This is such a great cookbook! I thoroughly enjoyed reading and using this! I liked how the recipes are hyperlinked, the wide range of recipes with gluten free and vegetarian, the recipes using fruit and chocolate! And also the savoury and meat recipes. The crepe recipes are just as diverse and delicious! There's no illustrations but this doesn't detract from the quality of recipes, clear and concise step by step instructions, and 55 wicked good pancake recipes! This book is great for beginners and experienced!
Interesting recipes for flavor variety with clear easy directions. I’m definitely going to try Orange Buttermilk ones and maybe even the Tiramisu ones.
