Adie knew she was going to have to face Cassandra. She had been gathering her forces to defend Landon's territory. She just thought there would be more time to prepare. But Cassandra has taken humans hostage, so the time to fight is now.
Loved, loved, loved this wild episode of A Day in the Life of Adeline Boo Pond. I couldn't have imagined so many major moments crammed into so few pages. This one had me holding my breath. The suspense was real. So was the emotion. There were so many special moments. Adie has grown fierce. She has changed the worlds and gained quite a loyal following. She protects imps, aligns herself with witches and baku. She has the loyalty of her own kind and the cleaners. She is bringing life into the world in more than one way. And she makes cupcakes. Her demons no longer hold anything back, and their love for her has altered them forever. She claims she is nothing special but she is. She's a demon of creation. Maybe the only one in existence. Everything is coming up butterflies.

Sideways is the final installment in the Succubus Reborn storyline, but not at all the end of Adie’s (mis)adventures. The author brings a lot of drama, tension, danger, heartbreak, and happiness in this book so buckle up! Prophecy ended with Cassandra declaring the time to fight was at hand and Adie is determined to end things...here and now. Sideways is packed to the brim with so much and it is such a page-turner of a story. Just watch out for that ending! It had me squealing and excited for more. LOL!
Sideways is an absolute delight to read. I love that not everything goes perfectly for the characters. I adored the twists and surprises and Torch!!! I was so happy to have him appear in this installment.
If you have read the series to this point, I promise you, you’re not going to want to miss an installment. It is so much fun to read and there are moments that will have you on the edge of your seat.
I’m rating Sideways 5 out of 5 stars. I can’t wait for what comes next!

Victory, babies and gifts. Yay!
I think this is my favorite book yet (except the Julian thing). Finally, the other succubi and inccubi showed up for Adie. Amazing all the friends she has! Everyone should be so lucky.
So excited about the success in dealing with Cassandra. And finally, a relaxing time to share love with her demons.❤️
And all the imps and Torch together when the eggs hatch. This books was just full of all the good feels. Especially the gift from Emil at the end!💗💗💗
