda romance. What I didn’t like was the many, many typo’s that I had to contend with… like, “That explains why he WEARS so angry. THE pulled the contract…” this is the type of typo that can ruin a good book… so many times, I was like why?! Proofread is a must, cause even if it’s a word, that doesn’t mean it’s the right word for the sentence.

I Hated to See it End
As much as I enjoyed this book and hated to see it end, I must say the author was able to get me engaged, get me to care about the characters, get me to be interested in their story and leave me satisfied with the ending in just a few short pages. I feel like I I knew the characters well enough to care. It did help that I read part 1 but she accomplished the same with book 1

Love wins!!!
This was a great read. Two people meeting with the intent of a no strings attached, just one hook up type of night. What they didn't expect was to have an instant connection which made them break all their normal rules. They decided to take a chance of having something more and found that it was everything they wanted and needed. They decided it would be "all or nothing" and love won!!

A drop of realism mixed with a hint of magic
Two formerly broken people who worked separately at being whole prior to connecting. I liked how Demi maintained her boundaries and Cam’s vulnerability and supportiveness. He had the right balance of thug and good guy. Demi wasn’t a pushover. She never caved with Will and remained skeptical with Cam until he proved himself. Although the relationship was short, the love was vetted.

😍 Loved It‼️
I absolutely loved it. How amazing of you to give us Cam’s story. When I realized it was him I was ecstatic and we got a lil glimpse of Ari and Vice as well. When love calls your name you’ll know and that’s what happened with Demi and Cam, I loved it the chemistry was amazing. Short sweet and absolutely an amazing surprise release from that GOAT 👏🏾

It was a nice read
Took me way longer to finish than when I read Ari & Vice. Cam personality in this book didn’t fit the vision I had of him when he was first introduced in the previous book. I had a hard time connecting with this couple, but in the end I started to enjoy the book.

Whew the grammatical errors on this one was REAL and unexpected after reading When We. Clearly, this was a spell check and post and not really a read through (as written) and edit because while there wasn't too many misspelled words, there were words used inappropriately.
Ie., "that explains why he wears so angry" instead of "that explains why he was so angry."

There’s always an exception!
I liked the way that this book focused on how we may plan one thing and the universe having a totally different plan. Cam and Demi was only looking for a one night stand, but their connection made their union took on a spark and didn’t let up. Had it not been for the spelling and grammatical errors, this would have definitely been a five star read.

Very good read!
Demi went out looking for a one night stand, she ended up meeting Camron Andrews, her future! They were so right for one another, scared to jump but ended up having their HEA! LOVED both these novellas only complaint editing was needed there were a lot of grammatical errors!

Great read!
I am enjoying this series. Now, I feel Cam is too controlling and jealous. I respect he is a protector but I would hate for women to feel this is showing true love which can lead to an abusive relationship. There should always be a level of balance no matter how much a person loves you.

I enjoyed this sequel. I wondered what became of Cam Vice best friend. Nothing like a grown ass black man and self made. Determined to stay single by choice. Then comes Semi crashing into his world. A strong black independent black woman. The meet at a bar and then their world's collide.

Good Read
