Brian Tracy has done a lot of research related to business and success, and this book is full of great advice. It has given me some new perspectives on setting goals, developing better habits, and investing money smartly. I didn't care for the conversation format—for me, it would have been better without it. It also seemed like every other chapter Brian was plugging one of his other books or his very expensive "I have to be rich to learn how to get rich" programs. Those minor complaints aside, I am glad to have read this book and have bookmarked places I know I will return to as I work on my business. Great read for anyone starting or growing a business or just working on professional and personal development.
