Dan and Laura, his wife of 43 years, are the proud parents of four children and have eight grandchildren.

The characters come to life and challenge you to think
Not quite as good as the first book, but still quite engaging and had me reading at every spare moment. Hennessey does a fantastic job of character development. He makes you really care about these characters and feel like you almost know them. The author must be a foodie as he goes into depth on the food they eat! LOL. I highly recommend this series and I’m on to book three immediately.

I so love this series
I am very much enjoying reading this, I have been moved to tears so many times. I love how you portray the love of God in this these books, it is so real and so evident of how much He truly does love us. There is no force, nothing that could withstand our God, His love His plan that he has.

I didn’t think I was going to read this book, I thought I was going to return it because the first book in the series was so full of foul language and a metaphysical theme throughout that made me a bit uncomfortable. But apparently the option to return it wasn’t open to me. So I went ahead and read it.
I have to admit, it was a lot cleaner. There were a couple of bad guys that were about to kill the main character and used language unbecoming in Christian fiction, but it was brief and only once.
The previous book was about a revival beginning in a small town. In this book the revival continues, but the main character is visited by angels (and what the author calls, "a traveler") many times a day, letting him know that this is the end times. Miracles, extreme visions mixed with evil is all through the book. Often it looked a great deal like Acts 2, Pentecost.
To be honest, it was actually encouraging. Far-fetched in today’s time but who knows? God could actually make these things come about.

Book two was just as amazing as book one, I couldn't put this one down. I had tears more than once while reading, and it is so very true, we serve an awesome GOD. Today I start book three, and I have enjoyed every minute of reading time in this series. Looking forward to seeing just what our main character Jimmy will fully bring forth in his quest to bring GOD back to this nation, and as scripture states, every knee shall bow...........This series is something every Christian should read, and help the revival manifest here and over all the world.

Hats off to you Mr.Hennessy! I am a new follower. I loved your first book in this series in Audible. This series is a must read. I have to tell you it has brought me to tears, praise and forgiveness. Well done! I was immediately drawn in and found it hard to put down. Many nights I found myself putting this book down at 2 am knowing that in 3 hours I had to wake up for work. I have shared teasers with friends coworkers about your books.

BOOK IT!
I believe the time that it took me to read this book speaks for itself. Twenty plus charters in two days. I couldn’t put it down.

God’s Grace and Mercy Magnified!
Again fantastic! I’m not sure that I believe about traveling in time, but I am a believer in prayer! This book has some sad twists and turns, but God turns it all to good and His Glory! A must read!

It had some good parts, some was right on and brought tears
but on the other hand, some I had a very hard time with.
