A great refresher! I picked this up in an airport when I had already finished the book I had packed and wanted something for the ride home. A lot of the tips I have already implemented like time blocking or distancing from people/things not in alignment with or detracting from my values and goals. Loved the reminder about how valuable morning pages are and have re-started 10 minutes/day free writing in a notebook, making lists for things to do/organizing by priority, decluttering. Nothing groundbreaking but these little habits add up to make an otherwise hectic, overwhelming schedule feel more organized with 15% space for surges at work or in personal life.
Super easy to read and understand. Great tips on how to spend our time wisely. Now understand more that 'thinking space, breathing space, living space and working space' are all contributing to a more fulfilling life.

Yet again, what a compelling idea from Donna McGeorge for a productivity book. The 1-Day Refund tells us how to recover time and space in our lives. It’s an empowering and achievable approach. I appreciated McGeorge’s reminder that time saved should be invested in rest and personal priorities, not just in doing more. Her books are always punchy, powerful and easy to read and this one is among my favourites.
