You’ll love this comprehensive book on conversational skills, because of it’s in-depth, clear, easy to follow teachings that will help you master this important life skill.
Some ideas here are useful, like missing out details making conversations easier. However, a lot of the book just says to listen more and, despite the irony, Thomas repeats the fact that you shouldn't repeat yourself in almost every chapter after announcing it. I feel like this book is more useful to people who speak more, people that aren't likely to notice they need to change. People who pick up a book like this will want to know how to speak more and how to be heard.
