I fumble for words, but settle on, "Here I am."

The man before me is staggeringly tall. His strong shoulders are shaped under his pristine--probably incredibly expensive--suit. And his dark black hair is slicked back beneath his devil horns. I can’t see his face under his sleek black mask, but I can see that it houses deep brown eyes behind them. And I have never seen a jawline that strong.

I want to see more of him.

He stands with confidence. Expectance, too. And the smirk on his face tells me that he knows that I like what I see.

He may be Lucifer himself.

And I hope he drags me to hell.

Her Mysterious Lover . . .

Naomi Hart is working hard at the law firm and has no time for a social life. She went home to her high-rise apartment and was told a courier was waiting for her. Oddly, the courier wore a Rolex watch and pulled out a gold envelope to hand to her. He told her he would return in an hour to accompany her to the event. The invitation was for the Angels & Demons Ball and she was to meet Lucifer by the champagne fountain. Right before she is ready to go, the courier comes back with a box. She is to wear what is inside – fishnet stockings and white angel wings.

The gothic mansion adds to the thrill. There were even gargoyles on the roof! There are multiple fountains, but she stands by one and he finds her. He is extremely tall, black hair, and gorgeous brown eyes behind his mask. He took her to the VIP section and she asked if they could go somewhere private, to which he answered no.

The night continues with him masked and as he leaves, he tells her to sleep there and he will have her driven to work in the morning. Then he surprises her by waiting in the conference room the next day to see her. The room is totally dark, and he wears sunglasses. And he invites her to dinner that night. She still doesn’t know who he is. Will tonight be the night he reveals his name to her? Why has he done this – just to get her attention? Will she finally know the name of her lover?

The addition starts with the book cover….yeah…yeah…yeah don’t judge a book by its cover they say ….well we all do it and this one here it is the scratch to your itch or better yet the filling to your oreos! Within the first chapters you get the panoramic view of whom you’re dealing with! If you get an invite to walk on the wild side for one night anonymously, wouldn’t you accept…that’s exactly what happened to an over worked, over tired, just starting out attorney. Naomi has received an invite to something so hush hush that it makes it feel dangerous and throw in a sexy as all get out guy with a body like a Greek God and you get this spicy number. The moment the invite arrives the chemistry levels are on fire and once arriving well let’s say the page combust but will it all lead to something more or is it all for just one night?

I was lucky to get ARC of this book, and even though this is a short story I loved it.

It was quick read and maybe my second or third short story ever.

I am used to long books, so this was refreshing.

I loved that little secret. I can honestly say that I didn't expect that reveal at the end.

I would definitely read even longer version, especially if I get more of that spicy parts.

Everyone who knows me or follow me on Instagram, knows that I love my books very spicy.

I was not disappointed with this book, only thing that I would definitely change it to make there story longer.

But in the end this is a short story and I enjoyed reading it.

First things first; I like the cover of this book!
This story is short, fast paced and an enjoyable read. I read this book in one sitting and was satisfied throughout. Her handsome devil is the first book of Gigi Love’s that I have read (I think). I found the writing style easy to follow, the characters likeable and the storyline enjoyable. Naomi is a successful lawyer that isn’t looking for love. When she gets an intriguing invitation off of a secret admirer, what will happen when they meet?
The chemistry between Naomi and Peter is clear to see and I liked them together.
I liked the ending of this book!
The storyline for this book is easy to follow and it is a hot read.

I received this ARC by the author and although it was cute it felt like I was missing something. I understand that it is a short/quick smut novellas. But... The smut was very very very quick hahaha and I was expecting more build up. I wanted more info about them. She just jumped into going out with this stranger and it was so fast.

I expected something like Alexa Riley or Jessa Kane. Or Lucy darling. Ella Goode. Mink. Olivia T. Styler. Those are author that have really good short novellas. The smut is quite good and the stories are good .

This is a very short story but there is so much depth to it. Naomi Hart gets an invitation to meet someone she does not know. The story is well written with a very good storyline, it flowed smoothly across the pages. A story that made me turn to the next pages as I had to know what was going to happen next. This is a new Author to me and it looks like this is her debut book. I will be reading the next book she puts out. I would recommend. This is a quick, steamy little slice of erotica. An overworked hotshot lawyer decides she needs a little risky adventure. So she accepts a stranger’s invitation to a masquerade ball at a gothic style mansion. I loved the description of her entrance to the party. “This music is hauntingly eerie. It’s like a string quartet put to the sounds of a strong hurricane wind.” She has a very naughty time. As they say … the devil made her do it.

If you are looking for a short and steamy read this would definitely be for you!! It definitely left me wanting more! It had a lot of intrigue, intensity, and spice. Naomi, the FMC, is lacking a little excitement and something to get out of her never-ending workaholic lifestyle. I liked her as a character, I do wish I got to know more about her and her life, but I think the author gives enough of a gist of who she is so get through the story. There was a little surprise, which I won't ruin here! It was a sexy little short story and I enjoyed it.

I received an ARC of this book from the author and although it was a cute short story I just didn’t love it. I know that it supposed to be a quick novella but it just went so fast for me, I needed more build up. Also the spice was very fast too, I just expected more.

The MC didn’t even think twice about meeting this stranger, it was just too fast for me. I also saw the reveal at the end coming, I was pretty sure I knew who it was going to be so there wasn’t much mystery for me.

Loved the short story, it is a short, hot, and deliciously arousing. Naomi has been given an invitation for a masquerade ball, then she receives a white angel designed outfit. Then the driver said he will be down stairs waiting for her so he can drive her to the ball. She is at the ball she is to meet Her Handsome Devil. Will he turn up or not.

I received an ARC of this book from the author and I was pleasantly surprised with how much I enjoyed this! This is a very short novella with a little bit of spice. It follows a young attorney in Atlanta who takes a chance on an opportunity to get out of her shell and walk on the wild side for one night. This story was really quick, but it was super cute and the ending gave me all the warm fuzzies. Would definitely recommend picking this one up if you want a quick, cute pick me up!

This quick read has tons of steam and great characters. When Naomi received a mysterious invitation to a masked party she meets a mystery man who wants to sweep her off her feet. He’s incredibly romantic and puts her needs above his own. Wait until she discovers who her mystery lover is.
