Very Relatable and Easy Plans to Follow

Many of us want to eat healthier, either because we have been diagnosed with a medical condition, or we want to lose weight. My husband was recently diagnosed with diabetes and mother has had it for 20 years. I am always trying to find out more information to help me cook better. I really like this book, because it helps with creating meal plans. I also appreciated how the author shared her experiences with trying to get healthier. It kind of makes me feel better that someone else has gone through what I or my family is. This book is very relatable, with what to do and what not to do, without seeming to go over people’s heads and talk at them. I would recommend this book wholeheartedly.
