The Destiny Falls Mystery Series continues with book 4, Witches, Spiders, and Schemes by Elizabeth Pantley. I listened to the audio version of this book. The reader was able to portray the fun and excitement of the book. Her character voices worked well with the story. I love a narrator who can make the book come alive, and Emily Goss does just that.

More secrets are revealed as Gaspar continues with his tutoring of Hayden. The cats are back, and I love how they have a morning pow-wow with Hayden in the mornings to discuss what is happening in their fairytale world. The ending, as always with Ms. Pantley’s books, leaves the reader eagerly waiting for the next book of the series.

I highly recommend you start the series with book one. Characters carry over and continue to grow with each book. It’s the best way to enjoy this incredible book series.

Blew me away! AGAIN!!
I was SO delighted to receive Elizabeth Pantley's next book in the Destiny Falls series! Being left hanging just a bit from the previous book, with questions not yet answered and events not quite explained, plus a last page event that begged for more info and to be continued, I'm excited and a bit relieved that this book was forthcoming, AND that it was HERE! As with the previous 3 books, I spent my entire day immersed in Hayden's life and adventures, along with her family, friends, and some exceptional kitties!
Elizabeth once again outdoes herself with clever and mystical methods of revealing answers, developing new happenings, and introducing new characters while also extending our knowledge of all the previous amazing people, telling just enough to entice, yet mystify the reader as to each new layer of each person's once familiar personage. Bringing along the ghost camper and a new creature who both extend new information to Hayden, and confirming a witch, a psychic of sorts, and murderers, rounds out the cast of characters wonderfully.
The story is developed further, as my curiosity shouted "keep reading, turn the page, read the next chapter!" until it was suddenly the end of the book, but not the adventure. We are told of a monumental event that begs to hear more, and sets the stage to hopefully discover where it goes, how it develops, and who (and what outrageous events) we will meet next in book 5 and beyond! I felt I was there, waiting and wondering with Hayden, Han, the lovely and fluffy Latifah, and all who reside in both islands. Spending most of my whole day today was wondrous time well spent, at the hands of an amazing, creative, cleverly intuitive author as the conductor on this continuing journey! I extend much gratitude for the joy, excitement, and intrigue skillfully brought my way from the magical and mystical Elizabeth Pantley! One wonders if she may, in, fact, have come from a life in Destiny Falls herself!

This has been a fun series to read and in each book, we learn more and more about Hayden's family, their magical abilities, and watching familial relationships continue to build and blossom. I think what I have enjoyed about it so far is learning about Hayden's family and Destiny Falls. Sure the mystery part is intriguing and trying to figure out the killer doesn't always happen, but the story of how Destiny Falls came to exist, along with Gladstone, is intriguing. Gasper really adds flavor as the ghost that can't answer questions but can tell you a story with a lot of clues peppered within the pages.

The cats crack me up and Lola, the newest one, seems to be finding her voice. I could just imagine how she would sound. And when Hayden takes them for a ride in the convertible? I just chuckled at their antics and wardrobe.

While we have known who the old woman in the cave was, or at least suspected, it was nice to see it confirmed and slowly more information about the past is revealed and there is a bit of a cliffhanger at the end that has me on pins and needles waiting to read the next book in this series.

I adore the budding relationship between Hayden and Han. It is nice to see them both finding someone that gets them and understands the magical aspect of Hayden's life.

This is a series that all paranormal and magical fans will adore. We give it 5 paws up.

This story was unlike any other I've read. This is the fourth book in the Destiny Falls Mystery and Magic Series. I think this Series is best if read in order. I am a newcomer to the series with this book and feel that I would have loved to jump right in to continue our heroine, Hayden Caldwell's story instead of playing catch up.

The whole story was engaging and interesting and leaves me wanting more. I can't wait to read the first books in the series to catch up! The story felt more to me like a paranormal story than a true cozy mystery.

Hayden and her brother Axel spend more time investigating the mysterious ferry and their family history than solving the murder. I think that is what makes this such an unusual read. The characters, especially the cats Hayden can communicate with and the newly introduced olm named Bob were funny and added another layer of magic to the story.

I did enjoy this book and would recommend to anyone who loves a paranormal mystery.

This series is fantastic! Each book has been enjoyable to read, you never know what is going to happen - especially in Destiny Falls where anything is possible! I love how Hayden has to know how everything comes together and works but also how she just goes with it ( since Seattle WA is a lot different then Destiny Falls and its magic). She is the perfect amateur detective with her inquisitive personality and the knack for being in the wrong place at the right time. I cannot wait till Book 5 comes out!

When I pick up and start reading a book in the Destiny Falls Mystery series I am already thinking about what I want to say in my review.....but then I get so engrossed in the story that I completely forget what I was thinking about.

Witches, Spiders, and Schemes in the fourth book in this amazing series byElizabeth Pantley and with each new book readers are taken further and further down the "rabbit hole" and you will not want to leave !!

In this series Hayden who was living in Seattle with her grandmother, great-grandmother and best friend falls through a magical mirror and ends up in Destiny Falls where she is reunited with her father and brother and introduced to more family members, friends and the magic that is within Destiny Falls. With each new book in this series, we get to dig deeper into Hayden's magical town and people and witness and learn about the magic along side Hayden. Oh and even in a magical place, unfortunately there is still murder and mayhem.....maybe more mayhem than normal.

In Witches, Spiders, and Schemes Hayden and her brother Axel learn of what their true destiny will be if they open up to it. And also Hayden is introduced to her father's sister and sons but learn that one of the sons isn't who everyone thinks he is. Hayden also learns more about her connection to the mysterious bad magic island Gladstone that everyone is afraid to even say the name out loud. And when her father goes to Gladstone to finally see Hayden and Axel's mother who they believe is being held there due to black magic, the town of Destiny Falls starts to lose it's magical components......

I know that I say this with every new book in the Destiny Falls Mystery series but it bears saying every time....if you are a fan of Harry Potter, you will fall in love with this series completely. And the way that Pantley ends each book, you have to get your hands on the next one as soon as possible to see what is going to happen next. Each new book makes the reader want to look through their mirrors with hopes of falling through to Destiny Falls.....I know I take an extra long look at mine.....wishful thinking but hey ya never know !!

Hayden and Han are starting a new relationship. On their first date they stumble upon a strange old woman and ended with two dead bodies. What better way to start off a new relationship in Destiny Falls, than with a mystery to solve…

This is the first book in this series that I have read. I was asked to review this book to see if the author can state it can be read as a standalone. I can say for sure that this book must be read in series order.

I felt like I was missing a huge part of the story by not reading the other books before it. There were many unanswered questions for me,that possibly could have been revealed earlier in the series.

Even though I missed a huge chunk of story, I enjoyed the book. The mystery of this plot line unfolds more and many twists are laid down. The characters were fun and interesting. The main characters have a unique and inviting chemistry. The path they follow solves some mysteries, but the ending leaves us with a unanswered bomb drop.

Overall this is a cozy mystery, with many plot twists and magical characters. It was entertaining and enjoyable. I believe that this series is wonderful fun. Just remember start with book one or you may miss out on vital details.

I voluntarily reviewed an Advance Reader Copy from the Author. This does not affect my opinion of the book or the content of my review.Witches, Spiders, and Schemes by Elizabeth Pantley is the next book in this fabulous series that I adore. It picks off where the last book ends. I love when that happens.
Will Hayden figure out more about Destiny Falls and Gladstone?
Hayden Caldwell
Hayden Caldwell is growing a lot more with each new book that comes out. She is learning more and more about Destiny Falls and Gladstone. Along with how her two families are a part of it. Hayden, to me, is a great character, and I love seeing how her life is going in Destiny Falls and getting back to the mystery. I would love to be friends with Hayden in real life as I think we would be good friends. She would probably help me get up and get moving. Latifa is also a great character, and I love her to bits and pieces. Oh, and let's not forget Lola is an adorable little kitten, and we see a bit more of each of them.
The Witch
The witch is as much of the main character as Hayden. We find out more about her than we have in the past three books. I can't wait to see more about this character in the following installments. A part of me wonders if the witch just buried her good side and that Hayden might be able to get through to her. I do have my suspicions about her and her older sister. My first suspicion was proven correct, but now I'm still stuck guessing about the older sister.
The MysteryWitches, Spiders, and Schemes CR
Each new installment brings us further into the two mysteries that Hayden has stumbled into. The first one is her heritage surrounding both Destiny Falls and Gladstone. The second one is the ferry. How that works between the two islands plus wherever else the ferry goes? Hayden is getting further along in both cases and trying to figure out the history of both islands. There is one other mystery, and that is surrounding the identities of the witch, the sister, Lazarus, and Lazarus's wife. I am safe to say that we find out the witch's identity, but the other three are still a mystery. I have my guesses, and part of me has thought that I know, but I'm not sure if I'm correct.

The mystery of Hayden's heritage is still unknown. She's still learning as she goes about both in places. Or at least she is trying to. Then there's the mystery that has Hayden and her friends going down a deeper hole than they ever thought possible. The group thinks they know everything to have something thrown into it to disrupt their thought process. I didn't think it was who it ended up being at all.
Five Stars
Hayden Caldwell and her friends and family try their hardest to figure everything out about the two mysteries. It's becoming more and more complex than they thought about for the ferry services. Hayden and her family, though, are trying to help Hayden with her research the best as they can. Witches, Spiders, and Schemes by Elizabeth Pantley is absolutely terrific and had me guessing throughout. So, my rating is five stars. I feel that I know who the sister is that always talks to the witch, but now I'm thinking I'm wrong. My other guess, though, is making me not believe it could be true. I guess I will have to wait for the next one to figure out if I'm right or wrong about that identity.

This is the 4th book in Elizabeth Pantley’s series of the wondrous magical island called Destiny Falls and it’s sinister twin island, Gladstone. We find the heroine Hayden, caught in the midst of murder, ghostly encounters with a long dead King, conversations with talking Olms, spiders that kill, family members and friends who take on entirely different bodies (“glamourizing” - much like shape shifting!) and exciting romantic dates with her tall, dark, and sexy boyfriend Han.

One of the main events in this series is when Hayden’s father is gifted a ticket that will let him journey across the water to the ominously forbidding Gladstone island in search of the lost love of his life, Hayden’s mom, Emily. Does he find her and will she recognize him and will she want to talk with him? Why is Destiny Falls no longer the beautiful, pleasant and charming island that it always is after her father leaves and embarks upon his journey? Nothing is as it seems and Hayden is not to trust anyone as warned by the mysterious Olm that appears to her at random times and places. We also get a little taste of who the sister is of the annoying, perturbed, wicked cave-dwelling witch!

This installment was full of the ever present mystery, magic and fun that enshrouds the town and it’s citizens of Destiny Falls. Who wouldn’t want to live in a house and town that knows what you need before you even ask? Are you in need of a larger kitchen table to accommodate last minute visitors? Abracadabra! The table has lengthened and 2 more chairs have mysteriously been added. Are you craving some hot tea and scones? Look outside your bedroom door because it’s already been delivered. This book was a fun escape, and I know the next one will give us more answers about Hayden’s mystical future life in Destiny Falls. Will the grumpy witch finally get her nasty grip on Hayden? Will Han propose? Will Hayden’s Mom and Dad finally reunite and live happily ever after? Or will there be more murders, more menacing characters that enter the town with more evil deeds that try to destroy everything that Hayden stands for?

I received a copy of this book which I voluntarily read and reviewed and my comments are my honest opinion.

No need to tamper with greatness and following in the footsteps of the great Elizabeth Pantley, author of our favorite magical series, we will start our review the same way she started the fourth instalment. Exactly where the previous one ended off.

Destiny Falls remains the perfect balance between magical realism and reality. It’s still fluffy, fabulous and fun-loving, but in The Ghost Camper’s Tall Tales there are definitely a few darker and more sinister elements. I think it fits perfect and paves the way for the story to develop even further.

I should have been the cat of a fortune teller.... No, that is not a spoiler alert. Okay, perhaps just very slightly. But the darker clouds and rain that falls before sundown is definitely creeping into the magical world of Destiny Falls. We actually like this and believe that every silver lining needs to have a dark cloud. And every fairytale should have a wicked old witch and a Secret Cat Society. Fairy Godmothers and bright sun shining days with rainbows and eat-as-much-as-you-can-without-gaining-an-ounce, is not sustainable in the long run. We salute you, Elizabeth! Letting the dark clouds rolling in, does bring a new sassy vibe to the series.

This series classifies as "Murder Mystery", therefore, someone had to kick the bucket and our amateur sleuth and gossip queen, Hayden and her sidekicks need to solve it. The actual murder was better than anything Agatha Christie could think of. Brilliant plot! But the focus in this instalment was much more on the history of Destiny Falls and Gladstone, the magic surrounding these enchanted places, and a computer cord.

Being the ever-romantic one in this house, we are very glad to report that Hayden and Han are finally an item.  A butterflies in the stomach item. We just hope that Ms. Pantley doesn't have something sinister up her sleeve with this couple. We already have our doubts about the authenticity of one of the Caldwell family members....

Once again, Witches, Spiders & Schemes ends on a cliffhanger, so at least we know there will be another instalment too. If I am correct with my prediction, I will make sure to let you all know!

Oh wow! I don't normally read books in a series straight after each other because I like to read something in between, as to not confuse the story lines but that was so not the case with this series. As soon as I read one book I was on to the next, to see what was going to happen next and I am glad to see there are more books planned for the future. This is book four in this magic series and I would highly recommend that you read them all, not just because they are good but because they follow on from each other and you learn a little bit more about the mystery with each one. There is a murder in this book and it does get solved but it is more about explaining some of mystery and secrets around the history of the island. Normally I would be disappointed with that as I am a mystery fan at heart but the story is so well written and captivating that I loved it anyway. The characters are wonderfully , I mean who isn't going to love a book with the cat society club in ( a group of cats that hold meetings to try and solve the murder for there human) but it is so much more than that, over the course of the four books we have gotten to know the characters so well that they feel like family that you love reading about. I can't wait for the next book and the next secret reveal.
When her father didn't return from his trip to the look for her mother, Hayden starts to notice that things in Destiny Falls isn't right. Could it be losing some of its magic? She. doesn't have much time to ponder why there are storm clouds in the sky or why the camping shop is just a shop before she is on the scene when two dead bodies are found. Another connection to the strange island of Gladstone and the ferry, has her and the family looking into the past to find the answers. She receives some unexpected help in her quest but not everybody is who they seem to be. Can Hayden, her sassy sidekicks and the family find the answers before somebody else gets hurt?
This is a series I am very much looking forward to getting on audio book.
I was given this free review book at my request and have voluntarily left this review.

Hayden's adventures continue in Witches, Spiders, and Schemes, the fourth book in the Destiny Falls Mystery & Magic series. Hayden meets an old woman in a cave. Could she be a witch from the past with ties to happenings in the present? Two bodies are found floating in the harbor. Is the double homicide related to illegal activities involving Destiny Falls and the island of Gladstone? While Hayden is trying to find out secrets involving her family and their tie to Destiny Falls and Gladstone, she conducts research at the local library and converses with a ghost. She also has many entertaining telepathic interactions with her cat, Latifa, who has taken on the role of Hayden’s sidekick. What secrets will come to light? How will they affect Hayden’s life?

Elizabeth Pantley has created a captivating and magical world in this imaginative series with a setting that fits the storyline perfectly. Each book has its own storyline while also moving the story forward as Hayden learns more about Destiny Falls, where she now resides after being transported into the town through a magical mirror. Interesting characters inhabit the enchanted world, and all the characters play pivotal roles in the story. The author grabs your interest and keeps you invested in reading this well-written story that blends a mystery with romance, entertaining moments involving Latifa and other cats, a ghost with magical powers, spells, illusions, and supportive interpersonal relationships.

Witches, Spiders, and Schemes can be read as a stand-alone. However, readers will find it beneficial to read the previous books in the series to learn more details about past events referred to in the story. The book could use better proofreading, but it does not keep readers from enjoying a delightful and enchanting mystery. I look forward to reading the fifth book in the series as Hayden experiences new and exciting adventures.

Story maybe magical in total, but singly it leaves something to be desired.
This is a story about a town that requires a conduit to filter the good and bad magic. The honor of being the conduit transfers from one generation to the next. Han was brought from San Francisco to a magical town where her family lived. The question is will she take over the job from her father?
My first impressions of this book were unfavorable but I read the whole thing because I thought my poor feelings were unfair due to the fact that I have not read the rest of the books in the series, and have no rapport with the characters. While the underlying plot is interesting, the characters are undefined and are hard to relate to. The overall descriptions of the people and places are repetitive and unimaginative and the climax of the story is undramatic. The two most interesting characters are the ghost king and the albino Olm and they are in the story limited amounts. I really wanted to like the characters but they did not grab my attention their plots were all over the place with hints to past events that I had no knowledge of and it was like reading a flash fiction instead of an entire novel. This confusion may be elevated by reading the rest of the series. If you like magic that seems to only be in the fabric of the town making the buildings enchanted, a Ghost King, who can stop time and transport people into a wood to tell them a story, a talking amphibious lizard walking on land, and a sassy cat whom has her own mystery solving club. Then this book is for you, but make sure you read the other books in the series first or you will be very confused. If you are looking for an action packed fantasy adventure with magical elements, then I would recommend looking elsewhere.

Hayden Caldwell is back with another fun adventure. All her friends are back to lend a helping hand, including her wise-cracking cat, Latifa.

There is so much happening in this book. Two dead bodies are found and the enchantments that make Destiny Falls so charming seem to have vanished. Hayden realizes it’s all connected to her family somehow. She’s determined to find out the truth and get Destiny Falls back to the beautiful place it has always been.

This is the fourth book in the series and each one is better than the last one. Hayden’s romance with Han is blossoming. They are so sweet. Besides her romance, Hayden’s relationship with her new-found family is also thriving. With each book these relationships are becoming more and more developed.

I always enjoy my visits to Destiny Falls…I’m totally transported into Hayden’s world when I read these books. They are delightful and magical. The characters are charismatic and fascinating. When I’m reading these books, I am completely engrossed in them. They always leave me with a smile on my face.

Although the murder mystery is solved in this story, I always think it’s best to start reading with the first book. It’s the best way to see how Hayden’s story evolves for yourself. I’m so hoping the author continues this series. It would be a shame not to. I’m sure there are more Destiny Falls stories to be told and I’m excited to read them.

WITCHES, SPIDERS, AND SCHEMES by Elizabeth Pantley
The Fourth Destiny Falls Mystery

Hayden's father should only have been gone for a day, but two weeks later he hasn't returned to Destiny Falls and things are getting strange. The normally puffy white clouds in a blue sky have become grey and threatening, the park is plain and nondescript, and Poppy's camping store looks like any other department store back in Seattle. When the bodies of two men are pulled from the water Hayley and her friends know that the murder has to do with the illegal ferry scam, but who killed the pair and why? Hayden is determined to learn more about Destiny Falls, Gladstone Island, and her own destiny. With the help of her family and friends, including a coterie of cats and a ghost, Hayden will learn more about herself as she helps discover the truth behind her new home.

WITCHES, SPIDERS, AND SCHEMES is a captivating story. I enjoy finding details that shape Hayden's new world. I love her relationship with her family and friends, and particularly her budding romance with Han. The cats are fantastic and I'm smitten by little Lola who is learning to talk. There's always something new-I love Bob, although his motives concerned me until I discovered some major clues.

WITCHES, SPIDERS, AND SCHEMES is a truly unique mystery. It's a feel good story, but with plenty of twists and turns, and "Oh!" moments that keep you interested and yearning for more. There are laughs, and sighs, and an ending that makes you crave the next book in the series.

Book 4 in the Destiny Falls series answers some questions from the previous books but leaves us with more at the end so you will definitely look forward to book 5! Hayden and Han are finally going on their real first date. But they come upon a strange witch in a cave during their hike, who tries to put a spell on Hayden. With many questions, Hayden and Han go back down the mountain to picnic and take a walk. But, best laid plans as they say...they come upon two bodies being brought up, tied together from the water. And Hayden and her brother Axel are still trying to find out what ties her family has to both Destiny Falls and Gladstone and the fact that her father took the ferry to find her mother and hasn't returned. So we are treated in this book of not only the murders that Hayden and her friends investigate and what ties it has to the rest of the mystery if any, as well as uncovering some more information about her family, yet still there are many secrets yet to be discovered. I love the characters, the sweet Han, Hayden, her three cats, the smart, sassy yet protective Latifa and the mystery around the angry witch and her sister. After so many twists and turns and Hayden and her brother getting deeper and deeper into the mystery of her heritage, we are left with a surprise ending making us crave the next book in the series! I received and ARC of this book but the opinions expressed here are strictly my own.

I have to admit that, while I have been enjoying this magical mystery series set in the intriguing through-the-mirror isle of Destiny Falls, this was not my favourite instalment in the series.

I felt that there was a lot of repetition here in the plot and the information presented, for example, Hayden will find out something pertinent from the library, recount it to Latifah or Axel, then be told it again by her grandmother; or she will visit her grandmother/a fortune teller for help twice, but with nothing happening between the visits to necessitate the second trip. It felt a lot like the story had to be bulked up with these detours to make the word count consistent with the previous books.

It didn’t help that the attacks this time centred on characters that we had only briefly met and most of whom were on the ‘baddies’ side of the story, so I didn’t much care about what happened to them! And I got irritated with Gasper apparently just making up the rules for ghost interactions as he went along, while Hayden’s dad moped around like a lovesick teen and let his children carry the adult burdens.

Overall, the series plot does inch forward a little, but it felt like a long trip for very little progress. However, I will be sticking with the series because I have become hooked on the characters and really want to know whether Hayden can rescue her mother and right the old wrongs of Destiny Falls as the rightful heir.

Hayden continues her magical journey in Destiny Falls. Between cracks in the enchantment, a mysterious old woman and two dead bodies, Hayden has her work cut out for her as she solves several mysteries.

The book includes a magical setting with fun elements that crop up throughout the book. Though many of them are unrelated to the mystery, it sets the tone for what an interesting place Destiny Falls really is! The characters in the book are likeable and the prose is easy to read and digest. The book is a fun, easy and enjoyable read.

This was my first read by this author and in this series. I did find it a bit difficult to jump in mid-stream. A few things were confusing, but for the most part, you can get through the book without too much trouble. There are overarching storylines in the series, since many of the threads in Book 4 are left dangling to be continued, so I would recommend reading the entire series from Book 1!

What a fun story with some unusual characters.

This is book four in the Destiny Falls series.

Hayden learns that her mom really is alive and with Axel's new girlfriend's help, they are able to write to each other on a semi regular basis.

With the growing friendship between Hayden and Han (really? The two H's. How cute!)
Actually, these characters have a lot of chemistry and balance each other nicely. And Hayden is growing into her role on the island faster than anyone thought possible.

Hayden convenes a plan to break her father's bond with the island so he can leave the island, and the plan has some unexpected outcomes and consequences.

Meanwhile, the crone in the cave is still at her games of conquest but is being stifled by an unusual being that has been sent to keep an eye on her and report back to her sister what plans is being carried out.

This is such a fun read with a great cast of characters and a good twisty mystery that kept me glued to the book from start to finish with magic, ghosts, witches and so much more. I love Hayden and enjoy her dynamic with the residents of Destiny Falls and feel like I am on an adventure with her. If you enjoy well written must-solve mysteries with magical elements, don't miss Witches, Spiders and Schemes. This is the first book I have read by Elizabeth Pantley and had no problem reading it as a stand-alone even though it is the fourth book in the Destiny Falls Mystery and Magic Series but I plan to read all of the previous books since I don't want to miss out on any of the fun. I received an advance reader copy of this book and am voluntarily leaving my review.

I absolutely LOVE escaping into this series. Each book picks up right where the previous one stops which is so much fun. While each book has its own mystery that gets solved, there is a bigger mystery and information that spans across the whole series. Because of that, I highly recommend you read this series in order. I am enjoying learning more about each character, and Hayden is really starting to feel at home. I want to share more, but a lot of my excitement would spoil the story. If you like your cozies with a little magic you will want to give this one a try. Really! Try it! Add it to your tbr pile. Like, right now....

Hayden is continuing to learn about Destiny Falls. She is learning more about her new family and home. Her new family has secrets that the house, town, and family want to keep, but things are starting to get really weird and dangerous. She, her new friends, and cat who can communicate with her work to get Destiny Falls back to the magical place it is.

I have enjoyed this series and wonder what will happen with Hayden next.

This is the 4th book in this series; I’ve read end enjoyed the whole series. I don’t think one would enjoy this very much as a standalone; this is one of those series where each book really builds upon the others and so the series is best enjoyed read in order. It’s worth it, I promise! This is one of the most creative and fascinating worlds that the author has built—it’s truly one of a kind. The characters are progressing in their relationships and mysteries are being solved, all in this wonderful and quirky hidden world. I’m eager to read the next book, as each book only gets richer. I can definitely recommend this series; I was provided an arc, but these opinions are my own.

Witches, Spiders, and Schemes: Destiny Falls Mystery & Magic Book 4 is another wonderful getaway in this series! There’s a little romance, some creepy spiders, 2 deaths (oh no!!), and some changes happening to Destiny Falls! It’s up to Hayden, her kitty Latifa, and her family to help the town return to normal.
This is a book that will keep you guessing until it’s all revealed and keep you reading until the very end wanting more!

Living on an enchanted island where every need is met sounds like paradise, until something or someone mess with the enchantments. Hayden's new found life is full of family, magic and mystery. The quest to reunite with her mother and solve the mysteries of the connected but separate island continues to unfold in this latest installment of Destiny Falls Mystery and Magic. The characters that have become known throughout the series continue to develop and the reader learns more about each one with each. This is part of the charm of this series and makes me want to keep visiting. All of the secrets have yet to be revealed and I await the next book on pins and needles.

This is the fourth book in the series and it has solidly put this at the top of my list for paranormal mysteries!
It was absolutely magical! I could not put this book down, it grabbed me from the first page. It has a great premise.
The characters are written full of life and jumped off the page. The whodunit kept me intrigued and guessing.
I cannot wait to read the next one.
I voluntarily reviewed an advance reader copy of this book.
