Uzziah: Mountain Man: The Making of a Mountain Man: A Sixth Mountain Man Adventure

Rate this book
The sixth " Mountain Man" adventure from JJ Bonham has arrived!

As fall was setting in, Uzziah and his partner, Immanuel, were headed back to their cabins in the Rockies. They decided to stop at Vrain Trading Post to get whiskey and tobacco. While they were there, they ran into James Pierson Beckwourth and his four Crow wives. There was an altercation at the trading post and Beckwourth and his wives left.

Immanuel had idolized Beckwourth for years and followed to make sure no more trouble happened. It did, and between the four Crow wives, Uzziah and Immanuel it was taken care of. Further trouble developed when the twin brother of the other gang found the body of his brother and his men. They took off after the two mountain men, and along the way found riper victims.

Join Immanuel and Uzziah as they get in over their heads with Beckwourth who has been wounded and has amnesia, and then have to help the family that was terrorized by the second bad hombre’s twin.

Will Immanuel get over himself, and start acting like who he’s always been, or will this encounter with a larger-than-life idol bring him down?
