The specific chapter on C4U System is Gaetan's way of showing the mirror to the reader
(ala 'See for Yourself' moments of introspection to reflect on aspects which a business professional generally assumes that they are already experts at!)
Gaetan has offered a variety of delicacies spread across chapters in the book leaving it to each reader to decide; whether one chooses to feign ignorance over their weighing scale number vis-a-vis changes needed internally starting with core element of 'acceptance' of where one stands personally/ professionally on date.
While negotiation as an activity is something all in the universe are doing in some form in daily life,
many nuances around the negotiation process with mindfulness as a core ingredient are wonderfully extracted by Gaetan.
It definitely adds to the armoury of business professionals to traverse new trajectory across conversations; one that invariably calls for bringing out the A-game in each dialogue each day with each person stakeholding a given deal.
Cannot stop mentioning that it has been a privilege knowing you as a tutor on a Negotiating Skills program way back in 2012 (sanfrancisco). As a minimum, I once again thank you sincerely Gaetan and this will stay as a memorable privileged copy in possession.
Best wishes. May the negotiating world benefit from many more pearls of wisdom from Gaetan !
