Pembroke Prep contains the first three books in Becker Gray’s Hellfire Club series – Wicked Idol, Callous Prince, and Brutal Blueblood – with each being an addictive read that had me powering through the pages. Although each story can be read as a standalone, I do recommend reading them in order to enjoy the way things develop throughout.
Each story was one that hooked me right away, sucking me in deep, ensuring I devoured it in a single sitting. I’ll confess that I had a clear favourite – Callous Prince – but all three had me engaged and turning the pages. There was plenty packed into each to ensure I was left desperate for more, leaving me eager to see how things play out for the other characters. Although not quite what I had expected – the stories were lighter and sweeter than anticipated – it was certainly a series I could not get enough of.
All in all, Pembroke Prep has ensured I’m eager to see how the other Hellfire Club stories play out.
Pembroke Prep contains 3 must-read full-length novels. If you’ve been meaning to check out the Hellfire Series, now is the time.
This series is hot, sexy, and filled with delicious tension. The characters are real and perfectly flawed and will leave you full of emotions. Each story keeps you on your toes and will leave you dying to see how it will all play out. At times, I wanted to throw my tablet, but in the end, I found myself unable to put this series down.
If you’re a fan of the Midnight Dynasty Series, you’re going to love what author Becker Gray brings to the table with the Hellfire Series!
*I was provided an ARC copy of this book, in exchange for an honest review*
A collection of three full length novels. Each story features a different couple tormenting their way into each other’s hearts. All three books follow the Hellfire Club boys during their senior year at Pembroke Prep school. These guys rule the school, and I found all their characters to be intriguing and complex in their own ways. Its always amazing to see an entitled alpha brought to his proverbial knees when he finds the right woman, and these three books had that in spades. Coming of age romance at its steamiest, these novels definitely give off a Gossip Girl vibe. Pick this up if you’re a fan of bully romance! *I received an ARC in exchange for my honest review.
Pembroke Prep is a collection of addictive page-turning tales that will have you at their mercy from beginning to end. Each full length story comes with a different couple that torments and charms their way into each other's hearts! It's truly bully romance at it's best!
My review of Wicked Idol... (5 Stars)
Starting a new school is hard enough, but doing it at the school your father is the headmaster at takes things to a whole new level of nerve racking. The moment Iris Briggs sets foot on campus she knows she is out of her element, her uniform is all wrong, and her lack of make-up makes her stick out like a sore thumb. Her plan to stay under the radar and not draw attention to herself seems easier said then done, when she accidentally bumps into one of the most popular boys on campus.
Keaton Constantine reeks of old money, prestige, arrogance, and popularity and landing on his bad side is the last place she wants to be. But she does, and now she is left dreading his retaliation. She knows mixing herself up with a boy like him can't be a good thing, but every time he is near it sends the butterflies in her belly into an uproar. He is the devil... and the devil has never looked so good!
Wicked Idol is an edgy and intense enemies to lovers tale that will command your attention from the first page and hold it intently until the last. These two bring heat and tension to every page, their battles bring out the best and worst in them, and push them to their breaking points. Keaton is use to always getting his way, but Iris isn't about to surrender to him like all the others have, she stands her ground and gives as good as she gets. Every interaction between them stokes their deep hatred for one another, and has tension levels unbelievably high. But eventually their hatred begins to falter and something else starts to settle in between them, an undeniable attraction that leads them down a path they never saw coming. I loved every single second of this one, the words were so addictive, I just couldn't pry my eyes from them. This story was emotional, uber steamy, and came with the perfect amount of angst to torture the heart just the way I like it … it was perfect from beginning to end! Highly recommend!
My review of Callous Prince... (5 Stars)
For the last three years he has tortured her everyday, making her life at Pembroke miserable. Prince Lennox Lincoln-Ward is the devil and she is more than ready to be rid of him. Her plan to steer clear of him is altered though when her father asks her to get close to him and try to get the answers he needs. But getting too close to the devil, means she is playing with fire...and bound to get burned!
Callous Prince is an intense little tale that brings us into the lives of sworn enemies Lennox and Sloane. These two have bad blood brewing between them and one of them has a score to settle, while the other is on a mission of her own. Sloan's dad has asked her to get close to the enemy and try to get Lennox to share secrets about his fathers shady business dealings. She however, would rather stay as far away from him as she can. He isn't a nice guy and he takes every opportunity he has to make her miserable.
Every encounter they share is intense and borders on something neither of them want to explore. There is a thin line between love and hate and these two find themselves on the wrong side of it.... more than a few times!
I really enjoyed this addition to the series, the words were engaging and rich with angst, and the characters drew me in upon first meeting. Highly recommend!
My review of Brutal Blueblood... (5 Stars)
Tanith Bradford found her way into the halls of Pembroke Prep Academy on a scholarship, with goal of it landing herself into front and center of the publishing world. With a tall order such as that she must stay focused, and not allow any distractions to come and lead her astray.
But then she catches the attention of the guy on campus everyone wants and cant have... Owen Montgomery is king of the campus, and the man known to have the coldest of hearts. And could she be the first woman to melt it?
Between the pages of this wonderfully constructed romance lies the story of two souls that shouldn't love one another, but do. Owen has things in his life that have shaped him into a cold hearted soul, one who doesn't believe in love or keeping anyone around for more than a night. But then he meets a woman who inspires him, sparks something in him he has never known, and he wants to hold onto it, explore it. But she isn't so receptive to his attention, the last time she gave into it, she ended up with a battered heart. She is not going back again! Or will she?
This slow burn romance entertained and tortured the heart the whole way through! The characters grabbed ahold of my attention from the moment we met, and didn't let go until the last page. Highly recommend!
I requested an advanced copy of this title from the publisher, and I am voluntarily leaving my honest and unbiased opinion.
This is a fabulous collection of hot hunks, feisty heroines, mind games and sexy romance in an elite prep school setting. It’s old money, new love and a bit of bullying as these young adults find their ride and die partners. These first three in the series are outstanding and must reads.
WICKED IDOL Loved it! I’m always ready for a Constantine story and this one is fantastic. Keaton is so sexy just like his brothers with the Constantine power and ruthlessness. I’m so enamored with this family and their deadly rivals the Morellis. This is a terrific start to a new na bully romance series and what a way to start. An exclusive prep school with uber rich teens, a few scholarships and one headmaster’s daughter. I love Iris with her smarts and spunk. She lands in the sights of Keaton and his buddies in the Hellfire club. Yeah, rich, hot hunks with generational power and wealth. They’re matched by the group of beautiful young women that go head to head with the guys. Sexy games full of angst, bullying and romance. Keaton starts out aggressive with Iris but she stands strong and it’s not long before the two are in the throes of a passionate relationship. Hot and sexy! These two smoke the pages but there’s a sweet romance too, even with all of Keaton’s possessiveness. Holy cow, he’s a bossy alpha. So Constantine! I love that Keaton’s well rounded. He’s smart and athletic with lots of options other than joining the family business. These kids are awfully sophisticated which makes them seem older than their years but I’m all in with this group of hotties. The gals are just as fabulous as the guys. Of course, comes to a head with Iris’ father finds out her future is not going as he planned. Go Iris! Along with Keaton’s help she finds her potential and follows her dreams. Loved the ending. This is a must read with spectacular characters, an intriguing boys club, girl power and a divine romance. I can’t wait for the next installment in this series.
CALLOUS PRINCE Hellfire wonderful! A terrific follow up to the fabulous first story, Wicked Idol, in this bullying series. Not too much bullying, more of ‘pulling pigtails’ than cruelty. It’s got the Hellfire Club members of sexy boys that the author described as “a cluster of gorgeous, insolent boys, sprawled in their chairs like so many bored lions” and the beautiful girls in their sights. Wealth brings a certain sophistication and maturity to these young men and women. This features the European prince, Lennox and the daughter of a Interpol operative, Sloane. His father is a disgraced convict and hers brought the crook to justice. But there’s a rub with the way it went down and Lennox takes it out on Sloane. I loved Lennox as the beautiful royalty sex god with a bite and I especially loved that the author wrote him with a European voice and all the fabulous phases and slang that is so not American. The endearments were a little much but who knows, maybe young men talk like that in an Eastern European kingdom. Sloane is a marvel as her father’s daughter and spy in training. I did feel like her potential was not realizing and the mention of a plot that would utilize her talents was left unexplored. Bummer! Even without the extras she’s a strong, sassy heroine that’s a little socially awkward but with deadly skills. Not a girly girl but a boss with a lethal body. The drama between the Lennox and Sloane was a slow roll out that came to a head towards the end and was quickly resolved. Their chemistry was off the charts and the hate sex encounters were fabulous. This didn’t have the pizazz of the first book but I love this group of beautiful young people and look forward to the next installment. Bring on Owen and his mystery girl!
BRUTAL BLUEBLOOD The Ice King has melted! Yep, the cool half Brit with a chilly disposition is about to thaw under the heat of the scholarship girl, Tanith. She’s a smart cookie that is one step ahead of Owen in the brains department but she’s really far behind when it comes to sex. Well, he going to change that in all the good ways and Tanith’s longtime crush is about to be realized. This is one hot couple when Owen gets his hands on her and takes her to places she’s only dreamed about. Dirty talking and filthy action. Who knew the king of chill would turn into a hot as heck brute. This story is a good addition to this terrific high school romance series. No bullying in this one just a lot of sexy heat and family drama thanks to Owen’s mother and brother. It didn’t quite have the pop of the first two stories in the series but with the Hellfire boys and the fabulous Pembroke girls it’s still a fantastic read with a group of spectacular teens. There’s always some advancements in the lives and loves of this group and this story had a few. Most of the drama come from the rich boy/poor girl theme with Owen’s mother being a real knob. There’s only two Hellfire boys left and both are setup to be torturous. Rhys with his killer persona and his love/hate for Sera and slut puppy Phin and his painful love for Aurora. Aurora had a sad thing happen to her in this story with Rhys calling in a favor. Morelli anyone? I love those killers! I look forward to the next installment. This is a quick read with tons of hotness and fabulous characters.
pembroke prep is a collection of the first three novels in the series i went into this blind only knowing that it was set in a prep school and surprisingly thoroughly enjoyed it. all three were quick paced, smutty romance stories between two lovable characters with insane tropes in!! the possessive alpha rich popular boys on this were 🤌🏼🤌🏼🤌🏼 soooo good!! all three stories were very different and each characters background were unique and incredibly interesting if you need something quick paced, easy going, light hearted and very steamy i suggest this! perfect for getting out of a reading slump or if you need to complete your reading goal by the end of the year i recieved an arc in exchange for an honest review!
Prembroke Prep gives us the first three books in the Hellfire Club Series. These rich, gorgeous Alphaholes rule the school. Every guy wants to be then and every girl wants to be with them. This series is complete fire and the fact that you get them in one book is amazing. Every book has you wanting more and boy do Becker Gray deliver. So, settle in for a deep dive down a rabbit hole of suspense. Trust me, you won’t be in a hurry to get out.
Wicked Idol was my first read by Becker Gray and I became obsessed. I completely get into a bully, enemies to lovers trope. Throw in it is part of a series and I probably read about those who will be falling down the rabbit hole of angsty love next- sign me the hell up. Keaton, rugby hero, rich boy, part of the Hellfire Club that ruled the school, and a complete alpha hole. Iris, new girl, headmaster’s daughter, smart and determined. Their meeting was an accident that brought Iris to the attention of the Club and Keaton. He tries to school her on how it is going to be and she shoves that theory right back in his face. When they are paired up for a school project they learn more about each other than expected. There is more than meets the eye to Keaton and the life the world thinks he leads. Iris has dreams and all she wants is an easy year and her freedom. Secrets come out as they become wrapped up in their secret and hot AF relationship. Keaton:“All fresh faced with her sky blue eyes and dusting of freckles on display and looking so clean and fresh and ******* pure. I wanted to make her dirty.” Their need for one another steams off the pages. Iris: “God, when he use that voice… I quivered. It’s frighten me how much control he had over my body, over my reactions, just by being him. And frighten me to think he might have that kind of control over my heart- and he could start racing with happiness or studying with anxious pain. I couldn’t let that happen. I wouldn’t.” I was completely caught up in this book, in Keaton and Iris lust and their journey to love and freedom.
Callous Prince is the 2nd book in the Hellfire Club. Books are interconnected standalone’s better enjoyed read in order. Enemies to Lovers is one of my fav’s and the Becker Gray duo have it on lock with this series. These Hellfire Boys are hot AF and this girl gang are fierce and not to be messed with. They legit will help you hide the body. Lennox Lincoln-Ward, beautiful, heartless, callous prince who for the last three years has tried to make Sloane’s life a living hell. Sloane Lauder, a spy in the making, Pembroke’s resident Veronica Mars, helping students in need with her mad skills. Oh, and her father exposed Lennox’s father’s Ponzi scheme, sent him to jail, and embarrassed his family in the process. Hence, Lennox’s hatred. So, he low key torments, stalks, and bullies her. But, there is that fine line between love and hate. And, they are just about to cross the hell out of it. When her father enlists her help and it involves getting close to Lennox, Sloane finds she is more than wrong about her assumptions of Lennox’s character and actions. Lennox has gone from wanting to make Sloane’s life a living hell, to needing to own her, leading him down a path of possession that has a deep hold on him. These two-you will love hate the absolute hell out of them.
Brutal Blueblood is the 3rd book in the Hellfire Club Series. Books are interconnected standalones better enjoyed read in order. This second chance romance is relationship goals. Tanith is Owen’s goddess and he is more than willing to worship at her altar. This book is steamy, these two are filthy, and I was so there for all of it. Tanith Bradford, scholarship kid, resident bookworm, and bbf to the in crowd. With a major crush on Owen. Owen Montgomery, British, privileged, with a Mr. Darcy air. The responsible, dependable, and rigid. When Tanith catches his eye while on vacation and he is set on fire for her. When he asks to see her again the cold reality that he didn’t realize they have gone to school together for the last three years kinda kills the moment. When Senior year begins and Owen searches high and low for her, but Sera, clues him in. She was the student who beat him out of a fellowship and would be spending the first half of their senior year in California. Now back and spending the winter holidays with Sera’s family in New York, Tanith once again finds herself on Owen’s radar. But, her focus is on the Preston Media internship and her future. For the first time in his life Owen is throwing his manners out the window. Tanith had completely obliterated his self control. But, every attempt Owen makes to convey his feelings ends up with his foot in his mouth. Just as Tanith’s future glows bright, she can no longer deny her feelings for Owen and they come together in a scorching hot encounter that Owen intends on repeating over and over. But, Owen’s familial ties and obligations take center stage. Drawing lines in the sand someone is going to have to cross.
This decadently delicious collection gets you three totally tempting and oh, so satisfying books from the Hellfire Club series. I loved ever single one of these books and am a huge fan of the series. If you enjoy YA romance, tons of emotions, some stellar twists, drama, angst, a few sharp edges and a whole lot of sizzle this book/series is an absolute must. This is my frank, freely posted review. Books included are:
Wicked Idol: (5 Stars) This book is the debut work of a new author and I have to say that it was a homerun. I thought this book was very well written, nicely paced and it read easily and smoothly. It is the kind of book that you can sit down to read a few pages and then when you look up you realize that a half an hour has gone by. This book features not only a wonderful pair of main characters that will steal your heart but also an intriguing cast of secondary characters that will have you desperately wanting more books that showcase their stories. Iris and Keaton shared amazing chemistry and the sparks they generated almost burned the pages but they also had some very sweet moments and a very strong emotional connection. Lots of tension, emotion, heat, drama and a bit of humor make a delicious blend that has you invested, engaged a staying up late to continue reading.
Callous Prince (5 Stars) I am a self-proclaimed romance junkie and I read countless book that cover the whole spectrum and feature every trope imaginable and I have got to say that this is one of the hottest books that I have ever read....HOTTEST. EVER!!!! I'm not talking about in a lurid way or in an extremely graphic way, although yes, the bedroom door is open and the talk is blunt. I think it has to do with the off the charts level of raw emotion, intensity and chemistry that burns between Lennox and Sloane in this enemies-to- lovers/bully romance (and yes, I would put this book on the top of my list for those tropes also!); as well as how strong both characters are and that is equally matched by the terrible weakness they have for each other. The sheer amount of sizzle and sparks that these two generate is enough to endanger the polar ice caps. I dare you to try to read this book and not be affected. Heck I double dog dare you to even try!! Don't get me wrong though, this book is about much more than the heat between these two, it is also very much about all the feels and emotions because these are plentiful and deep. The characters are beautifully complicated and complex. Their flaws, strengths and weaknesses are made very evident as the enticing story unfolds and if you are like me, you will feel for and fall in love with them both. Some things just are and whether you want to call it meant to be, fate, destiny, karma or written in the stars, I fiercely believe that this couple is one of those things. This book will make you swoon, laugh, cry and be in desperate need of an ice cold beverage, all while having you loving every single minute of it.
Brutal Blueblood (5 Stars) Owen and Tanith's story completely consumed me with its intense emotions and volcanic heat. Try to prepare yourself emotionally because this book will do a number on you. You will feel like your heart is going to be squeezed flat or you'll find yourself smirking and chuckling, then you will be choked up and close to tears or gasping and screaming "No, You fool!" in your head, you'll find your temper on the rise and believe me when I say your temperature is going to be soaring through roof. I didn't think anyone would ever come close to Lennox and Sloan (from Callous Prince) but OMG, the heat here is hot enough to scorch your face off as you read the pages of this romance. I adored both characters. Tanith was easy to relate to and Owen was a irresistible blend of adorable confusion, bad boy heartbreaker and emotionally stunted rich guy that made him sympathetic, almost too easy to forgive and 100% swoon worthy. It's a downright delightful, head-over-heels, all the feels, filthy fun romance that is a definite must read.
I am all over these Hell Fire boys! I can not get enough of them! As soon as I finish with one.... I need to move on to the next!
These stories have got me feeling all fluttery .... like I am floating! They leave me feeling so good and happy that I keep having the craziest grin on my face! (my husband asked if he should be concerned. LOL) There is just the right amount of angst to make you want to scream at them, but not so much that you need to bubble wrap your reading device! Definitely a fantastic series going here and I can not wait to read the rest! (they are all standalones)
Oh my God! Which book in Pembroke Prep should I recommend first? All three of them were incredibly sensual, intimate, and deeply affectionate and I loved and swooned over each story hard. Honestly, I will be rereading them whenever I am in the mood for some young love, emotional satisfaction and lots of intimacy.
Wicked idol
The first story starts with new headmaster’s daughter Iris accidentally spilling coffee over rugby captain/king of the school Keaton Constantine. Though at the beginning, Keaton seems like a cold and standoffish guy who people respect and maybe fear a little, he is actually wounded soul due to his father’s brutal death and his mother’s lack of real interest in him. Even though he is the epitome of a good guy under the disguise of a semi-arrogant rugby king from Constantine legacy, on the inside he feels lonely, unloved and unwanted. Iris, on the other hand, is the picture perfect good girl with an innocence of an angel. Keaton simply becomes obsessed with the idea of owning her innocence and dirtying her up. He is also in a fake relationship with his childhood friend Clara for their benefit and because he is actually a stand-up kind of guy, he feels responsible for her.
Their relationship goes through some twists and turns, especially due to Keaton’s need to please his mother in order to be loved and cared about by her but true love and true sacrifices in the end save the day.
This is not really an enemies to lovers, it is almost an instant attraction like lonely souls recognizing each other. I really recommend reading this story for much needed pick-me-up days.
Callous Prince
Lennox is an actual prince from Liechtenstein. He is cold and callous pretending to hate Sloane, daughter of the Head of Interpol, all throughout their high school due to history between their families.
Lennox has been torturing and persecuting Sloane for years for reasons unknown to her and keeping her under his control. He feels he owns her and nobody is allowed to touch or torment her. She, on the hand, while feeling intimidated by him, is utterly in awe of him without even admitting even to herself.
Lennox is always both enraged and fascinated by Sloane with her quiet and unassuming beauty, and her self discipline.
One night, with a little game causing jealousy among friends pushes Lennox to face his true feelings and that’s how the love story emerges. They both have to deal with past baggage and unsolved feelings. Just when they think everything is on the right track, a turn of events and a big mistake on Sloane’s part, scrambles everything.
This was a beautiful and reflective story about forgiveness which made my heart sing with hope.
Brutal Blueblood
The third book in Pembroke Prep is about the brooding but clueless and tactless Owen and smart, independent scholarship student Tanith and their explosive relationship.
Tanith has been in love with Owen more than three years but unfortunately never got noticed by him. During the summer break after Junior year, things get complicated between Owen and Tanith that I shouldn’t indulge further. Anyhow, Tanith decides to move away to another state for a Fellowship for the first semester of the Senior year in hopes of getting over Owen and comes back to Pembroke Prep for the last semester before they all graduate. Of course, things never go according to plan, the fire between them sizzles even harder than before and they find the missing pieces of their heart/soul in each other.
Even though I loved every couple in the Pembroke Preb, I think Owen and Tanith shook me the most and the spice level was OH. MY. GOD. Just read it.
All these characters are multi-dimensional which makes these 3 stories a fantastic read.
Wicked Idol: On the outside, our Hero, Keaton, and our heroine, Iris, couldn't be more different. He's from an old money family paying the high price of tuition at Pembroke Prep Academy, and she's the headmaster's daughter, essentially there on scholarship. Keaton and the other members of the Hellfire Club rule the school so when a new girl appears in Keaton's sanctuary on campus, the library, he tries to bully her out of the way. Her naivete about Keaton stirs a challenge in him that touches off surprising sparks for both of them. Being a Constantine brings certain expectations from his mother to follow in his older brother, Winston's footsteps to eventually work in the family business empire. For Iris, she wants to break free of her father's overbearing expectations to follow in her older sister's perfect footsteps. A class forces them together, but their undeniable chemistry burns up the pages. The only flaw in this story has to do with the characterization of his mother Caroline Constantine, who plays a key supporting role in this story. However, she comes across much more ruthless in the other stories within the world of Midnight Dynasty, but it probably would have messed up Keaton and Iris' HEA. LOL!
Callous Prince: This story of Lennox and Sloane started off as a "basic" teen bully picks on quiet, unassuming girl. As the camera lens pulls back, the story broadens considerably as we're provided details surrounding Lennox's father's scandal and the coincidental(?) connection to Sloane. He first noticed her as a freshman 4 years ago, but when he realized her father's connection to his, Lennox decided to make Sloane's life miserable by tormenting her every chance he got. When a fellow Hellfire member decides to ask her out, he ramps up his cave-man stance and the prince drags his princess out of the party. Their animosity toward one another quickly turns 180 degrees the other way as two magnets drawn to one another. The push and pull of their attraction turns up the heat, and once they decide to lower their gauntlets, things really start to sizzle. Sloane unexpectedly glimpses a side of Lennox when something happens with his twin sister. Sloane made some decisions which may come back to haunt their HEA. Which side of the prince will she face, the Bully or the Romantic, when the truth comes out?
Brutal Blueblood: Members of the Hellfire Club at Pembroke Prep are wealthy, good looking young men who essentially rule he school. Although they are known for their playboy ways, they've also been groomed all their lives in the ways of the rich and famous to eventually rule the world. Owen Montgomery, aka Ice King to his friends, maintains an aloofness to him leaving an air of mystery around him. When he approaches our heroine, scholarship student Tanish Bradford, during a party on their friend's yacht, she's surprised that he's noticed her after spending the last 3 years in school together. The kiss they share leaves an indelible mark on both of them, and like Cinderella, she skitters off before he has a chance to talk to her further. He has to fight through her gatekeepers, Serafina, Aurora and Sloane, to try and win time with her. She's a young woman who knows what she wants and works hard to achieve her goals. She wasn't raised in their world and tries to keep Owen at arm's length knowing there's a timeclock on their relationship. I absolutely loved Tanith for staying true to herself, and I loved Owen for recognizing her true worth.

Pembroke Prep is a collection of the first three Hellfire Club books by Becker Gray. It contains: #1: Wicked Idol (Iris & Keaton) -> 3 stars #2: Callous Prince (Sloane & Lennox) -> 3 stars #3: Brutal Blueblood (Tanith & Owen) -> 3 stars
Sooo, how do I say this? I got really excited to receive an copy of this book to review it, because I remember reading them in August and I enjoyed it, however my second read wasn’t so good. I liked the stories and the development of each, but I didn’t really connected with the characters. They were just a bit off to me and I was irritated a lot and also didn’t really got those feelings where you fell completely in love with the characters and are so excited to read about their journey. I read a lot of High School romances in the last year and maybe and normally I like them but these books were a bit too cringy and awkward to me.
I think there are a lot of people who will like the books and the characters but I am not really one of them. The stories where good but I missed the connection to the characters. However, I just saw that Serafina will finally get her story told in the fifth book and since I liked her a lot more in the books than the actual protagonists, I’m really excited for this one.
Excellent collection of the first 3 books in this series!
Wicked Idol- This is my first read by this author and I really enjoyed this story. Looking forward to more from the Hellfire Club!
Callous Prince- The Hellfire Club crew is back in Callous Prince! Lennox and Sloane had quite the complicated relationship. They both wanted the other and hated it which made for many push and pull moments. Sloane's character was a good one. I loved her side job and just her overall demeanor. Lennox was a bit of a typical bully but you still can't help but love him. This was a great addition to this series and I look forward to more from this group!
Brutal Blueblood- Owen and Tanith are amazing in this enemies to lovers story! Loved getting back to the Hellfire Club Crew!
A-freaking-mazing! That’s what these three stories are by Becker Gray. I couldn’t get enough of Keaton and Iris, Lennox and Sloane, and Owen and Tanith. Each book is unputdownable and offer such different dynamics between the main characters. There is plenty of angst and steam. I would have to say that this is one of my fave series I’ve read this year!!
Three unique, exciting, addicting, enthralling, and jaw-dropping standalone books comprise the collection of Pembroke Prep. There are various tropes such as enemies-to-lovers, second chance romance, and fake relationships. Each book features different couples. The arrogant bad boys of the Hellfire Club run Pembrook Prep. They never thought they'd meet their match in the strong, kickass heroines who take no bull and give as good as they get.
From the first sentence to the last, I was completely consumed and couldn't put these books down. These twisted and dark bully romances are must-reads with gripping, scandalous, and suspenseful plots. I ran the gamut of emotions in each book. Don't even get me started on the sizzling hot 🔥 sexual tension. It was explosive! There are unique and complex characters who you may not like initially but you'll love in the end. We get to see these interconnected characters throughout the series and I loved that. These were first-reads by this author and I am totally addicted! I can't wait to see what she comes up with next. One thing's for sure... Whatever it is, I am here for it!
This was such a great set of romances. They were hot and steamy with some dark/bully type encounters. The chemistry between the alphalicious male lead and their leading ladies were sizzling, and I love their interactions with each other. I thought these were a fun and entertaining read, and definitely a great addition to my library.
I received a free advanced review copy of this book and am voluntarily leaving my fair and honest opinion.

Kingston Constantine is an asshole. He was also the king of campus with high expectations weighing down on him. His family wanted something from him. For years he pretended to want that too, until Iris Briggs changed everything. There was a ton of push and pull with these two. Iris was shy but stood her ground when needed. Kingston came off as a complete asshole until he started showing a whole other side as the story progressed. I started out not really knowing if he’d be able to redeem himself and give Iris the love she deserved. But, in the end, I was really pulling for these two.
“Would it be so terrible? To fall in love with him? It would be if he didn’t love you back. Because that - it would break me. Of that I had no doubt.”
Callous Prince- Lincoln Ward has made it no secret that he loathes Sloane and relishes torturing her at every opportunity. Little does she know he blames her father for what happened to his family and therefore, blames her. Sloane’s spy father actually planted her at Pembroke to infiltrate the Prince and his family. To uncover the secrets he is sure they are hiding. There is no love lost between these two. For as much as they hate each other, they also clearly want each other. Their chemistry was off the charts hot. I loved Sloane, but she was supposed to be sort of this crazy scary badass. Sometimes she seemed to take everything Prince Lincoln dealt out. I was waiting for more of a push back from her...more of a fuck you. With that being said, this was much more of a bully romance than the first book and I loved that. Callous Prince was definitely my favorite of the three.
“Lennox Lincoln-Ward. A literal, actual prince. The most beautiful boy I’d ever seen. And also the worst. The meanest and the most heartless. Callous beyond belief.”
Brutal Blueblood- Tanith has wanted Owen Montgomery for the last three years but he barely knew she existed at Pembroke. Owen was the quiet one of the Hellfire Club. He was also the one that everyone said has the coldest heart and didn’t give anyone the time of day. Until one kiss changed so many things for both him and Tanith. He was set to take charge of the family company. She was the scholarship kid who worked her ass off to succeed. They’re from two totally different walks of life but are completely drawn to each other...like a moth to the flame. This was a slow burn romance but worked so well because I really did enjoy watching both of these characters grow. I loved how independent and sure of herself and her worth Tanith was. She wanted Owen but wasn’t willing to settle for less than she deserved. That was my favorite thing about her. Owen made a shit ton of mistakes when it came to Tanith. But he owned up to it and laid himself bare for her...his family could be damned. He wanted his girl and would do whatever it takes to get her. Where Callous Prince was my favorite book of the three...Owen was by far my favorite character.
“I want to break you the same way you’ve broken me.”
Walk the halls of the most exclusive prep school alongside the band of friends called the Hellfire Club with these three full length novels by Becker Gray.
Time to enjoy the rollercoaster of senior year at a Prep School. The difference? Well that would be the group of guys and girls that are formed to create one of the best series. Included in Pembroke Prep’s book are three of the books for the series- Wicked Idol; Callous Prince and Brutal Blueblood.
WICKED IDOL Iris is the new headmaster’s daughter, and she must transfer to Pembroke Prep for her senior year due to him taking the position. She has fought to be as important as her sister and always felt she came up short so doing this she hoped would help. A huge positive for Iris is she makes friends quickly with Sera, Aurora and Sloane. The friend dynamic with these ladies is the best. They have each other’s backs all the time.
Keaton plays on the rugby team and is a member of the Hellfire club. A very exclusive group of guys that are among the wealthy. He is friends with Rhys, Lennox, Phin and Owen who are also in this group. These guys are pretty much the kings of Pembroke Prep. When Iris starts at Pembroke Prep she literally runs into Keaton. These two are fire and water all the time and when it comes time for them to work on a project together, the attraction hits the boiling point. They both have family expectations laying heavy on them and that weight truly pushes them both into corners. Can these two figure out the family stuff to find love with each other?
CALLOUS PRINCE Lennox and his twin sister Aurora both attend Pembroke Prep. They are Royalty and have known the good life, but also have their own family struggles. The struggles have been kept close so that others wouldn’t be aware of them, except Sloane has made it her mission to find them out. She may be close friends with Aurora but this is personal and she needs answers. What Sloane doesn’t know is that Lennox hates her because he believes her dad is the reason for the fall of his family.
Sloane never understood why when she started at Pembroke Prep 4 years ago and was introduced to Lennox, he would make it his mission to make things difficult for her. He would bully her, follow her and just be outright rude. As these two spend more time together, they find that things are not like either had assumed. There is a mystery to be solved and as the pieces fall into place, the desire these two have for each other finally comes through. But is that enough to get through what they find out?
BRUTAL BLUEBLOOD Tanith has been crushing on Owen since the beginning of high school, however; he has never really noticed her. That is until the summer before senior year when they are on a friend’s yacht. After a disastrous time, she made the decision to attend a Fellowship that she had been granted. It would take her away for the first semester of senior year, but she felt it would be best to leave. Of course, she is trying to avoid Owen when she does arrive back at Pembroke for the second semester, but when most everyone is starting to hook up it makes it difficult to stay away from Own. Owen has decided that he wants a chance with Tanith, but she has written him off after the past summer. Will they be able to figure out how to move past what happened to have something worthwhile? Can the man who is used to always getting what he wants, actually get the girl this time?
I love Tanith. There is just something about her and her extra fire. She is not about to let some guy who thinks he deserves everything he wants to get it. She is independent and just perfect. Owen needed to grow up and I am glad that he was able to get over himself to allow Tanith in. Once these two got together it was fireworks!
This box set includes the first three books in the #HellfireClub series and I'm giving the series as a whole 4.5 stars up until this point! My favourite male main character is certainly Keaton from book 1. My favourite female main character would be Tanith from book 3. I do look forward to reading book 4 and 5 though, because I really liked seeing Aurora and Sera throughout the books and their stories seem very promising, especially we got some minor insights into Rhys and Phin in the 3rd book. Therefore, though all books in the series are technically standalones, I'd still recommend reading them in order, because we do see slight developments of the other characters as well and I feel this builds anticipation very well! <3
Book 1 "Wicked Idol" 5/5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I finished #WickedIdol by #BeckerGray in record time! It’s a fast paced #bullyromance with a surprisingly sweet hero. In bully romances I have no issues with twisted heroes, but Keaton was a surprise. While he acted the way a bully acts in the beginning, he is very sure, very fast that he wants Iris for more than just her body. He doesn’t fight it, he doesn’t try to convince himself otherwise. Quite the opposite actually as he is quite accepting of these new circumstances. I really liked that! There is #instantattraction here, but no insta love which I also appreciated. All in all, this book was quite sweet and I really liked the characters, too, so… I don’t really have anything to complain about here.😂❤️
Book 2 "Callous Prince" 4/5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
This one was a little more #slowburn than the first book in that series. Even though I can’t really put my finger on the why I feel like I liked Keaton a little bit more than Lennox. All in all I really loved the #lovehate relationship between Lennox and Sloane though. Rhys’s drama made for even more tension and I just love seeing the friendships in these books. Not only between the girls who are always there for each other it seems, but also the guys who regularly try to not throw each other of a roof or something similar. 😂😂😂
I would love to see the grown up versions of the characters as well though. Like seeing whether Sloane really became what she always wanted to, whether Keaton really goes pro in rugby etc. :))
Book 3 "Brutal Blueblood" 4.5/5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I think #BrutalBlueblood is my second favourite book in the series so far. I really liked seeing the Ice King lose control of his emotions with Tanith. Owen was different in a way that he didn’t want to fight his feelings like Keaton and Lennox before him. Instead of just coming out with them right away though, he messed up completely by saying the completely wrong things. It was entertaining seeing this guy that’s normally always in control mess up so completely. lol
I really liked Tanith as well though, she has a very strong personality, doesn’t take bs from anyone and she knows exactly what she wants and works very hard for it, something that is greatly respected by others, too. I think I might like her the most out of all the female protagonists so far!
I can’t really say much about the storyline without spoilers of course, but it was entertaining, I liked Owen and Tanith together and liked how everything developed, especially because their story initially started way before the others’.
Now I’m excited to pick up the next book in the series, because Sera and Rhys have interested me for a while already!
I wonder if y'all know how lucky you are to get three of the Hellfire Club books in one here so you don't have to wait on 1-3.
Wicked Idol (Book 1) Iris Briggs puts out a good girl image without any sort of fire, however, she has it in spades; she's just a genius at hiding it from others. Keaton is a boy who hides his big heart well so no one knows he's not the jerk he appears to be. These two end up seeing past the walls though Keaton is still always trying to push her buttons, so they start going at lightning speed. I know that teenagers can be very impulsive when it comes to their feelings since I raised two of my own, but Wicked Idol just came off a bit too fast for me. I'm not saying that I'm not down with insta situations but there's insta & then there's these two so it didn't allow for me to imprint on them as their feelings developed into something. I don't know, maybe it's just me but there were too many sexy times for the immaturity they displayed in my eyes. Maybe I'm just getting too old these days, who knows.
Callous Prince (Book 2) Poor Sloane, she ended up catching the eye of Lennox Lincoln-Ward, and he's not happy about being drawn to her whatsoever. See, he wants revenge against her father, so he's going to take it out on her, which had me hot under the collar to be honest LOL! Like he bullied her for 4 years, and this is a strong girl in the grand scheme of things. Of course the hate makes for some super steamy times since they can't keep their hands off of each other but remember love & hate are two sides of the same coin.
Brutal Blueblood (Book 3) Brutal Blueblood was a hard book to review for me since I found myself so conflicted to be honest. On one hand, the writing style is easy & very addictive but on the other, I wasn't a big fan of either the hero or the heroine. Now, I tried to remember that they were younger kids, but still, some of their actions were a bit over the top but that's just me. Tanith is the scholarship kid at Pembroke Prep Academy, and you already know that's going to be an issue. She's working hard so she can achieve her dream in the publishing world which I found admirable. Owen has a heart encased in ice (I'm still not sure as to why), but that heart thaws out after these two share a hot kiss. However, he hurts her feelings (not sure why that is either) so it leads her to making reckless decisions. I will say that they have serious chemistry, but I just couldn't get past my questions about their quirks/actions to be honest. It's probably because I'm older, and I didn't exactly act like they did when I was younger, so a me thing. Please understand that this is a personal preference for me, so decide for yourselves!
So you see, you get three full length books in one place so why pass it up?! Just hit those one click buttons so you can decide for yourselves about the stories! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
Three Full length novels behind the cover, angsty, College Drama, Steamy, Bullying, Rich, hot and entitled guys with Sassy girls with a weakness to drop Everything for a glance or smile from the Guys from Hellfire!!! Enjoyable Novels, with likeable characters even if you want to shake their heads together at times and emotional. #1 Wicked Idol Iris is the New Headmasters daughter, with the agenda of graduation and getting out of being under the fathers thumb and town. Keaton, Leader of the Hellfire club, hot, tasty and a Rugby Player, he also has his own agenda !!! Of course they don't like each other !! Of course he's going to make the new girls life as horrible as he can, and of course they are thrown into a situation where they have to work a project together !! It was nice to see how their perceptions of each other changed as they actually got to know each other. The push and pull from both sides kept me glued to the pages. I loved the friendships Iris made with the girls and how they all had each others backs!!
#2 Callous Prince Hellfire Member, a guy on a mission to destroy and ruin the life of the daughter of the man who tore his family's life apart! He cold, heartless and calculated, omg and yes he's also a real Prince !! Sloane has only her father, he's a top Investigator with Interpol and she's determined to follow in his footsteps. She's always noticed Lennox, she's always felt his wrath towards her but... she just isn't sure why he despises her so much when he doesn't even know her... EEK I loved the scorching chemistry between Sloane and Lennox, he's a guy that definitely would make you hot under the collar!! When another Hellfire Member and Friend of Lennox asks Sloane on a date, Lennox starts to show his true feelings !! Well blow me away but he is one intense guy !!!! Sloane is able for him, she has skills of her own and has no problem putting him right or on his ass, which ever. But when her father asks something of her, she's emotionally torn, and the outcome could blow apart her new relationship thats thriving with Lennox !! Really enjoyed this one !!
#3 Brutal Blueblood I actually quite liked Owen from the previous books. Even with his Britishness he still always seemed to be put together and in control. During a holiday break on Sera's yacht, he finds Tanith, who's name i knew from the first two books but we never got to actually meet the character till now. She's had a crush on Owen since arriving at Pembroke 3 years previously and he's only noticing her now!! I loved her spirit and her backbone, she sure wasn't going to make it easy for Owen and she soon makes it known that this girl isn't no push over !!! Once he finally gets of his high horse and realises he has a lot of getting over himself and growing up to do, the relationship between them goes off like fireworks !!!!
Over all enjoyable reads and a well worth the read 3 some !!!!
Pembroke Prep is a box set of the first three book in the series.
#1 - Wicked Idol (Keaton & Iris) Keaton is from a wealthy family, but he can never please them. He’s in Pembrook Prep’s Hellfire Club and that makes him royalty at the school. Iris is the new headmaster’s daughter and she just wants to finish school so she can go to Paris to study photography. But when she accidentally bumps into Keaton, both their lives will change.
I really liked Keaton and Iris as a couple and I was cheering for them to get together. Keaton saw through her shy exterior and brought the best out in her. I just thought that the author was introducing too many characters in the first book. I realize they are all probably going to have their own books, but I couldn’t keep them straight.
#2 - Callous Prince (Lennox & Sloane) Lennox is an actual prince, but his father has gone to prison for a Ponzi scheme and disgraced his family. He needs to be in the Hellfire Club so that he has the affluent connections after school. Sloane’s father is the investigator that put Lennox’s father in prison and he’s asked her to spy on Lennox to see if he was a part of his father’s scheme. Lennox has tormented Sloane for the last three years at school, but something has changed this past year that will change the trajectory of both their lives.
Lennox was so mean to Sloane and I can’t believe that she just took it, because she was supposed to be this tough girl that helped other people. I found it funny that Lennox didn’t see that he was jealous when Rhys tried to sneak into Sloane’s life. This is a perfect example of that fine line between love and hate. I did find this storyline very similar to the first book with both girls being virgins and shy … just different characters.
#3 - Brutal Blueblood (Owen & Tanith) Owen Montgomery is destined to run the family’s media company and has no time for a relationship. Tanith is a scholarship student and needs all the breaks she can get. The fellowship she got for the first semester of her senior high school year helps, but she’s after a position at Gotham Girl magazine. But when Owen sets his sights on her after being at the same school for three years, she has a hard time believing his intentions are good.
I liked Owen right from the beginning of the series … he didn’t seem as arrogant as the other guys. He was always cleaning up other people’s messes. I don’t understand why Tanith was so upset that Owen never knew who she was … in high school kids change a lot over a three year period. I did love that she gave him a run for his money though. Owen and Tanith are my favorite couple in this series so far … but I can’t wait for Rhys and Sera’s story.
I received an early copy courtesy of Valentine’s PR in exchange for a honest review.
🙌🏻OMG!! 🙌🏻 So good y’all! This is a collection of the first three books in the Hellfire Club series and they are NOT to be missed.
This was my first read by this author but I can guarantee they will not be my last. Reading the rest of the book in this series is a MUST! Each of these three books were instant obsessions for me. Wicked Idol, Callus Prince and Brutal Blueblood are clearly going down as amazing reads for me.
Wicked Idol. Iris and Keaton’s story was just a forbidden dream. The richest and most popular jock and the headmaster’s off limits daughter. The girl who just wants to be a wallflower and get through her last year of high school gets under the skin of the arrogant guy trying to live up to his family’s expectations. What a recipe for angst and amazingness.
Next was Callus Prince. Honestly, my favorite of the three. I loved the complex relationship between Lennox and Sloane. The “I hate you, I love you thing” was my jam. Totally. The secrets and lies they were getting caught up in made for lots of angsty mystery and it was fabulous. I loved how so boy and sassy Sloan was. Lennox is my favorite kind of bad boy. It doesn’t matter how mean he can be, you can’t help but to want him. Redeeming the unredeemable jerk makes everything right in the world.
Lastly, we have Brutal Blueblood. This was Tanith and Owens’s story. Tanith is the scholarship kid with goals ahead of her. She can’t afford to let anything or anyone distract her from those goals either. Owen was the ice cold guy on campus that everyone wanted, but no one could have. Until Tanith. She caught his attention in a way that no one else ever had before. So the chase begins. But will she be receptive?
Definitely check out this fantastic series. Overall I would give this 4.75 stars. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✨The entire thing was great but Callus Prince just set it over the top.
3 stories in one, and the start of the Pembroke series.
In Wicked Idol, Keaton Constantine comes from a family of wealth and priviledge, while Ivy Briggs is the head master's daughter. She wants to keep her head down and go about her business, knowing that she can't be all that popular with her father being in power. The first day she meets Keaton, she didn't leave a good impression, spillng his coffee drink. However, Keaton has his eye and her and feels an instant attraction, ready to break up with his fake gf for Iris. A friends to lover romance.
Callous Prince is the second book in the Hellfire series by Becker Gray. This book focuses on Prince Lennox Lincoln-Ward and his quest to make little Sloane Lauder pay for the sins of her father. Since Sloane started as a student at Pembroke High freshman year, Lennox has bullied her relentlessly. He's put lube in her backpack, drawn crude pictures of her in the restroom, ruined school projects, and started rumors about her. Through it all, Sloane has ignored him, hoping that he would go away on his own. I really enjoyed the glimpses into this male fraternity, and how all the guys really bonded together to give Lennox the advice and push he needs to declare what he wants--Sloane. For her part, Sloane has her friends who surround and support her, but her father is the only parent in her life. He's her role model, and she lives her life with the intention of one day joining him as an Interpol agent. She's stealthy, sneaky, direct in her feelings and actions, very different from Lennox. The push and pull between these two shows their conflicting feelings for each other, and it a fun read watching them figure out how they're connected to each other and how they move forward from enemies to lovers.
Brutal Blueblood is probably my favorite of this series so far, and I love the characterization of Owen and Tanith. Although at times it seems unbelievable that they’re still in high school, I really enjoyed these two characters and the emotional obstacles they had to overcome to get together. Owen is sophisticated, responsible, and the Ice King of the secret Hellfire Club. He’s not a bumbling idiot, but he certainly fumbles when it comes to expressing his feelings. As someone who’s coming into his own, and figuring out what he wants in life and the boundaries he has to set with his family, it’s no wonder that he might make some mistakes along the way. Good thing his Hellfire Club boys are there to back him up and tell him when he does wrong.
Pembroke Prep follows the story of the Hellfire Club novels – Wicked Idol, Callous Prince, and brutal Blueblood all in one edition! Each book follows a different couple and are enemies-to-lovers bully romance!
In the first book we meet Keaton and Iris. Iris is the daughter of the new headmaster of Pembroke Prep, determined to follow all the rules, and not embarrass her father. Keaton is an arrogant rugby captain and the unofficial king of the school. Their first meeting is disastrous, but throughout the book they become closer as they start to realize how perfectly they fit together. 4/5
The second book, Callous Prince, follows Lennox and Sloane. Lennox is a real blue blood, a prince, whose father has been imprisoned for a Ponzi scheme. Unfortunately for Sloane, Lennox believes her father is the man responsible for putting his father in prison, and the reason behind his mission to make Sloane’s life miserable. From her first day at Pembroke Prep, Sloane has never understood the inherent hatred from Lennox, until senior year comes around and secrets start to get out. Sloane’s drive to become an agent like her father, coupled with Lennox’s past, and their shared history drove this story and I absolutely fell in love with the two of them! 4/5
The last book in this collection is Brutal Blueblood and revolves around Owen and Tanith. Tanith is a scholarship student whose main goal is to get through Pembroke so she can graduate and follow her dream of becoming a publisher. Owen is the quietest Hellfire boy, and it’s always the quiet ones you have to watch out for! When Tanith catches Owen’s eye, he becomes determined to show her that they belong together. The battle for Tanith’s heart by the dirty talking hero made this my favorite of the three! 5/5
This collection is the first three books in the Hellfire series, and I really enjoyed that they all have different romances and different reasons to fight. I definitely recommend reading them in order, because you get to know the characters through the eyes of others first. I love when I can meet someone in passing and then when they get their own book you get to be inside their head and learn so much more.
Wicked Idol- Keaton and Iris were fire together! Keaton Constantine is basically one of the kings of the school, sports star, academic over achiever and classic bad boy with a filthy dirty (yummy) mouth. Iris Briggs is the headmasters daughter, could not be more goody-two-shoes. Both of them are textbook younger siblings, trying to please parents and compete with 'perfect' older siblings. I loved how vulnerable Keaton was even though he was SO alpha on the outside, inside he still how doubts about himself, torn alot between expectations of him and his own wants and desires. And he really is SO Alpha, like growly dirty talk and AALLL that sexiness. Hot jock falls for sweet nerd with all the feels I loved every minute of it. Can't wait for more from this author and from the Midnight Dynasty family! Callous Prince- Lennox and Sloane are a wonderful enemies to lovers story full of HOT hate sex, revenge and espionage. As much as I loved all the growly dirty mouthed Keaton from Wicked Idol, I think Lennox took his spot as my favorite HellFire Club member. He is every bit as dirty and then some, but you get the added bonus of him not just being a Prince, but one with a decent heart as well? SWOON! I am loving this Midnight Dynasty World where you can't trust anyone and there is a surprise around every corner. Who would have thought Sloane would be the one with the most secrets? And the power to bring a Prince to his knees! I feel like there is much more investigating for Sloane to do around school, there were hints that there is a bigger story unfolding and I am totally onboard! Brutal Blueblood- Owen and Tanith. Not exactly fire and ice but definitely from different sides of the tracks. Each destined for great things in their own lives but their paths were more parallel than intersecting. The scholarship kid really got under the rich boy's skin though and in all the best ways. I loved their back and forth trying to decide if the other was worth the risk and I absolutely loved that Tanith was the one thing Owen wanted that he had to work to so hard to get. And OMG was the guy all kinds of hot with the take charge attitude and dirty talk, talk about a panty melter! Totally yummy! I have been LOVING the Midnight Dynasty world and am so looking forward to the next story!
I started reading Hellfire Club Series by Ruined Sinner which is Book 4 in the series and I'm impressed with Becker Gray's writing style and plots she created so when I have a chance to read her 3 books all in one, I jump right in and let's just say I'm not disappointed even if I think some plots and story lines are a little bit easily predictable and unrealistic which is a reason I decide to give this book 4.5 stars.
The story I like the most in this book is Wicked Idol, Keaton and Iris's story, which is also Book 1 in the series. Their story is enemies to lovers romance between a bad boy who has privileges and a good girl who is a new student and catches his attention since the first day. Keaton and Iris seem to be different at first but I think they are alike in some ways. Both of them want their parents to accept them as who they are but Keaton seems to play dirty because he wants all both Iris and his mother's approved. Their chemistry are off-the-charts even when they are bickering. And I swoon over the way Keaton follows Iris to beg her to forgive him.
the other 2 stories are also good and all 4 main characters are no different than Keaton and Iris which are alpha as**holes to the T and sassy heroines but Callous Prince is about revenge and spy which I think it's unrealistic especially on Sloane's part. Brutal Blueblood is about different classes between Owen and Tanith but even if their classes are different, they still want the same thing which is working for Owen's mother. The story is more like second chance because when Owen finally notices Tanith for the first time after she has been pined over him for 3 years. He is an idiot enough to make Tanith angry with him and leave him for a semester. When Tanith is back, Owen tries to do everything to make her give him a chance and she does... Oh, she does but then he makes a bad decision again which makes me feel irritated the most because he thinks like some spoiled rich boy for real. He is lucky he has friends who can talk some senses into him though. Anyways if you love young-adult bully romance with alpha as**holes and sassy heroines who can fight them every steps, I think you would love all of 3 stories here.
