A failing business, a shady deal, and the ultimate betrayal of her ex-boyfriend has Everleigh Fay doubting everything she knows or trusts. One night out to break free and forget her responsibilities puts her right in the path of a man who is sure to be her next big mistake. Any biker associated with her two-timing ex is the last man she should get involved with. But resisting the kindness and sweet words of a blue-eyed biker who makes her heart race and her body temperature spike proves to be a mountainous task.
Devoted and loyal member of Ghosttown East, Mason “Ice” Dillon lives and breathes the biker lifestyle. He fights hard, parties harder, and lets nothing stand in the way of backing up his club. Nothing else matters. Until a chance encounter with a prospect’s ex-girlfriend changes everything Ice thought he wanted. One look is all it takes for Ice to ditch his bachelor ways and trade in his single status for the sweet and beautiful woman who invades his world. Her trust in men is badly damaged, but Ice is willing to do whatever it takes to claim his woman.
Ghosttown East MC has new plans for Grove Mill, and business and pleasure will come together in the perfect storm. Ice’s devotion to his club will clash with his need to protect his woman and their future. While Ice fights to unravel the chaotic mess of Everleigh’s life, she’s desperate to keep her head above water and not fall for a man who will betray her. Again. The obstacles lined up against them could ultimately destroy them, but nothing worth having comes easy.
Amelia Shea writes contemporary romance. She released her debut novel in 2015, and has followed her passion for series romance ever since. Her writing style includes a little sweet, a little sassy and lots of steam. She loves building stories with settings that become comfortable and familiar, and developing characters who feel real, and though they may be flawed, they learn and grow, and finally deserve a happy ending. When she is not writing, she is obsessed with reading (all genres although she does has a soft spot for romance), coffee (it's more of an addiction but she prefers obsession) and perfecting her "y'all" (just a northern girl living in the south).
I've always been down on myself for liking motorcycle club romance as much as I do, but this book today really tripped something in me that made me realize why... it's predictably about characters who aren't living out "lifestyles of the rich and famous" porn. There was a part in this one where Everleigh (the heroine) described how it was an aspirational goal for their family to go out to a restaurant that took reservations, and she worked in a gas station/convenience store (which was where I worked all through high school and college), and it just felt like...oh, I see myself in this story. And it's nice to read romances about people who struggle financially still being worth of love and an HEA.
And this is obviously, I would never say it's the only place you can find this, but it just was a small moment of feeling really seen in a way that was new to me.
I liked this book and this East series a lot. I will probably go back and read the first series, too.
Everleigh Fay is doing her best to avoid her ex-cheating boyfriend who is a prospect for East MC, but when he comes to her store, she decides it is time to exact a little revenge. What she doesn't know is she catches the eye of East member Mason "Ice" Dillon. Ice knows when he meets Everleigh is going to be his, but what happens when Eveleigh finds out that East has ties to her shop and she is in danger?
This was another wonderful book in the series. I like that each story is completely different but they all tie in some way to East MC. Ice is smooth, his character is full of charisma and there are some heartbreaking moments for Everleigh in this one. Was unable to put this one down.
Story: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Trope: heroine in peril Angst: 😱😱😱1\2 Smexy: 🔥🔥1\2
Just loving this series so much! I loved how the MMCs are all in right from the beginning ❤. Sweet, emotional, and smexy with great storylines that are character and plot driven. Great epilogue! I truly hope she considers doing a next gen series!
Review - Ghosttown Riders East Series by Amelia Shea
This is going to be an overarching series review and a small blurb covering the individual books. So if it looks similar, it's because it is. Life crazy, attention span short, you get what I'm saying.
Overall - This is a biker soap opera. It's not as OTT as it could be but damn it's close. Series has been around 3-4 on the WTFery scale and gotten progressively more violent, but it makes sense considering that the main storyline driving this is one of revenge. It's soapy in that there's twists and turns with family relations and exactly how closely tied East and the Underground players are. My main quibbles is that, like a soap, continuity and plotting are key but can be real damn messy. There are plot devices that don't make sense, things that make me go excuse me but why? BUT like a real soap, I'll let it slide because it's more about the ride.
Hence my more middle of the road ratings - I'm not typically hyperbolic with my ratings and I don't slap a fiver on every book, so to me, a 3 star isn't bad rating. For me, it's just a more qualified recommendation - you may enjoy this IF your tastes run towards abc and don't mind xy or z.
Anybiker, now onto the individual brothers.
The Ex - the sweetest of the brothers, Ice and Everleigh's story is probably among my faves. It's still flawed but I loved how all in Ice is and while the dark moment depended on illogical plotting, again I liked these two so Imma let it slide. 3*
We had seen a bit of Everleigh in the last book and I hated how she was treated, was intrigued by the way that Ice seemed to be interested in her. So when I realized this book was about the 2 of them I found myself smiling.
From the start things were pretty good with Everleigh and Ice, drama came when she showed up at the club when she saw her ex who was prospecting. This guy is a huge POS and never seemed to let Everleigh know that he was glad to be rid of her. What the POS didn't realize is how Ice would take offense to things, which made me laugh because he really didn't know anything. I thought Ice being honest with him at the end was a good thing, he should just give up now.
The other drama with Everleigh and the club made me sad. Everleigh was fighting for the store as a sort of homage to her dad. She was doing the best she could, just didn't know she was getting taken for a ride. Learning harsh truths from East ended up being a good thing. Everleigh was able to get out the trouble she was in and start a new life, one she was able to live for herself and not her father.
I love the drama and Ice’s protectiveness. Everleigh was so fortunate to have ditched the prospect, and found herself a real man. This series is keeping me hooked.
I loved this book. Ice is totally swoon worthy and the type of guy all women deserve. Poor Ev has had a really rough time of it the last five years, and in the previous book we saw her boyfriend (Chase a prospect) cheat on her with a club girl. This book picks up a few weeks after that and it’s clear that Ice is intent on soothing and healing the damage from Chase’s betrayals and mistreatments. What isn’t known is how twisted the situation is going to get over Ev’s family convenience store and gas station. There’s lots of action and twists - plus a sweet romance. Gunner royally ticked me off with how he handled some things in this book, so I’m hoping that his future match drags him and makes him beg. Con is deliciously off the walls and his book is next!
This has got to be one of the best books in both of the series.
We have met Everleigh in the last book (the girlfriend that Chase the Prospect cheats on) We also saw Ice's reaction to her, in this book he acts on his attraction to Ev and it's 🔥🔥🔥
We see such a soft sweet side to Ice in this book.... I think out of all the guys it's Ice that would go go all out for his lady and put her before the club, there were certainly moments in this book where I thought Ice was going to literally fight everyone for Ev and I loved his devotion to her.
We also saw more of Con and Tracer and I certainly understand them better, Con's book is gearing up to be amazing, I can't wait! Tracer is another brother who intrigues me... He's so different to the others so his backstory will be good I just know it.
Grain!!!! Who would have thought that a nightmare character would become so well loved! Add his story to the list please Amelia! Did Regina cheat? Hhhmmmmm! Seems a bit cut and dry to me. He obviously still adores her so I hope they get their HEA too.
Great worldbuilding, great storyline, great characters, great writing, humour, feels, and that epilogue was all the warm and fuzzy I needed!
Five stars!!! This is becoming one of my favourite series!
Ice...oh did I love Ice for his calming presence on Con. To watch him literally lose his shit was awesome!!! I knew that his lady was gonna push him! The switch up in this book being the slow burn was actually in keeping with both characters. Ice wanting more in life than easy, but willing to wait for Ev to be ready for him...since he was thinking forever!!! The drama was great, but I would have liked Gunner and Blade to have handled their side of the street a bit better. Again...it was my man Con who stepped in and stepped the f up! I love his volatile and aggressive side since it makes his bromance with Ice and friendship with Ev so much richer. It is great to see real moments of vulnerability from all the characters. A re-visit to some favorites in this one too with my all time fave Hades and second fave Kase making cameos. I ignored my kids, grocery shopping duites, and even TikTok to read this one on Sunday...LOVED and cannot wait for the rest of East!!! Enjoy.
This was such a sweet, fun story! I devoured it from the very first page. Ice and Everleigh are definitely in my top 3 favorite couples. Although Con will always be my top male in the MC. Con steals the show in some scenes and I love it. I love that Ice, Everleigh and Con make their own close knit family within the big family that is the MC. I can’t wait to see Con get brought to his knees by a woman.
Ice is by far one of the sweeter MC men but he still have that fierce protectiveness and isn’t scared to fight for his girl. Everleigh is a little unsure after what she went through with the prospect. But Ice shows her how a real man treats his woman. Of course, with some bumps along the way. I loved this story and can’t wait for more. Also hoping that epilogue at the end is a hint at a next generation!
Ice has watched Everleigh ever since she rocked up to Easts clubhouse and caught her good for nothing boyfriend, one of Easts prospects, cheating on her.
Ever since then Ice has been captivated, and he will claim her its just a matter of time.
Everleigh has tried to keep her dad's dream the gas station alive but the truth is she's floundering, but she can't fail not at this.
After finding her good-for-nothing boyfriend cheating on her she has sworn off men the only problem being is she finds her self captivated by another member.
And now his club wants her gas station to cover her uncles debt. Nothing seems to go her way but in the end all she has to do is trust the biker with the ice blue eyes.

Let me just say it’s a good read and story. It’s interesting and I wondered how Ice was going to win Everleigh over since Chase had done her wrong. Everleigh is a sweet young woman who has a sister named Annaleigh. These two are trying to keep their Dad’s dream alive but they are so young, vulnerable, and naive that they have been taken advantage of by a bad guy and others. It’s a good romance with violence and a little angst - you know an MC story. The best part of this book is the relationship between Ice and Con. This book really shows his full character and not just his jerk tendencies from the other books in this series. Con steps up for Everleigh and it’s pretty awesome. Read On!
Everleigh was the girlfriend of Chase who was a prospect with no morals. From the moment Ice say her he knew she be his old lady. Everleigh's life was a mess, trying to keep her dads store open and a roof over her family heads. She was attracted to Ice but her ex Chase made her have doubts. Ice broke down her barriers. Their relationship was not smooth, she trusted Con Ice's best friend but not the MC. When in danger the MC came through for her in ways she doesn't know about or ever well. The author has written a great series can't wait to read the next book.
This third book in the Ghosttown East series features Evereigh, the young owner of the run down town’s only fuel station trying to keep afloat in the face of danger from underground forces including the Ghosttown East members as well. When she meets Ice, the quiet, peacemaker of the group, she’s immediately swept away by his compassionate treatment and understanding, but his club is coming for her and his loyalties are divided. Stern TBR two entities he loves the most.
I enjoyed this overall but kind of wasn’t a fan of the fact that Ice had to try to keep both his loyalties happy. Even though he jumped through hoops to accommodate Everleigh’s needs, I think in some ways, the club still came first and that bothered me. Other than that I liked this. I’m invested in the series and thought the epilogue was adorable. Overall this was fine.
This is my first Amelia Shea book to read and I absolutely LOVED it!! Now I am going to go back and binge through her books so I can be prepared for Con's book to come out! I think I am going to love him the best!! This was a great story and had some good plot twists! I really loved the characters and look forward to more of the series! I have had Amelia's books on my to read lists for so long but just never started one until this one popped up and caught my eye! So glad it did but also now it has added ALOT more must read books to my list!!
The heroine is struggling emotionally and financially, trying to support her mother, along with Jer sister, and newly broken up with her long time boyfriend after seeing him with another woman at a motor cycle club. She's just barely keeping it all together. The hero is a member of the club. They make a sweet couple in the somewhat rough mcc background. The club is.semi reformed: no longer running drugs or guns, but definitely still involved in illegal activity, and still found family for the members.
1. I can understand Everleigh giving Chase another chance after he cheated but if she was stupid enough to give him multiple chances, I have no sympathy for her. 2. If Everleigh was really special to Ice, he wouldn’t have f*cked her in the same bed as all the club girls. 3. Why did Ice ask Blade for a few days to try to deal with the situation with Everleigh’s store and then do absolutely nothing? 4. Yeah, it was obvious that to Ice, Everleigh came in second to the MC and that made this not much of a “romance” to me. DNF

I really liked both the H and h and thought they had a sweet relationship. I didn’t understand how the h was supposed to pay for the mistake someone else made but the club wasn’t supposed to pay for the mistake their own former president made. It was very unfair and I understand why h didn’t trust them. She forgave them and they didn’t even make it right. It’s hard to swallow so I hope they begin to redeem themselves soon.

Everleigh wasted too many years of her precious time with a loser like Chase, but thank goodness Ice turned out to be his polar opposite. She's a great daughter and sister and loved her dad and sadly when he passed away, she thought it was her duty to keep running his dream job of the gas station and convenience store. Some twist and turns throughout, but a fabulous story. Loved the tease of CJ at the end and so happy. Happy reading.
Everleigh has the biggest douchebag as her ex boyfriend, she has a failing family business and she just wants one to go out and forget about everything, Ice is a member of East where the douchebag is a prospect. Sparks fly when they meet and Ice is ready to stop being a bachelor. Issues arise with the club and Everleighs business, there’s heartbreak, betrayal, chaos and love all combine on the way to their happily ever after 🖤❤️
Could not put this book down. Besides the awesome chemistry between Ice and Ev it was so nice to catch up with all the other characters in the series and with Ghosttown as well. Loved this book and cannot wait for the next one. I love Ms Shea's writing style. Her books are so good you cant put them down.
Amelia Shea has a way with words and her great style of writing. I have no idea how she does it but each book she writes is perfect. I just can't say enough about her. I am going to try and wait patiently for the next one called The Draw. I hate when I finish one of her books and have to wait for the next.
This is so well written, I ended up reading all night and I didn’t want it to end. It’s such a good MC story. My only wish is for the series to be on audible. The story has depth and flows beautifully. The is action, romance, MC brothers coming together for each other, and the club. I laughed, cried and cheered. Highly recommend the series and this book.
This book was well written and thought out. Loved the story line, Loved the characters. Unpredictable until almost the end. Didn't like that I now know what happens with Con. Kind of a spoiler. But this book was definitely more emotional than the last few books in this series.
Ice and Everleigh are the featured and unexpected couple of this 3rd book in the Ghosttown East MC series. Intrigue, MC drama, super smexy NSFW scenes, Alphamale & sweet heroine along with an fantastic HEA make up this addition to this MC world. The peek into the future at the end - OH MY HEART!!!! Loved it and cannot wait for the next one!
After finishing the third book in this series I am already to get started on book four. This series has definitely gotten my attention. I enjoyed it from start to finish. I love the endings. Looking forward to reading about C.J. and Mason in a future series. The characters have a place in my heart.
What a fantastic story, and getting to know each of the members of the MC has been great. I loved and adored Everleigh she was just what Ice needed especially after her ex who was a cheating prospect for the club.
This series is getting so good and addictive as we get glimpses of the men and their personalities thoughout the series, and of course it wouldnt be the same if it wasnt for the backstory which is getting exciting and ramps up more as the stories unfold.
I loved what we got but somehow these books always go so quickly. It feels like it's building up and then it ends before you know it. Ice is a rock and Ev is loyal and loves her family. Sad to find out that Regina cheated as I really liked her in the extra story.
Can't wait for Con and Wren's story.
