No stačí to na to, aby ju ochránil pred Calebom a pred nezvratnou pravdou minulosti?
Madam X alebo Isabel sa tak ocitá akoby uväznená medzi dvoma mužmi a musí sa konečne rozhodnúť, komu bude patriť. V stávke je však oveľa viac ako jej srdce.

5 Emotional, Roller Coaster (I wouldn’t have it any other way) Stars

If you are anything like me and are a super fan of the series, you probably have been looking at your calendar and counting down to this moment. The moment where you can read the final book in the Madame X series.

The feels this book and this series makes me feel. I love absolutely everything about this series. I love the emotions it makes me feel, I love how I never know what’s going to happen and I love Isabel, the battered Heroine.

Regardless of whoever team you are on, Caleb or Logan, you will be really happy with Exiled. It’s a beautiful story about power, redemption and uncovering secrets. EVERYTHING you have been asking yourself will be answered.

The thing I love most about exiled is how well developed the characters are. You REALLY FEEL for each character. There’s pain, there’s longing and there’s the need to do what’s best for you.

Caleb

I love Caleb, he’s the tortured Hero you want to hate and maybe you do, but you also love deeply. He’s not hearts or flowers, he’s not even decent at times, but he has passion and he has conviction and he gets what he always wants. He wants his Madame X. And this only confuses Isabel more.

“Your eyes are shadows. Haunted. As if for the first time in all the years I’ve known you, a curtain has been pulled aside, and I am suddenly truly seeing the contents of your soul”

“You make love to me as if it hurts to do so. As if the pleasure of being inside me is too much”

“He’s not a substance I can merely stop buying. I can’t just suffer the withdrawals, or go to rehab, or a clinic. I can’t just quit him. It’s not that simple.”

Logan

Logan is the good guy, the guy that tells you that he loves you and comforts you when you are sad. He will also lay down his life for you and for that you are grateful, but the guilt festers. Logan was shot by Caleb and Isabel feels guilty. Most of the fans love Logan and I can see why, he’s the PERFECT guy, but he’s always in Caleb’s shadows. I feel like in Exiled, Logan stepped it up a notch and my opinion of him has changed slightly. I see him in a different light and I got to say, he’s looking pretty good.

“But I feel beautiful, because Logan’s touch always does that. Makes me feel needed. Wanted. Beautiful. Even when he doesn’t say a word.”

“I will myself to him. I would with all my soul belong to him and only him forever.”

“Men have fought wars over the love of a woman, Isabel. And trust me when I say you’re the kind of woman wars are fought for.”

Isabel

Isabel works hard in trying to uncover her past. How is she and Caleb connected? Where did she come from? Can she truly be with Logan without Caleb in the shadows? Isabel gets more flashbacks throughout the book and they are sweet and kind of a tear jerker. I love that we get questions answered, but at the same time, we still get the Caleb and Logan dynamics.

I’ll be honest; the Caleb and Logan dynamics is the BEST part of this whole series. I love the feud and I never wanted it to end.

Overall, Exiled is everything that is expected and more. It will tear you up in pieces, but also give you warm closure. I love the series, I love the author and I loved Exiled.

Oy vey! I am just so disappointed because this series let me down, and it let me down hard. Exiled, the final book in the Madame X trilogy was just a convoluted, crazy mess. Now, this series started off as an over-the-top erotica, filled with secrets and intrigue, and after book 1, Madame X , I was so ready to continue on this ride and see where Jasinda Wilder took these characters. Well... welp. After investing in this series, I was left with an anti-climactic resolution that was so unrealistic that even a Young and the Restless groupie such as myself couldn't help rolling my eyes repeatedly. I almost DNF'd this, and only ended up completing it because I scanned the last 40%. I'm sad to say, I don't recommend.

I have been (im)patiently waiting for this book. It is the third and final book in the Madame X series. After the ending of Exposed, I had to know what was going to happen. This story has been addictive and intriguing and I needed more.

“Fuck, I am lost. I am drowning.”

Isabel is having a hard time adjusting. She keeps finding out more truths, more lies, more secrets, and she doesn’t know what to do. Caleb has been her life for the last however many years, and it is so frightening to try and move on from that.

“I have no path. Only a road paved with sins and scars and pain and mistakes.”

Logan is always there for her when she needs him, and I absolutely adored him. I honestly don’t know how he did the things he did for her, but it made me love him even more.

I have to be honest, Isabel got on my nerves quite a bit in this story. But, she did go through a lot and not being in her shoes, I did give her some leeway. And, as she started to gain confidence in herself, my respect for her grew.

“The past doesn’t define you. Our pasts shape us, Isabel. They influence us. Our pasts are part of us. Our pasts can inform our future. But our pasts are not who we are.”

I really enjoyed the final book in this series. It continued to be intriguing and edgy. It was sexy and dangerous. I loved the ending! I don’t think it could have been more perfect, especially that last chapter! ~ Tiffany, 4.5 stars

It's the book we've been waiting for. Who is Jakob Kasperek? What has happened to Logan? Will Isabel remember her past? With whom will she spend her future? As a huge fan of both Jasinda Wilder and the entire Madame X series I had high hopes for the final installment, Exiled, and even higher expectations. Of course, this is one author you can always depend on to deliver.

Isabel's life is rapidly changing as she comes to terms with Logan's shooting, she slowly begins to regain bits and pieces of her memory, and gets the surprise of a lifetime, one that promises to change absolutely everything that she knows and will have you clinging to the edge of your seat in anxiety and anticipation. As we experience all the exhilaration and promise of a new beginning with Isabel, the shadow of numerous secrets constantly looms and the threat of the unknown, of questions and lies and manipulation must be faced before she can come to terms with the truth, before she can make the biggest choice of her life, and before she can move forward.

After everything we have seen and experienced over the last two books in the series, could it really be possible to feel for Caleb? Once Caleb finally begins to open up, to let Isabel in on the secrets that he keeps, and to show some emotion and some vulnerability, it gets harder and harder to see him in the same light that I did while reading Exposed. Caleb doesn't have answers for all of our questions and not all of the answers that he does give are the ones we want or are even particularly desirable, but a new light is shed on this enigmatic man that paints a whole different picture than the monster I was convinced he was in the past.

The most intense, tangled, twisted, convoluted triangle I've ever encountered. One man holds the key to Isabel's past while the other may just be the key to her future. One casts an irresistible spell over her body, while the other enchants her heart. One man is dark and pensive and even vulnerable, the other embodies light and laughter and freedom. These two will have you just as thoroughly mixed up as Isabel as you may just find yourself as shockingly drawn to the most unlikely of men and just as on the fence about making a final decision, breaking ties, and leaving one man behind forever.

Smartly and intricately pieced together, angst ridden and anxiety inducing, decadent and extremely satisfying, Exiled is the perfect ending to a wild and tempestuous series. Full of twists and turns and nowhere near the way I saw this series ending, just when you think Jasinda Wilder has nothing left up her sleeve, you will be delightfully shocked and pleasantly surprised and if you are anything like me, you will love every minute of it.

PJV QUICKIE:
Madame X was a surprise hit for me last year, and the second book, Exposed, left me waiting excitedly for the final book in the trilogy, Exiled. I want to say it was everything I expected, and while parts of it did have what I’d been hoping for in a conclusion, overall it was predictable and I’m embarrassed to say I skimmed over quite a bit. I guess you could say that I have mixed feelings about Exiled, and as a result, the trilogy as a whole.

REVIEW:
The Madame X series has been my guilty pleasure ever since I picked up the first book, Madame X: amnesia, kidnapping, billionaire alpha-hole, illicit goings-on, a potential love triangle, a secret past, I loved it all. So when Exiled was offered for review, I jumped on it – I had to know what was going to happen to Isabel (Madame X) – could Caleb change? Would she pick freedom or the devil she knows? I had to know!

Exiled answered a lot of questions about Caleb’s past, and Isabel’s past. And while I was grateful for that, I didn’t like the way it was told – Caleb told Jakob’s story to Isabel, while Isabel’s past was in flashbacks. Unfortunately, I found I didn’t care for the flashbacks – to the point where I kind of skimmed them. Most of the interaction between Isabel and Caleb in Exiled is about the past, and that set the pace for their relationship.

Logan stayed true to his character from the previous books, wanting to get Isabel away from Caleb and secure her affections for himself. Which, wow, when I write that it looks pretty shady, which was not the vibe I got from Logan. He was actually almost too good to be true, and maybe that’s why I found myself a little frustrated with Logan.

While I was happy Isabel was finally getting some personal growth, I felt like she was still wishy-washy about Caleb and after all that had happened I wanted her to choose herself over both men. As the story progressed, I realized that she had switched the “You” from Caleb to Logan, and that made me feel like her character had no sense of herself as an individual person, which made me sad.

My main complaint with Exiled was the use of deus ex machina on several plot points: Logan’s injury, a pregnancy (insert eyeroll here over THAT whole plot line), the death of Isabel’s parents…so much of it was predictable but I knew there would be a great story behind it – but there wasn’t. I almost feel like the trilogy could have been pared down to two longer books, because Exiled was too long and rambling. I don’t know how I feel about the trilogy after reading Exiled – I loved the first two books but can I recommend them knowing what happens in the last book? Or recommend that you read the first two and then imagine your own HEA? I’m on the fence.

Exiled by Jasinda Wilder
Isabel, Caleb, Jakob, and Logan
HOLY SHIT... THIS WAS... AMAZING
5 Stars because 10 is not an option

So, yeah.. I'm kinda freaking the fuck out! This trilogy has had me on edge since I started it. I can't say enough about. I can't tell enough people to read it. It's that fucking good people! It's way outta the norm and I loved it with everything I am!

Isabel is still struggling to find out WHO she is and WHERE she belongs. It's a complicated situation. She can't remember her past, only bits and pieces come back in flashes brought on by various things. She's reliant on Caleb to fill in the blanks and, well he's not very forthcoming. She's scared, yet she's incredibly strong and will stop at nothing to obtain a normal life. Wow, the shit this girl went through and is still going through... makes me shutter.

Caleb or Jakob.. whoever the fuck he is.. he's a sick fuck. This guy needs to be locked up in some dark and dank cell where the key gets thrown away. Far away! His head trips and his manipulative ways are just scratching the surface where his evil mastermind in concerned. I hated how he withheld information from Isabel for his own gain. He knew everything about her, yet he chose to divulge nothing for his own personal egotism. Total Dick. I had high hopes for this one. I think I may still love the bastard... just a little!

Now Logan... Oh Logan. This turmoil you went through for the love of this woman. He lost so much, yet (in his eyes *wink) gained much more. He seemed to always be there when Isabel needed him. He's smart, successful, and hot as hell. What more could you want in your man?

This book, this trilogy is on my top 10 for 2016 fer sure. It's cunning, it's suspenseful, and it's chocked full to the rim with tons of plot twists and emotion. The pacing is perfect. The writing style is superb and this storyline... it just grabs you from the very beginning and doesn't let you go, EVER! The characters are so wonderful. I found myself completely connected to each and everyone. Always concern with where THEIR lives went instead of my own. This was a superior ending to a beautiful story. A little shocking, but still excellent.

Review for Exiled by Jasinda Wilder

What just happened? No really, what did I just read? Madame X has been a crazy rollercoaster ride. It started off bumpy for me, but I really had to know what was happening so I picked up book two, which hooked me so hard that by the end I was ready to stalk Jasinda Wilder in a mad, crazed blogger kind of way for the final installment. Finally, finally, I got my hands on it and I’m not sure what to say.

I have no path. Only a road paved with sins and scars and pain and mistakes.

It’ll be next to impossible to give a review without spoilers…I really just want to tell the world what happened because it’s insanity from the first page to the last. I’m fairly certain somewhere along the lines I lost my mind. There is so much happening; so many secrets, so much deceit, and confusion. I felt terrible for X throughout the series she’s only required answers and yet all she gets is another set of questions.

Caleb is a monster and he proved that repeatedly throughout this book/series. Logan is the hero to root for, yet sometimes there are moments that I wondered if even he couldn’t be trusted. So much to take in…

I need it more than I need to breathe, because I can breathe Your oxygen, fill my lungs with Your breath and never need to breathe again.

If you haven’t read the first two books, do it before you even consider reading this one or you will be so lost a map, GPS, and the old man at the gas station won’t be able to get you on the right track. With all of that said, I don’t honestly know if this book left me satisfied or not. There is so much happening that I hardly knew what or how to feel. I can tell you, the book got into my head. Questions are answered, albeit with a maddening slowness that had me pulling my own hair out.

Jasinda Wilder definitely knows how to spin a tale, this series proves that despite many moments of doubt, and several pitfalls that normally would’ve prevented me from continuing, I wanted to finish it out. I needed to know what happened and who the real X was. Four Stars and Two Wet Panties.

Leigh's review posted at Guilty Pleasures Book Reviews

3.75 stars

I’m so torn after reading this entire trilogy.

The first book was terrific. The second almost entirely turned me off of the series. The third, well, it fell somewhere in between. It had the excitement and intrigue of the first, but lacked the eroticism. It told more of a story than the second, but yet again, X/Isabel and her addiction to Caleb made me wonder why Logan was willing to sacrifice so much for her. I was taken on a roller coaster ride that thrilled at first, but by the end, I just felt a little unsettled. I didn’t get a sense of satisfaction by the ending and just felt off kilter by the whole experience.

Ms. Wilder is a wonderful author and proved it by her ability to create such an interesting story with Madam X, a woman with no past, no memory, and the Svengali figure of Caleb that held her in his thrall. His possession and fixation with her was disconcerting and wrong and erotic all at the same time and the introduction of Logan into the love triangle just made the story better as she decided between love and obsession. The backstory on X, the history of Caleb, it all reached out and grabbed me. But I was just very disappointed that Exiled did not bring it together in a way that satisfied me. It tied everything up in a nice little bow, but it still didn’t leave me appeased.

Perhaps it was the manner of storytelling, where X was basically telling her tale to Caleb and Logan. That may have provided too much distance and not let me feel as if I was a part of the story.

Or perhaps it was the distaste I still had from X being willing to go back and forth between two men and just claim that her attraction to both was like an addict getting a fix.

Whatever the reason, I was left conflicted.

On story idea alone, I would say this was a must read. But on the actual way the story played out, I’m torn.

The story of Madame X aka Isabel continues, at the end of Book #2 we watched as Logan was shot and Caleb had taken Isabel back to his building. Isabel now has the name Jakob, and so she asks Caleb, and he reveals his truths. I have to admit I was a little disappointed with Exiled as I felt that it had strayed away from the storyline of Madame X losing her memory and why she was where she was in the first place. It did, however, bring lots of answers to questions that arose in the previous two books. We discover that Logan is barely alive and Isabel rushes by his side as she still loves him, the thing does she love him as she did sleep with Caleb. I have to admit by this book I was annoyed at Isabel as she can't distance herself away from Caleb, she keeps running back to him despite what a prick he is towards her and the lies he has told. One of my favorite parts in this book was that Isabel visits Ellen Stardust Diner and talks about her experience there, I loved it as it made me remember the day I went there on the 29th December 2013 and watching the waitresses sing. I can still remember the taste of my meal, and it's where I had the most delicious fries called waffle fries. Isabel it is discovered is pregnant with twins but whose babies are there? Are they Caleb's or Logan's? I did love the twist with the pregnancy at the end as it made the story more interesting. The other thing was that I was finally relieved in the ending that Caleb made the right decision. To me Exiled's last few chapters had a Twitch/ Raw feel to the book - Think Bella Aurora. This is one book I would say only for readers to read if they have read the whole Madame X series and felt that they desperately need a conclusion fix.

The Story: I was really looking forward to reading this book. Book two left everyone with MANY BURNING questions about Caleb and wanting to know about Logan. This book is an EXTREME roller coaster ride. Isabel is torn between Logan and Caleb. Book three is definitely about Isabel's journey, growth and finding answers. She is still trying to find out about her past while dealing with her torn heart between the two men in her life.

The Likes: I love Logan, he is as loyal as they come. He is actually more loyal than most. The amount of BS he deals with from Isabel and Caleb would make most men high tail it out of the relationship but Logan IS ALWAYS BY HER SIDE. I have to admire his character for that but at the same time I want to smack him. I like that there was so much suspense and quite a few insane twists in this book.

The Dislikes: I am normally NOT a fan of love triangles but I made an exception for this series. I feel like it became too much in this final book of the series. Without giving anything away, there was some really unrealistic developments in this book that literally had me saying WTF.

The rating: I'm rating this story 3.5 stars because I was torn with this book. I wanted to love it like I loved book one and two but I didn't enjoy this book quite as much. I did read it pretty quickly and it definitely held my attention. I love Jasinda's writing and will read anything she comes out with.

I was excited to dig into the final installation in the Madame X series by Jasinda Wilder. I just needed to know what direction it was going to take. With this series you never could tell where the story would go.

The Isabel (Madame X) – Logan – Caleb triangle is still in full effect. Lots of back and forth and inevitable pull. Isabel makes some big changes and finally gets stronger than I thought she could be.

“I have an identity, a future, potential, with him. I am someone, with him. With you…I will always only be Madame X.”

But, as has been true all along things take turns that you just don’t expect….extreme turns that will leave you wondering if you read it correctly. In the end we get the answers that we have been looking for, albeit unexpected solutions for sure. The story ended up leaving me in a weird place. If it wasn’t for Logan being there (god I love him) the story would not have been the same.

“I want to replace everything in my whole life with You. Paint You over the scars on my should. Wrap myself up in You, curl up in the warmth of You.”

Overall the Madame X series was a good read, slightly different than a lot of books out there and I’m glad that I had them on my TBR.

Review of EXILED by Jasinda Wilder
*****5 Stars*****

I reviewed this book on behalf of The Book Nuts Reviewers.

Jasinda Wilder has delivered an incredible finale to the Madame X series. She has given the reader exactly what they craved but also left me emotionally bereft with the depths of emotion entrenched in the characters stories.

Isabel /Madame X of course has the greatest conflicts of emotion. Her choice to be with Caleb or Logan is like a tug of war or an emotional roller coaster, out of control but decide Isabel must.

Stacked with passion, lust, emotion and dark secrets, many of our questions from the first two books are finally answered and I thoroughly enjoyed the entire series but felt this book was a triumph of spirit for Isabel's character.

Thank you for the opportunity to read/review the final chapter in this extraordinary series Ms Wilder.

Another series bites the dust.

This was a weird series. First, in the way it was written. It's told in first person, but it's almost as if it's been told to one of the other main characters.

Also, Isabel was a very, very, very frustrating character. Thankfully (mercifully), she finally gets her head straight and stops flitting from Caleb to Logan. There was a twist at the end, though it didn't come as a surprise, being it who we're talking about here. There also, I felt, a cheap cop-out from the author, which was also predictable.

I found this trilogy unlike any other Jasinda Wilder book with a storyline that left the reader wondering how Madame X / Isabel wound up in her current situation. At times as a reader I felt conflicted as to whom she should choose as her true match...Caleb or Logan. Each character had both good and bad traits, so just like in real life she needed to choose whom she could not live without.

Exiled by Jasinda Wilder is the last book of the Madame X series. This series isn't an awesome read but it is a series I'd recommend. There are twist and turns on every other page. The only problem is I hated the ending. Even though Caleb pissed me off at times I really felt sorry for him at the end. It was so sad. This is a book where when you get done reading it you have to think about it for about 3 hours then the next day you are stilling thinking about it- hoping there will be another book about Caleb- it just can't end that sad.

•••••••••••••••

REVIEW: EXILED is the third and final installment in Jasinda Wilder’s contemporary, adult MADAME X dark, erotic, romance series focusing on Caleb Indigo, Logan Ryder and Isabel De La Vega aka Madame X. EXILED is their continuing story, and should not be read as a stand alone as the events in book three are a culmination of the previous two installments.

SOME BACKGROUND: X is a woman who has no memory and no knowledge except for the previous six years, and in this, she relies on billionaire Caleb Indigo-a man whose control over Madame X is virtually master to a slave. Caleb is X's rescuer, her confident, her protector, her master, and the darkness to her light. When Logan Ryder enters her life Madame X discovers the person she knew nothing about- the woman, the young girl she once was and now wants to be.

Told from first person perspective (Isabel) and second person points of view, jumping between the past and the present, EXILED focuses on Madame X, now known as Isabel, and her struggle to get on with her life. Finally leaving the confines and imprisonment of Caleb Indigo’s ‘protection’, Isabel begins to forge ahead with her new man, Logan Ryder, in an attempt to recover some of the memories that are slowly beginning to unravel. What ensues are Caleb’s attempts to reveal the truth and convince Isabel that she is the one, Logan’s need to protect Isabel from Caleb and herself, and Isabel’s struggle between the life she knows, and the future she wants.

EXILED is a psychological nightmare; a story of betrayal, lies, deceit and secrets, but it is also a story that crosses an imaginary line with respect to the love triangle trope, and one woman who finds herself drawn to two men. Isabel begins to struggle with her identity and her dependence upon a man who controlled her life, while forging ahead with Logan, into a future of which she uncertain and afraid. Caleb’s obsession with Madame X begins to unravel at an exponential rate threatening his sanity, Logan’s life, and Isabel’s tenuous hold on her freedom. A Stockholm Syndrome scenario tugs loosely at the periphery of the story.

The world building follows Caleb’s revelations about their past-his earlier years struggling to survive; and Isabel’s life before she became Madame X. The reader is tossed into a nightmare of Caleb’s making; an obsession, a delusion, a preoccupation with a woman he wants more than life itself, and life is something he is willing to sacrifice to give Isabel what she wants.

Throughout EXILED there are a few twist and turns that are predictable including a couple revelations that were easily deduced from the start. Some readers will have a difficult time with Isabel’s ‘choices’ and Caleb’s pull over the woman he molded into someone else. Logan’s easy acceptance of certain situations is questionable but his anger and need for retribution is understandable. In the end, Isabel will get her happily ever after but at a cost that may be too high for all involved.

EXILED is a story about obsession; about one man’s dark and dangerous past whose need to control all but destroyed the woman with whom he would fall in love. Caleb Indigo is the anti-hero; the barely leashed monster whose power and need outweighed his ability to distinguish between right and wrong. Madame X was a puppet whose life of virtual enslavement was choreographed by a man whose brilliant mind was tainted by his earlier years; Isabel is a woman struggling with her own demons as she runs towards a path of unknown certainty. Logan Ryder is the hero but a hero who readily accepts everything Isabel was and will be, and a man who would do anything to protect the woman he loves. At times, Logan seems to be too perfect; the knight in shining armor rescuing the princess in the high tower, and I was waiting for the proverbial shoe to drop with a twist of epic proportions.

EXILED is a revealing story line that answers the questions about the who, what and why. The premise is dramatic and intense ; the characters are tragic, flawed and sensational; the romance is a roller coaster of revelations towards a happily ever after. EXILED is a fictional story line meant to entertain and elicit the reader’s emotions.

My Thoughts:
Blown Away.

I am done. Jasinda has done it again and I have to just say that this is hands down, her best series yet. What an ending!!!!

I don't even know where to start. I am going to try to keep this spoiler free, but that will be a feat with this book. Just Wow.

Time and again X just deal with the questions hanging over her head.  With everyone hiding their own lies, will the truth EVER come out? With Logan having his own secrets and Caleb just, well, Caleb, I didn't know where my feelings were going. I WANT to root for Logan. But still. You never know. I have learned with a JW book that she always keeps a feel cards up her sleeve, and boy did she.

There is such much EMOTION in this book. I felt like I was being pulled in 10 different directions with the turn of each page. It was GREAT! I love a novel that twists me up like this.

All our questions are getting answered, but are we ready for it? I wasn't.

I know this review is all over the place. It has to be. I can't give anything away. But don't fret, the ending is PERFECTION. Exiled. Loved it.
The Blurb:
New York Times bestselling author Jasinda Wilder presents the conclusion to Madame X’s erotic saga of discovery.

My name is Madame X.

My heart is torn in two.

And now I have to choose...

Caleb is everything to her: lover, caretaker, the man who gave her life meaning when she had none. But as she seeks the truth about herself and her past, she discovers that unravelling Caleb’s web of lies might very well be impossible.

Logan is everything she never knew she wanted: freedom, joy, and a passion she couldn’t anticipate. But is Logan’s love enough to save her from herself, from Caleb, and from the tumultuous truth of her past?

Caught between two equally compelling and seductive men, X must make the ultimate choice. But there’s more at stake than just her heart...

Exiled should not be read as stand alone novel. It should be read in series order.

Exiled by Jasinda Wilder is the powerful conclusion in the Madame X trilogy. Finally all the questions are answered and Madame X is finally free to live her life. The answers are not what readers are expecting and everything is not completely black and white.

Caleb Indigo has had complete control of Madame X's life. What she thought was her history is nothing like the real truth. Her existence as Madame X is nothing more than a fabricated lie. Caleb has molded her into a woman that meets every one of his needs and agendas. He conditioned her to respond rather than react. He wants complete control of her emotions, opinions, and physical existence. His obsession with her goes beyond the four walls he has kept her imprisoned within.

Logan Ryder only wants what is best for Madame X. He wants to be her partner, friend, confident, and lover. He gives his love and support freely. He uses his wealth and power to help her find herself. He's found her name and now it's up to her to claim it.

Madame X has discovered that she is a person. Her emotions, feelings, likes and dislikes are valid. Her quest to find her real past is an emotional journey. Without her memories, she is a shell of a person.

Caleb is fighting to hold onto Madame X. Logan is fighting for the woman he loves. Madame X is fighting to become whole.

Madame X has taken a difficult journey that was meticulously plotted by Caleb, unexpectedly detoured by Logan, and ended with Madame X reaching her final destination, herself.

Jasinda Wilder wrote an intriguing trilogy that kept me glued to the pages. The characters were dynamic and charismatic.

I highly recommend the Madame X trilogy by Jasinda Wilder.

For the past six years Isabel's life has been a mystery. All she's known is Caleb, but now she has Logan. I love the push and pull of this last book! All Isabel wants are answers so that she can move on with her life, and of course Caleb is nothing but a pain. Logan on the other hand is nothing short of amazing! He is everything a woman wants in a man, it made me jealous that he was fictional. Now that Isabel knows who she is she needs to find out how she got to be where she is. Logan is set on helping her, while creating new memories as well.

This entire trilogy is so well written. Jasinda, has this was of making the story flow so eloquently and flawlessly. When I first picked up Madame X I had no idea what to expect because I had never read any of her stories, but she has won me over. I felt the characters in my core, the darkness, the love, the yearning. Caleb is a complete enigma. Is he evil, is he good? I honesty couldn't quite figure it out. He was a little of both I guess, and his own worse critic.

The relationship that Isabel had with each man was so completely different, each with its own issues. I was definitely freaking out the entire time trying to figure out who she would end up with, and how this amazing story would conclude. Wilder, seduced me with this story and I will not soon forget it.

Going into book three I wasn't sure what I wanted. I have been on a twisted ride. I was on a super high with Madame X. Exposed had me moving ahead steady, not the same high as book one, but still enjoyed the read. Now Exiled!

She has a name and a past, fighting the addiction which is Caleb. Logan is her future. Can she move forward or will Caleb keep his claws deep within her soul?

As always, Jasinda weaves words together creating poetry. Telling the story of an emotionally beaten woman and making you love both the hero and the villain, isn't an easy task. X's internal battle was difficult. At times I wanted to reach in and shake her but for her, this story ended just as it should have. The last chapter made all three books worth the anger and frustration. Really though that last chapter...This review was originally posted on The Book Avenue

Solid 4 stars, but my least favorite book for me in this series. Series finales are bittersweet for me, and I felt a little cheated that this was more Logan-centric for most of the book. I have to say that I absolutely adore Wilder's writing style in this series - it's almost poetic. I love how the 'You' became a 'you' when speaking to someone, and became a 'You' for someone else.
I was a little unhappy with how the series ended, but I completely understand it, and honestly, I don't think I'd be happy regardless of who Isabel ended up with. Although unhappy, I completely GOT the ending; it made sense, but it was still a bit of a bummer. I do have to say that I had all these theories in my head about Isabel's past, and it was a teeny tiny bit anticlimactic to me when the truth (or semi-truth) came out.
All in all, an awesome series!

In this conclusion of the Madame X story Isabel is beside herself, she is torn between what she thinks is love from Caleb and knowing she is in love with Logan. As she goes to the hospital to be with Logan she really doesn't want to share what happened with Caleb to Logan at least till he has recovered. As she and Logan begin to try to figure out what is real in Isabel past and what Caleb wants her to believe Isabel realizes she hasn't had a period in a while. I don't know how Isabel doesn't go crazy with all of the conflict in her life but at least Logan is constant if they can survive the crazy. Great story lots of twists and turns and you are never sure what will happen next.

This by far was the WORST ending ever to a trilogy. I'm still convinced that Ashton Kutcher will jump out and tell me I've been "Punked" and hand me the real book. I absolutely hated this book. I'm not sure if JW ran out of plot or what but this here.....was horrible. It was weak in comparison to book one. However I should not be too disappointed because book 2 was kind of meh. What was think book about???? Sorry Jasinda Wilder you missed the mark on this one by a landslide! Such a sad place right now because the beginning of this series was everything and to fizzle out like this....shameful!

1 1/2 stars. Sadly I did not like the last book in this trilogy. It was very repetitive and had too many unnecessary details and Caleb was just disgusting. In the end I wanted to finish this book just to find out what was this huge secret that Caleb was keeping from Madame X and you do only to find out that it was something dumb. It was such a stupid reason for Caleb to lie, it just didn't make sense. And the epilogue at the end was just a cap to the ridiculousness! I think the author meant for it to be sweet but it was so unnecessarily raunchy and ridiculous that it was just unbelievable.
