This was a hot and smutty book and very fun for what it is. There are detailed sex scenes throughout and they are written well.
The story itself is a bit confusing at parts and some of the characters were just.. so unrealistic. Justine was meant to be Keeley's friend yet she was never particularly nice to her? She would appear and drop insane life altering news and then waltz away like she said she was thinking of changing her hair colour. It was a weird thing and I never liked her coming into the story.
Vaughn was nearly too other worldly, it got a bit tiring that everyone woman in existence was throwing themselves at him in public all the time. I was rolling my eyes at times with how much it was happening.

not for me
The story wasn’t gripping me. I read over 50% before giving up. I just really disliked the main guy. He thought he was gods gift but he was gross. I don’t know what she saw in him. All he ever wanted to do was to get in her knickers. There was nothing else. I kept reading, forcing myself to go further, expecting him to develop into a decent human being but didn’t see the slightest hint of that happening. It was too unbelievable that she desperately wanted him constantly groping and probing her within seconds of every time they met - wherever they were! Which is what it developed into as soon as she gave it up to his pestering (yes I know at first it was part of his plan but ugh).
I’m far from prude. I read anything and everything but I like more believeable story to it.

I guess I’m…
…buying books because there;s no way I can leave this unfinished. So sneaky to give one full story and then one half story in the free box set. Oh well, this author needs to make a living, right. It’s erotic, a little dark, sexy, interesting, etc. All the things a good story should be are here so I’m off to start number four now.

Enjoyed the series. It’s erotic, a little dark, sexy, interesting, etc. Not sure if I would go on with the series as the last book was easy to work out who it was.
Did not give interested in what might happen afterwords.

Keely and Vaughn have more in common than they realize. Vaughn's need to destroy the man who caused his father's suicide comes crashing to a halt when Ashford dies. However, he has a job to do and that is to seduce Keely, have sex with her, and provide pictures for his client. However, once he meets her, Keely becomes more than a job. She tells him no and Vaughn has never been told no.
Deep down, Keely wants to let Vaughn do everything he whispers to her. When Ashford dies, Keely finds out he left her his entire fortune. Why would the man do that? However, Brent Ashford isn't going to let the fortune go to some paralegal without a fight.
Vaughn refunds his client only to discover that Keely learns that Ashford was her father. A DNA test proves everything. Well, if he can't do anything to Ashford, then he will take down his legacy, by destroying Keely.
Steamy scenes, betrayal, and discovery lie in every page of this collection. Roxy Sloane exceeded expectations.

An interesting read
This is definitely an interesting read as the series has some strong characters, compelling plots, and plenty of steamy scenes. Some readers might be upset by the violence, but still recommended for fans of the genre.

This is just amazing. Very spicy. I wasn’t sure about the controlling aspect at first, but it’s totally in fitting with the stories. If I could have given it more that 5 I would have. Really enjoyed it

The Intensity of this series. I was sucked in. The story line is easy to follow the mystery of it all. It didn't play out like I thought. I'd give it a 5 on the spiciness
