Yoon Haneul has always been a pushover, someone who would never say no. Then one day, she opens her eyes and realizes that she has become Aila Mertensia, the antagonist of a novel she had written ten years ago. Haneul is content to live the life of a rich couch potato and binge-read novels. But to her dismay, she soon finds herself stuck in a time loop where her day repeats endlessly, and the only way to escape the loop is to act like Aila Mertensia! Haneul doesn’t know the first thing about acting like a villainess. Luckily for her, a mysterious warlock by the name of Killian offers to help her become a true villainess. Her only option is to make a deal with him, but can Haneul really trust this devilishly handsome man?
This has enough intrigue and complexities to keep my interest to the end. The storyline was not predictable. I read the web novel without seeing the manhwa. I was invested in following the development of the characters especially the lead couple. Overall, it is worth reading at least once.
Loved from start to finish. The characters. The plot. Perfection. The chemistry....🤌 My only issue was it was really fast paced. REALLY. Like after the first season, it was really rushed. But overall, loved it so much.
First read of 2025? Although it was a manhwa, so not really my first book of 2025.
Oh God, so this was a hard one to rate. The beginning was amazingly well written, and the art was immaculate. But then the art started downgrading, and I don't want to put down the efforts of the artist, I know it's hard work, but I didn't like the art at the end At All. It felt so rushed, and so did the ending. Not even an epilogue. But I still loved 75% of the story, so I'm gonna have to rate it a 3.7 🌟. Still, Killian and Aila's characters are very well written.
Why did you read this book? I enjoy webcomics, this one had good ratings, and it was complete.
What format did you read this book in? Read the webcomic online.
Is this an educational book or a book for entertainment? I read this book for pure entertainment purposes.
What genres do you think this book belongs to? Fantasy, Romance, Young Adult
What was your favorite part of the book? My favorite parts were whenever the ML got jealous.
Who would you suggest this book to? Anyone who likes Isekais, villainess troupes, and romances.
What is your general opinion/ rating of this book? This story had a unique take on the Villainess troupe, which was welcomed because this cliché has been done to death in webcomics. So the FL is forced to play the part of the villainess in the story, otherwise time will repeat itself. There are very powerful individuals who notice that time is repeating itself and are looking for its source. A powerful warlock homes in on the FL and offers to help her because he wants to flip off their god who cursed him. I like how the FL uses the story to her advantage. I enjoyed the budding romance between the FL and ML of the story. Unfortunately, the ending was rushed. Overall, it’s not a bad web comic if you like the reincarnated as a villainess troupe.
What style of graphic novel is this? It’s in the Korean Webcomic style (long form where you scroll down and read left to right).
Is the comic colored, or is it in black and white? This comic is fully colored.
What is your opinion on the artwork? The artwork was decent. It's not the best I’ve seen in webcomics, but not bad, either.
How is the typesetting? Is the comic easy to read? The fonts were great, and it was easy to read.
Ayla Mertencia was killed by the man she loved after trying to separate him Charlotte. Possessed by a Yoon Haneul, the lady tries to stop living her villainess life only to become stuck in a time loop. Unless she acts horribly the day will never progress. Only a few special individuals notice the loop and the King of the Warlocks comes to her to stop the cycle. He agrees to help the pushover act as a scandalous noble lady in exchange for upsetting god's plan for the world. * * * * *--------* * * * *--------* * * * * While there are a few predictable moments, this one has enough of a twist on the standard shoujo villainess subgenre to stand out. There is a romance with the demon king, some male leads that don't end up in the OG harem, and a bit of commentary on feminism. The world building gets a bit wishy washy towards the end but I appreciate the narrative doesn't overstay its welcome.

Up until the last few chapters this was a good 4 star read. I don’t know what happened in the last act - it was so chaotic and just pointless. I felt frustration and lack of planning on the author’s side. The “plot twist” made me wonder why I even bothered to care about all the other characters beside Killian and Elia. Disappointed and angry - it was such a fun read istg.
I like how badass the female lead is, especially when she tried to change things on her on way. I like how the male lead was so supportive of her and I love those skinship moments of these two because it's really heartwarming. I just felt like the ending was rushed and the story stayed too long building the story, only for it to end abruptly.
This was great until the very rushed ending. Even the art quality significantly diminished. It seems the author wanted to get it over with and shoved everything into two chapters. Very disappointing that all the potential this story had was just thrown away like that.
3,75 stars. I didn’t care much for the plot tbh but I did enjoy the main characters’s relationship. The ending was a bit rushed, fortunately for me, this is exactly my kind of cringe and I will eat it up every time
dnf @ ch 27 reading this on tappytoon which is annoying bc i can only read 1 ch a day for free, and the manhwa really stuck to the novel so nothing interesting/new has happened
Me encantó todo, sería fácilmente 5 estrellas pero tengo que admitir que los últimos capítulos no me encantaron y me enrede demasiado con todo eso de que ella era la Diosa, soooo por eso 4 estrellas
